天氣悶熱,食辣野開胃d,今次來到天水圍一間正宗川菜餐廳試試。餐廳乾淨寬闊,坐得舒服! 川菜的特色是麻和辣。近年酸菜魚係香港大行其道,所以先點左餐廳招牌菜-酸菜魚,可以選擇辣度。乾煸四季豆為蔬菜和另一主食孜然牛肉。因為怕川菜過辣,點左招牌紅豆冰來中和一下。最後朋友建議點蔥油雞。 等左陣,香氣四溢的主角酸菜魚送到。雖然係例牌,但份量十足。用料也是滿滿的,有豆芽、豆卜、薯粉、酸菜和鮮魚塊。荳芽同薯粉吸收了湯既精華,配合魚塊食,辣中帶點甜,甜中帶點麻。魚塊嫩滑。雖然辣,但越食越想食多塊。多得紅豆冰相助,完全征服了辣味。 乾煸四季豆雖然用紅辣椒炒,但不算太辣,有炸肉碎拌住來食,送飯一流。 蒽油雞不過不失,雞肉嫩滑,而朋友喜歡蒽油汁送飯,齒夾留香。 孜然牛肉最後上枱,牛肉用不同種類的辣椒一齊炒,味道偏辣,十分惹味,咬落去肉汁滿瀉,喜歡辣既人, 絶對要挑戰一下! 最後我們還是清枱,因為真係好開胃,下次會再來encore。…Read More

今日入屯門揾朋友,發現一間好chill,佈置有點像Soho區既酒吧餐廳。可以選擇坐高枱座椅或普通座椅,每張枱都有燭光,份外有格調! 主菜可以加錢轉餐湯及飲品,我同朋友點了個避風塘軟殼蟹意粉和頂級安格斯肉眼扒配薯角,配了餐湯飲品。 餐湯先上配蒜蓉包,磨菇湯有細蓉,足料,有口感! 飲完湯後,好快就上避風塘軟殼蟹意粉,軟殼蟹可口美味, 脆得來不會油,香口而不辣,意粉墊着,滿有避風塘風味,我食完一啖又一啖! 頂級安格斯肉眼扒配薯角份點了medium well,份量也挺大,牛扒質素堅係高,雖然厚身,但非常軟淋,肉味香濃。切開後可以看到外烤熟內裏小紅,好juicy。感到意外嘅係呢塊厚扒熟度平均,唔會有啲生啲,有啲熟啲,我同朋友都好滿意,值得推薦比大家。 最後飲返杯冰凍嘅檸茶作結,真係大滿足! 近一兩年,石板燒店鋪越開越多,可見這種由日本傳入的食法很受香港人歡迎。剛好元朗新開左一間石板燒專門店,,今日就潮聖一下,看看石板燒的魔力。 餐廳地方寬趟,有多人座,也有單人座,適合不同群組既人來食。我地點左個日本A5佐賀和牛肉眼二人前。套餐包了鹿兒島A5和牛肉眼(約100g),美國極級黑安格斯牛隔肌(約200g),美國極黑毛豬(約200g),美洲厚切牛舌(約120g)。北海道珍寶帶子兩粒和一份日式炸蕃薯條。以兩人來說, 分量絶對足夠食飽肚,另外, 餐廳有沙律吧,沙津、白飯、湯都是自助任食,啱哂喜歡食前菜既朋友。 等食物上枱個陣,去左拎沙律,湯同埋白飯。有沙律菜和薯仔沙律,兩樣都有蓋蓋住,十分衛生!沙律菜可以選胡麻汁、千島、柚子醋同黑醋汁,自己習慣加胡麻汁,少少酸比較開胃!白飯可以自己加點紫菜,自制紫菜飯,正! 有泡菜牛肉湯,味道像是羅未湯,少少辣,飲了一碗,也是開胃之選! 到上主菜,店員同我地講帶子和黑毛豬已預先煎過,只要稍為加熱就可以食,好細心哦!石板會預燒到好熱,然後可以因應自己喜好,決定牛肉幾熟。放上肉前,先將牛油放係石板上加熱,咁樣就會令肉更快熟,同時令肉又香又唔易痴底!