We ordered the special offer dinner for 2 set menu from Open Rice for $6xx. If for 2 ladies, it might be enough, but if for men, you are likely to need to order more food. The starter was great (forgot to take picture😅), salad is nice (see picture) but this portion is for 2 persons so you are likely to need to add more for gentlemen. Meat quality is good, not the top grade but we also didn’t pay for top grade. Soup base I would recommend the sukiyaki soup broth as the fish broth was too light (clear soup almost) but for those like extremely light soup base might like it. First time I had dinner here. Lunch set menu was good value for money. This time I ordered the Chef set dinner menu. Original price $988 with HSBC Credit card the set dinner menu is only $688. However, if you are a big eater, I would suggest you order a la carte instead as the set dinner portion won’t satisfy you. Overall I think the quality of the set dinner was good but unless you have HSBC credit card, otherwise it is a bit over priced given such small portion they ordered for the set menu. It is my second visit. As Friday was not running any promotions, we ordered from the a la carte menu. We ordered the cod cake (minimum 2 pieces order required), highly recommended (though it was breaded and fried, it was not greasy). Day of the soup was cream of mushroom, it was less creamy than the typical cream of mushroom soup but it was good. The ambience of the restaurant was gorgeous and hip. each floor has different decor, which give out a different vibe.The set lunch was relatively reasonable given the high food quality, the nice ambience and the super service level. The sirloin of the set lunch was perfect, beef was very juicy from the inside and good portion. My friend had fish as set lunch, fish skin was crispy while fish was soft. 晚上9:25入到呢間茶餐廳，佢講話10:00就打烊。接過餐牌之後，我哋都盡量配合快快脆脆就落單。侍應同我哋講餐牌上面有乜嘢餸菜冇，咁我哋接着就問佢有冇越南河粉，佢話有。九秒九嗌咗兩個越南粉加一個海南雞飯，同一碟菜。等嘅期間有個員工不斷逐圍枱嗌，叫人俾咗錢先。真心講已經好擾民。但係我哋都一樣配合。之後碟菜嚟咗加埋兩杯飲嘢，連菜都食完突然之間個侍應走來同我哋講我哋三個主菜無哂（海南雞，兩個越南粉，通通都冇！）你諗吓當我哋連個炒菜都食完期間等嘅時間都應該有15分鐘，佢先同我哋講我哋嗌個主菜全部都冇哂😮。當時已經係9:45，佢間茶餐廳10:00就關門，當然侍應亦都冇建議我哋再可以嗌啲乜嘢食。其實香港而家嘅服務質素係咪真係淪陷到咁？所以有時真係唔好廢噏鬧人唔喺香港消費。當然最後佢退返錢俾我哋，仲話兩杯嘢飲飲佢請我哋飲。係咪真係要同佢講多謝？…Read More
