西貢、南丫島、鯉魚門等較知名的海鮮熱點都嚐過,來布袋澳卻是頭一趟。布袋澳地點偏僻,從寶琳出發乘小巴約半小時便抵達,下車地點在布袋澳村入口。其實這裡只有兩家海鮮餐館,咱們隨便挑了其中一家,因為看到它張貼了不少名人光顧的照片哩!海鮮材料都是在海鮮檔親自揀選合心意的,二人共點了五款海鮮,另點炒菜一碟。(1)薑蔥炒花蟹:花蟹肉質結實鮮甜,啖啖可口,惟獻汁略甜,而且蔥尚未爆透未夠香。(2)豉汁蟶子皇:蟶子皇味鮮,但問題是獻汁味道調校得有點過火。(3)蒜蓉粉絲貴妃蚌:粉絲太乾身,蒜蓉採用炸蒜而非生蒜,這都是失分的地方,貴妃蚌本身是非常肥美鮮甜。(4)清蒸鮑魚:鮑魚很大隻,質地偏韌,而賣相不佳。(5)蒜蓉開邊中蝦:蝦膏非常多,但蝦肉沒有基圍蝦般鮮甜。服務倒算是慇懃有禮,帳單也清晰明確。結帳合共七百多元,價錢並不算昂貴。總而言之,這裡的優點是新鮮的材料,至於師傅的廚藝功法,實屬一般。…Read More