首先,當然要食左A5和牛先,相信香港人對日本佐賀牛應該唔會陌生,和牛雪花分布均勻,係石板上咋咋聲,食落去油脂滿溢,入口即溶,果然係A5級數。 仲有我至愛嘅番薯條,好粗身好甜😋! 食完和牛,再食下雪白帶子,雖然唔算係jumbo size,但鮮甜爽滑。 到牛隔肌上場,牛肉放上石板,兩面先煎,鎖住肉汁,用刀砌成小塊,唔會有血水,牛肉相對A5和牛,牛味比較濃郁,肉汁嫩滑。 食完牛,石板已經不夠熱,跟店員說,店員細心咁換了另一塊石板比我地,服務一流!因為黑毛豬係預煎過,放上石板,好快就熟。豬肉唔會靭,分量十足。 然後到牛舌,厚身到不得了,好味道!喜歡牛舌既朋友,一定要來試試!因為之前食左好多,已經好飽,最後沒有食哂牛舌。…Read More

香港人一年四季都喜歡打邊爐,我都唔例外,今日繼續幫襯非一般高質既「打邊爐」。 好鍾意幫襯呢度,除咗因為裝修古色古香,仲因為枱與枱之間有十足的防疫距離,一啲壓逼感都冇! 點完餐後,店員再奉上一盤大大小小的調味料,按自己喜好調醬。用完後店員會拿走,非常衛生!前菜先上一碟冷盤帶微辣的雲耳,等我地開下個胃先,咁後面就可以食多d。 湯底我地選擇鮮椰青雞鍋,店員先把大概半隻生雞配放入鍋,係我地面前加熱炒,再加花雕酒點火,雞吸收花雕酒既香味,然後加入新鮮椰子水及清湯,店員把剩下的椰子拿入廚房起肉,再加入火煱裏。加熱多10分鐘。打開蓋,濃郁既椰子香味,散發四周,令我地食指帶動。既然咁足料,當然先飲兩碗湯再起筷,奶白色既濃湯,飲完後感覺好暖胃,雞肉有花雕酒既甜味,嫩滑不韌,堅真材實料! 這間「打邊爐」感覺主打自家制及創新,我地叫左一支自家制檸檬意米水又朋友就叫左支竹蔗茅根,清熱下火,唔會太甜!油炸鬼就食得多,小食-墨魚滑油炸鬼配蟹籽就真係新奇,外皮炸得很脆,應該係即叫即炸,裏面就爽口彈牙,口感好特別, 值得一試!另一味自家制芹菜帶子餃,裏面原粒帶子,夾雜在芹菜的新香,餡料十足。咸蛋黃蝦滑相信是另一味創新菜,咬開蝦滑,咸蛋黃汁流出口腔,蝦肉啖啖咸蛋黃味,正斗!平時打邊爐都會叫墨魚丸,今次叫左個黑松露墨魚滑,黑松露均勻分佈,每口都有黑松露,以上所有絶對可見廚師嘅用心! 我地還叫了廣島蠔,好鮮甜而且冇腥味,滚完無咩縮水,口感豐滿!最後加左個花雕滑牛,新鮮牛肉配上花雕酒杞子,肉質鮮嫩,香而滑,我食左勁多塊,之前一早放入的淮山吸收了湯和餸既精華,比我朋友清埋。總括而言,這間餐廳服務周道,服務員會細心地幫我地隔走啲油,而且用料十足,值得推薦! …Read More

今日約左朋友去尖沙咀行街,順便去一間靚景、氣氛好既高質扒房,好適合情侣或知己談心嘅地方。 餐廳非常寬敞,位與位之間有足夠距離。另外,餐廳位於高樓層,透過大玻璃窗,可以遠望灣仔會展,可惜今晚有雨,未能看到維港最靚一面。 我地叫左個兩個dinner set ,共五道菜。 前菜係鮮蝦沙律,大大隻蝦爽口彈牙,沙律汁配埋蕃茄同沙律菜食,先開個胃, 為後面主菜作準備。 我同朋友一樣都係叫左是日餐湯-西蘭花蟹肉湯。