I heard about the hype of the crossiant so i decided to give it a go. I arrived at 1pm and there was a short queue for dine in, there was about 4-5 tables in front of me and I waited for around 20mins. That’s considered a short queue from what I’ve read else where. By that time Crossiant was sold out for take out customers, only still available for dine in. Most of the stuff in the display cabinet is gone too. So better come early on a Sunday for picks. I ordered the Crossiant and Croque Monsieur. Crossiant is light and fluffy for HK standardIs it the best I’ve had? Shame to say no, I’ve had better in Sydney. It is crusty outside and soft inside and by all means good just not the best ever. Now i asked myself why is this not as good and I realised it probably has a lot to do with the air temperature and humidity. Their bakery door is open all the time. Air from outside will go straight into the kitchen. Hong Kong humidity is very different to Europe and Australia as everyone knows. I am pretty sure it would have affected the dough. The toastie is great for someone looking for something heavy and filling. The cheese just drowns everything. I suggest sharing this with a friend. Tiramisu-咖啡加雪糕配搭又想飲咖啡又想食雪糕可以點呢？百味堂就幫我解決咗呢個難題. 非常濃烈嘅咖啡味配甜甜嘅雲呢拿雪糕一流. 雪糕質感似Gelato多個creamy嗰隻雪糕. 我個人認為呢個配搭更加好. 上面一pat濃烈甜芝士醬增加了味覺同口感嘅享受. 三個配搭非常之好. 下次試埋佢個流心蛋糕先First time I’ve tried their ice cream. I was craving coffee and ice cream at the same time, they manage to full fill both these cravings. The ice cream texture is more like gelato rather than creamy. The coffee is strong and distinct and goes perfectly with the sweet ice cream. The mascarpone cheese sauce at the top made a perfect match to add texture and sweetness. Overall really good combo. 飯係加左色素黃到好似落左咖喱粉. 睇個樣都知唔好食，一pat嘢咁. 啲雞非常普通，唔係特別滑. 去翠華都可能好啲. 奶茶普通，茶味唔係好濃. 總結嚟講可以唔洗考慮試. 整得咁差不如唔好整，係個menu度cut左佢啦.Give the Hainan Chicken Rice a miss as it totally missed the mark. Chicken is really average, not particularly silky. The rice is just hideous, soggy and see the weird yellow colour? They used colouring in their rice, it’s so yellow that it looks like curry powder. 午餐定食次次都係叫同一款，刺身Don，因為好抵食. 一個set包埋嘢飲加埋service fee都係$140. 你睇吓個set有咩餸就知點解抵食. 佢啲咖啡出奇地好飲 好有日本咖啡嗰種獨特深煎風味. 只有Fashion Walk呢間包野飲，其他分店都要加$12. Sashimi Don有一片油金魚，2片三文魚，2片吞拿魚，三文魚子，蟹肉，兩隻大蝦，小帶子，甜蛋. set 有湯同salad. The lunch sets are extremely reasonable in price, I always get the same set, the Sashimi Don. It comes with a free drink. Only the fashion walk store the drink is free, all the other shops you have to pay extra $12 for the drink. 呢間係銅鑼灣附近首選嘅韓國餐廳. 已經去過好多次，次次都係咁好食. 次次去都會見到有好幾張枱都係韓國人已經證明佢係好食而且似地道嘅韓國菜. 下次去再影相post返. 價錢算中上，一定唔係平. 配菜都做得好出色好有韓國傳統風味.My favourite Korean restaurant near Cwb. Everytime I go there is always a few tables of Korean people eating there, that itself tells me the food here is good and it’s traditional korean taste. Food is always good, favourites is marinated beef ribs, beef tongue, seafood tofu soup, scallion salad. The side dishes are excellent too. 去過好好多次 已經同d舊員工好熟. 其中之一最鍾意嘅日本餐廳. 刺身永遠新鮮 價錢唔貴. 雖然地方好細 坐得有啲迫先覺得佢更加有日本風情. One of my all time favourite restaurants for Japanese sashimi and Sashimi Dons. They fish is always fresh, food comes fast and delicious. Very reasonable price. It is a but cramp in there but that makes it even more true to Japanese ambience as restaurants in Japan tend to be small and cramp like this. 去過5次左右 次次食物質素保持好好.地方大坐得好舒服，佈置得好有日本懷舊風情. 服務暫時都未試過出問題. 價錢算比較貴但係日本居酒屋又開喺時代廣場於左. 海鮮新鮮，煮物入味，串燒香口. Quality of food is kept well, been more than a few times and each time the food is always good. So far no problem with service any of those times. We’ve tried quite a few different dishes from their menu, enough to say their food in general is good. Tried the layer cake and coffee. One is rose flavour the other green tea. Both taste as it should but green tea could have been stronger. Could taste the cream between the layers distinctively. I ordered their Kagoshima beef udon Lunch Set which cost $78 before service charge. One of the most expensive set on the menu.When it arrived the so call set consist of a salad and the udon. The "beef" udon had 1 piece of beef and 1 piece of 90% fat beef and the rest is udon. More than disappointing for what i paid for it. Might as well go to Yoshinoya and pay half the price for that kind of quality. …Read More
