該店的生蠔和環境ok, 但其中一名女侍應的服務質素則有待改善。我早一天致電訂位時已說明是來食groupon的二人鮑魚生蠔團購($198+10%),翌日到達店鋪show barcode時發現"購買失敗"立即補買。職員scan 完barcode才跟我說,因之前打風鮑魚未翻貨,會轉做蜆,我真的傻眼了,那為何我訂位時不講? 我到店鋪時又不講?之後職員問我們蜆想吃生的還是熟的,恕我孤陋寡聞沒聽過蜆會生吃,於是問兩者有何分別,職員九唔答八, 說什麼"你要知道蜆裏面是什麼"。算,安全起見,熟食好了。結果本來兩隻鮑魚變成兩片薄薄的如馬刀貝的鮑魚!!而本來的8隻蘇格蘭和愛爾蘭生蠔就變成另外2款法國生蠔,那就算了。不過,作為侍應,是否也應告訴顧客生蠔款式有變嗎?顧客可能就是想試不同國家的生蠔。之後我再問能否再多買一個團購生蠔餐,職員抱怨地說:"只能$168另購一打生蠔,因做團購我哋無錢賺!"當我查詢這樣order有什麼生蠔,回應是"有法國的,可能有啲美國,唔知乜喎,隨師傅俾。"須知道不同款式的生蠔,味道和價格相差很遠啊!侍應這樣回答完全不尊重顧客,好像我們在行乞似的。由於好想吃生蠔,於是繼續光顧,結果"隨師傅俾"的情況下,獲發半打法國水中花和半打美國pacific rock。…Read More

今天與好友來這裏吃lunch,星期三中午十二時到達,尚餘很多吉枱;但一時就幾近爆滿。我們二人叫了以下點心:蝦餃,爽甜多汁皮薄,9分棉花雞,有蟹肉,雞滑味濃,是雞翼部份,但只有兩件,魚肚則很多,十分足料,8分紅棗糕,香滑,紅棗味超濃,不太甜,8分雪蛤杏仁豆腐,香滑,杏仁豆腐粒煙un,雪蛤一大執,8分豬肝燒賣,只得兩件,燒賣都有豬肝味,豬肝大大片,爽口,7分叉燒包,麵包香軟,若叉燒的肉多一點,醬少一點會更佳,7分牛腸,牛肉砌得太碎,皮厚了一點,豉油略淡,5分茶方面,我們要了鐵觀音和香片,鐵觀音尤佳,很大片的原片茶葉,清香,完全沒有苦澀味,但沒有回甘。而香片一倒出來,已芳香四溢,但同樣沒有回甘。令人驚喜的,是如此高級的茶樓,居然沒有前菜泡菜,這可省回一筆。這裏裝潢典雅簡約,樓上有個小型展覽櫃,放置了一些與「桃花源」相關的粵劇東西,坐得很舒服,但二人枱與鄰桌距離不足兩尺,若遇上大聲的茶客,就頗騷擾了。下次要帶家人來吃點心,而晚市小菜似乎才是打響名堂之選,也會找機會來嘗嘗。…Read More

今天一家人和family friends,一行八人去了合和中心的旋轉餐廳吃lunch buffet,$98=10%,12-2:30pm,超值啊!回本食物包括三文魚刺身(OK新鮮)、燒羊脾。海鮮有大白灼蝦(比中蝦小一點)、青口、蒸龍利和螺仔沙律。熱薰約二十款、冷盤有五款凍肉、水果有西瓜、蜜瓜、哈蜜瓜和菠蘿、湯有老火湯和雜菜湯、甜品有十多款,還有碗仔翅、豆腐花、沙冰和蛋撻,雪糕是多款杯裝牛奶公司雪糕。食物供應源源不絕,不用爭。我最喜歡刺身、蝦、蛋糕和老火湯,其中一位朋友和爸爸就讚蔬菜沙律夠新鮮。基本上,這樣的價錢,多款above average的食物,乎復何求?這裏的最大賣點,是全港唯一的旋轉餐廳,在62樓的灣仔半山上,欣賞維港景色,每66分鐘轉一圈!特別適合招呼外國來的朋友和老人家,外國朋友可賞風景和認識香港,老人家可訴說那些腳下地方從前的故事(又可在其他朋友仔面前認叻)。坐在我們旁邊的,一邊是二十人的內地遊客,另一邊是一個大家庭,大家庭的老婆婆看來吃得十分十分開心!)妹妹兩星期前,在這裏吃了dinner buffet,食物跟lunch幾乎一樣,但要$300多元!而tea buffet,3-5pm要$88,所以還是weekdays lunch buffet最抵食!!!備忘:最好在天晴的日子去啦!訂枱時,記得指定要窗口位。匯豐和渣打信用卡有九折。記得帶照相機拍照,還要開閃光燈,以免背光。地下有升降機直上56樓,這個會快一點,或可在17樓轉乘觀光升降機上56樓。離開時,從升降機門隙向下望,好刺激呀!九龍新界的朋友,可以在紅磡隧道口,轉乘109和113,在合和中心門口落車啊!…Read More

昨日中午十二時自己一個人去食翡翠拉麵店,那時候,人還不算多,只坐了三分一的座位。我要了一碗湯雲吞,張單顯示12:06pm落order,等了十分鐘,對坐的顧客比我遲來,但她叫的牛肉麵都來了,我便追單。侍應說雲吞最快都要等15分鐘。噢!即叫即包嗎?要咁耐?我惟有再等、再等……對坐的顧客已經吃完她的牛肉麵埋單走了。我再問經理是否漏了落單,經理就話「就快有」,還很順手地拿了張單給我埋!唔係呀?野都未食,就要我埋單!?經理立即發現不妥,在張單快要放到落檯之際立即拿走,然後一個戰步離開,一句「唔好意思」無講。結果,我足足等了27分鐘,雲吞才來到,我已經一肚氣兼餓到死死!雲吞的味道是不錯的,不過要等咁耐,食龍肉都無味!埋單要$33!因要收$2茶錢和加一,這是其他粥麵店的2至3倍啊!六粒雲吞$33,絕對唔底食,我以後都唔會再幫趁!p.s.我是太古城街坊,此店開張還沒出現長長的人龍時已幫趁,食物味道是ok的,但這樣的裝修和服務就不值這個價錢了。若不是鄰近太古坊寫字樓,肯定不會日日大排長龍替它免費做勢!建議如果去開太古城,想吃京滬或粉麵,可到太古城中心一期一樓的王家沙,或太古城中心一期地下的阿詩瑪雲南米絲,食物水準與翡翠拉麵店相約,環境和服務都不錯,最重要是不用排長龍,食物送來的速度也很快!…Read More