食得出細細粒既西蘭花蓉,好幼細,相反蟹肉份量唔少,蟹肉味濃,互相配合,絶對係用心之作,值得比like! 然後再來的是蟹肉日本年糕,年糕好軟Q, 因為年糕本身係無味,伴着濃郁既醬汁食,恰到好處,口感味道都一流! 主菜就點左牛肉眼扒同埋澳洲羊鞍,肉眼扒同平時一樣,點左medium well。塊板熟度平均,看到廚師功力!牛扒牛味重,肉汁多,好juice,再淋上紅酒汁,大大提升牛肉味。因為習慣食全熟羊,所以羊鞍就叫左well done,羊鞍厚肉扎實,但燒到剛剛好,唔會太乾身。食落去完全冇膻味,想食羊而又怕羊膻味既朋友,必定要試!每個主菜都伴有超甜的粟米、營養價值高的紫薯、新鮮的蘆筍,看得出廚師的用心,一點也不馬虎! 最後甜點係tiramisu及芒果慕斯蛋糕作結尾,擺碟精緻,好似一幅畫,Tiramisu平時既差唔多,反而個芒果慕斯蛋糕有驚喜,有淡淡既芒果味,口感軟綿,好適合作為一個豐盛晚餐後的甜品! 每一次帶朋友嚟呢度食飯,佢哋都有讚冇彈,今次都唔例外。呢度裝修都幾有特色,我哋都坐得幾舒服。呢度食物款式都唔少,我個朋友都揀咗一陣先決定倒。我哋叫咗個美國西冷牛扒:本身塊扒靚,牛味濃郁,肉香撲鼻,上面只係加少少黑椒、香草、蒜蓉已經好夠。甜蕃薯條:平時西餐食薯條食得多,但蕃薯條真係少見,我哋都係蕃薯愛好者,只係$28就有咁多,蕃薯炸得金黃燦爛,香甜可口,外脆內軟。羊架:絕對係必點,我朋友話以為好細件,估唔到份量咁多,又厚身,咬落去好多汁,一d羊騷味都冇。芝士流心蛋大啡菇:超大的大啡菇上鋪上一塊完整的芝士,切開後,流心蛋的蛋汁流出來,睇倒都流晒口水!不需太多調味料便能帶出濃郁的菇味和蛋香。滿蜆肉蝴蝶粉:我個朋友見到不禁驚嘆,d蜆鋪到滿晒,好鐘意個醬汁清清地,唔會好濃味,唔會遮蓋左蜆肉嘅鮮味,食多幾啖都唔會膩。香茅蜜桃茶:甜度適中,飲完透心涼。總括而言,呢度食物味道唔錯,而且抵食,仲要唔收加一服務費!難怪我哋平日六點左右黎到,裏面已經坐咗好幾枱客人啦!…Read More

今日放工,同朋友又去左呢間傳統既日本居酒屋食飯。餐廳內外面嘅佈置令我覺得置身於日本咁,令人心情放鬆,座位寬敞,坐得很舒服。 每次食日本菜,燒物、壽司同埋鍋物都係必食,咁樣先夠喉。 我地先叫個蟹籽沙律,上面鋪滿滿的蟹籽,加上沙律醬一齊食,味道好夾! 然後到手卷及壽司,叫左鰻魚同帶子手卷。鰻魚比較甜,夾住紫菜卷恰到好處。大大粒帶子爽口,新鮮,值得一試!因為我比較鍾意食蟹籽, 所以叫左個加州反卷,口感十足! 呢間餐廳最出名既應該係各式各樣嘅串燒,我地叫左豚肉荔枝串、菠蘿串、冬菇串、燒蕃薯仔。豚肉荔枝串堅多汁,咬落去荔枝汁充滿成個口腔,令到肉味更加突出,一啲都唔膩,正! 菠蘿同冬菇串燒得剛好,不會太乾,蕃薯仔夠哂甜! 最後食埋個皇帝蟹炒飯和牛小排壽喜燒,堅滿足!皇帝蟹炒飯分量適中,飯粒乾身不油膩,加埋蟹肉,簡直一流。壽喜燒同其他日式餐廳一樣,先放個gas爐, 再整鍋上加熱,鍋裏面有包心菜等配料,牛肉嫩滑高質!
