我們四人Girls Talk晚餐時雖未訂枱，但門口接待員非常熱心幫我們安排了座位，餐廳氣氛很好，食物也很美味。更因朋友生日，餐廳貼心送上甜品並唱生日歌，令當晚滿載歡樂和溫馨。然而這份美好完全被一名穿黑色制服、自稱In Charge的女士在最後破壞。當我們準備結帳離開時，她竟然在餐廳內大聲質疑我們是否已付賬，語氣粗暴且加重音量，讓周圍客人都盯著我們看，令我們當場非常尷尬和難堪。這種行為完全不尊重客人，也嚴重破壞了本應輕鬆愉快的用餐情緒。幸好負責幫我們結帳的侍應及時出來澄清，但這名負責人的無禮質詢和毫無顧忌在公共場合如此大聲指責，讓我們難以接受。就算是管理層，也絕不應該這樣公開羞辱顧客。最後，希望餐廳能深入檢討這種嚴重影響客人體驗的問題，提升員工的禮貌與專業，避免再有顧客經歷類似尷尬和難堪的場面。We were a group of four girls out for dinner chat. Though we hadn’t booked a table, the front receptionist was very accommodating and arranged seats for us promptly. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, delicious food, and even surprised our friend with a complimentary dessert and birthday song, making the evening joyful and warm.However, this pleasant experience was completely shattered at the end by a lady in black uniform who called herself the In Charge. As we were leaving after settling the bill, she loudly questioned in the restaurant if we had paid, raising her voice aggressively, drawing stares from all other diners and leaving us utterly embarrassed and humiliated on the spot. Such conduct shows total disrespect to customers and destroys the relaxed dining mood.Fortunately, the server who handled our checkout quickly intervened to confirm payment, but her rude interrogation and shameless public accusation were unacceptable. 首先菠蘿炒飯完全是沒有味道， 價錢$100，哈哈。 其他店貴十多元都已經包飲品。另外的金邊粉都要劣食！又是沒有味道。這間店真是難得，兩味菜都是只有色而沒有味道。原本心情大好的星期日都被這間貴又不好食的泰國菜破壞，真是十分失望。一定不會有下次再試。
