去完台灣同泰國,食咗一段時間台灣菜+泰菜就想食吓西餐,喺公司附近地一間樓上餐廳,都聽同事講咗一排,於是就同另一半嚟試吓。由於無訂位嘅原因,室內位置滿咗需要坐露天位置,好彩唔太熱之餘,露台位置仲佈置到好浪漫嘅環境。兩個人選擇咗嘅食物包括:慢煮八爪魚牛油果藜麥沙律金不換芒果香辣脆炸雞翼澳洲M5和牛板腱牛油慢煮大蒜青花椒阿根廷青醬配香草忌廉煮野菌再加咗杯開心果奶蓋烏龍茶慢煮八爪魚牛油果藜麥沙律嘅八爪魚入口嫩肉柔軟金不換芒果香辣脆炸雞翼入口不單止香脆,芒果配上金不換嘅味道令到食慾大增!香草忌廉煮野菌雖然係牛板腱嘅配菜,但份量十足,而且香草味突出,食到食唔到口。澳洲M5和牛板腱牛油慢煮大蒜青花椒阿根廷青醬三成熟,牛肉嫩滑牛味濃。開心果奶蓋烏龍茶係我飲過眾多開心果類飲品最濃開心果味,但又唔會搶咗烏龍茶嘅香味,必點!最驚喜嘅係有個靚靚職員(可能係老闆之一)嘅服務細心,而且仲好好笑容,喺香港好耐都無遇過咁好嘅服務。…Read More

之前睇過米線關注組介紹過,所以就專誠嚟試吓。呢度嘅米線湯底有5個選擇,底湯係雞骨湯。點咗兩個小鍋米線酸辣金湯配滷水豬軟骨、墨魚咀、麻辣糖心蛋滕椒湯配滷水豬頸肉、手工藤椒雞肉丸另外再點咗兩個小食,包括新疆雞翼、惹味脆卜卜、尖椒滑嘟嘟皮蛋酸辣金湯個湯底辣度就較低,平時食開少少辣嘅人都可以食到,酸菜味又唔會蓋過哂D辣味。墨魚嘴好有咬口,彈彈的;豬軟骨雖然肉質夠淋,但未去到我鍾意嘅啫喱軟骨狀態;但麻辣糖心蛋就超驚喜,一咬就爆咗D麻辣油出嚟。而且亦都好入味。滕椒湯又係另一個驚喜,滕椒味道好濃,而辣度就對比酸辣金湯辣少少。滷水豬頸肉嘅肉質好淋;而手工藤椒雞肉丸入面加咗脆骨,可以一試。新疆雞翼香脆得嚟又好多肉汁;惹味脆卜卜係變得好脆嘅豆卜,配上尖椒果然好惹味;尖椒滑嘟嘟皮蛋唔會有強烈嘅硫磺味,皮蛋好滑。而呢次最最最驚喜係米線,入口已經覺得好滑,咬落仲要好彈,鍾意米線嘅人真係可以嚟試吓!…Read More

公司有一個超級鍾意食牛舌嘅同事極力推介要嚟Gyu Lab燒肉實驗室食呢度嘅牛舌,所以就嚟試一試。店外裝飾好似日本居酒屋,趟門打開感覺走入咗居酒屋,唔使飛都可以去到日本。食物類別雖然唔多,但勝在貴精不貴多嘅情況更加可以突顯對食物嘅專注,今次點咗兩款食物,包括:鐵板牛小排配牛舌尖配意粉;咖哩三重牛舌配飯,加埋$28升級套餐有薯條、湯及飲品。鐵板牛小排配牛舌尖配意粉再配埋黑椒汁,黑椒汁淋上熱焫焫嘅鐵板,小排及牛舌嘅香味撲鼻而來!另外每條意粉都掛滿香濃嘅茄醬,好味到整份意粉都清哂。咖哩三重牛舌配飯,開最初以為係三重縣嘅牛舌,原來係三重口感嘅牛舌,包捨牛舌芯、牛舌尖及牛舌筋。牛舌芯是牛舌中最柔嫩的部分,肉質細膩、軟滑,入口有種即化感覺。牛舌尖肉質相對較瘦,口感略為緊實,但食落都好有牛味。牛舌筋相對筋膜較多,但食落係爽口感覺。鍾意牛舌嘅人真係唔可以錯過!…Read More

喺美麗華做Facial前突然好想食德國咸豬手,於是就叫另一半搵定餐廳等我做完Facial就一齊去食,於是另一半就揀咗B&B Oyster Steakhouse。今次我哋嚟嘅目的係德國咸豬手,所以Set Dunner就揀咗咸豬手,另外再點咗一個水牛芝士蕃茄薄餅。套餐就會跟一個餐包、餐湯、主菜同飲品。喺上主菜之前,餐廳除咗有個駐場歌手之外,牆上面亦掛咗好多畫,原本餐廳前身係一個藝術畫廊,而家將藝術嘅氣息延續,仲會定期同唔同嘅藝術家合作有唔同嘅畫,真係每次嚟都可以有唔同嘅畫欣賞,增添藝術氣息。講返食物,水牛芝士蕃茄薄餅濃濃嘅芝士味,而餅身夠哂香脆,食到停唔到口。德國咸豬手外脆內軟,外皮每一啖都好彈之餘仲好黏口,感覺滿佈骨膠原。食緊嘅其間發現呢間餐廳好多熟客訂枱,相信係職員服務、食物質素吸引到唔少嘅回頭客人。…Read More

自從2月去完北京後,一直都好想再食片皮鴨,於是就嚟咗玉桃軒。2個人選擇咗三餸一湯,包括:片皮鴨自選組合(除咗片皮鴨外,另外再選擇咗黃金炸蝦球)紅燒北菇豆腐煲原盅姬松茸燉螺頭湯片皮鴨直接看師傅將鴨肉被切成薄片每片大小厚薄適中,而皮層金黃酥脆帶有光澤,顯然是經過精心烤製,酥脆嫩滑的鴨肉,切成薄片再搭配甜麵醬、青瓜、蔥絲和薄餅一起食,好滿足。黃金炸大蝦球賣相非常出色,金黃色的外皮均勻且色澤鮮亮,蝦球大小一致,顯得製作用心。酥脆的外層和內部鮮嫩的蝦肉令人一看就很有食慾。蝦肉保持了鮮嫩爽口,而咸蛋黃分佈平均,每一啖都可以有咸蛋黃嘅香味。紅燒北菇豆腐煲放在砂鍋中保持溫度,砂鍋內嘅北菇呈深褐色,吸收了醬汁後顯得油潤飽滿。而豆腐切成大塊,表面呈金黃色,吸收了湯汁後每一啖非常入味。食到尾聲都仲係熱焫焫。原盅姬松茸燉螺頭經過長時間慢火燉煮呈現出琥珀色,清澈中帶有微微的油光,令到食材的精華完全釋放到湯中。配料看到姬松茸、螺頭、雞件,姬松茸本身帶有濃郁的菇香,與螺頭的海鮮鮮味相輔相成,一口氣飲咗三碗。呢一餐真係大滿足。…Read More
