一個存著期望的晚上, 約好朋友到嘉門慶祝生日飯局因為上次去食覺得好, 所以就想帶朋友一齊再去品嚐, 奈何得來一個唔開心的經歷竟然一間高尚的餐廳, 會有甘低劣的員工因為這位低劣的員工, 影響了一餐期待的生日飯朋友因為工作遲收工而遲了前來一位狗眼看人低的員工來跟我朋友好不客氣的講「小姐, 你地有限時喎, 要快落單, 如果唔係, 你地無折扣喎」其實若然個員工好好聲氣講, 我地會明白囉, 但佢語氣差勁(我扮唔返)那一刻真係好想起身走人, 但又唔想再搵地方食飯朋友到齊, 叫野食(那狗眼看人低的員工沒有再理我地)講真, 野食唔差, 大家開始因為廚師煮的野食開始投入因為掛住食, 就忘了, 忘了那員工, 忘了影前菜, 飯, 甜品...真係要分享下那好食的菜單煙燻黑毛豬, 煮緊已經覺得好香噴噴啦, 廚師將那肉煮得好嫩滑活燒北寄貝配鰹魚昆布汁, 原本不吃北寄貝的我, 竟然愛上了, 那嫩滑, 那特別的玩火儀式, 吸引了我而帆立貝嘛, 又係..廚具煮緊的時候, 已經有那菊花的香氣發出, 但有點可惜, 有點過火了, 有點燶味+有陣菊花味>.<甜品-綠茶布丁, Um....唔好綠菜的我, 都有吸引我食一兩啖…Read More

雖然唔肚餓，但夠鐘開飯，所以就搵地方食飯！成日聽人話這間連鎖店好食，就黎試下基本上不用等位，但也需等叫才能入座兩個人就叫左五款小食+一碗麵：上海生煎包、雞絲粉皮、灌湯小龍包、土匪雞翼、紅油抄手、四川擔擔麵抱住期待的，也來得快！但就有失望，而且不會再來。這因為服務、食物都有所失望先講生煎包，一啖咬落去，雖然有湯，皮薄，但就是肉韌；而雞絲粉皮就雞絲韌又鞋口，粉皮+味道都可以。其餘的灌湯小龍包、土匪雞翼、紅油抄手，味道還可以；而四川擔擔麵，因為飽了，所以+$1帶走，第二日整熱食（不過不失）總括，還是不會再去大埔分店…Read More
