第一次黎呢間,全因為openrice的食評而來,所以我也要做一些小食評以供參考第一道菜是做緊特價的上湯焗開邊龍蝦,半邊$68,只有一種味道便是上湯焗,沒有我最喜愛的芝士焗,不過唔緊要,上湯才顯功架,因為可以無限添食,打算每人先叫一份,好食再添食,結果係食了半邊唔想再order, 上碟賣相是中上,味道郤一團糟,除了咸便只有咸,單調的咸味,咸到連龍蝦的鮮味都蓋過,肉算彈牙,如果唔係因為唔新鮮用咸味掩蓋,我真唔明白為何咸得要命。第二道菜係安格斯牛柳粒,伴隨菇粒,味也是偏咸,牛肉大約6成熟,裡面深紅色,鍾意食嫩牛覺得不錯,要食熟牛要注意,雖然味道偏咸,但夾塊炸蒜片同牛一齊食又幾夾,但味道都只屬一般。第三道菜係生炒骨,一般生炒骨,外脆內軟,合格第四道菜係脆炸雞,肉嫩味淡雞味不濃,又係普通貨。最後order我最喜愛的壽包,只可用失望形容,蛋黃我估係普通咸蛋黃的⅕,小得可憐,而且很乾身冇油,認真失望。唯一要讚係服務,侍應服務唔錯,平日時間食客少頗寧靜。結論係:失望唔會再黎…Read More

偶然下入黎食個下午茶,order了糖心蛋牛肉飯加$10配脆炸薯條,一客鮮茄焗豬扒飯,再另order一個非下午茶類的韓國風香酥炸雞。先評韓國必食招牌韓國炸雞,對於我黎講,韓國炸雞同廣東菜中的咕嚕肉一樣,一間煮得唔好食的酒樓煮咕嚕肉我會大大扣分,所以呢間餐廳究竟加分定減分,韓國炸雞係全個餐廳我覺得最重要的最具代表的食物。好!癈話少講:menu裡的菜名:韓國風香酥炸雞,唔香唔酥偏硬,汁似韓風實質唔係韓國汁醬,而且上碟竟然係唔熱,微暖及唔酥脆,仲有d炸過籠俗稱的食乾柴的雞,汁也不是一般韓國的炸雞醬,如果100分滿分,呢個加埋期望分,打正旗號的韓國店的要求分,結果得分係35,水準之下下下,幸好只是29蚊。另一個係鮮茄烤豬扒飯,用的珍珠米,無太特別,四平八穩。隨後一客:糖心蛋牛肉飯,上碟不是糖心,是實心的蛋黃,好彩我唔係糖心控,最正係鹵水蛋,點解會係鹵水蛋?費解!!牛肉飯是肥牛再用上韓式燒汁醬甜甜地好送飯,用的都是珍珠米,最正係泡菜唔似泡菜,大佬,唔識整泡菜起超市買包算啦,唔好唔識韓式扮韓菜。不過要讚加$10的脆炸薯條,熱脆好味。總結的係:唔當韓式餐廳去食個牛肉飯算,期望食韓食的實激死。…Read More
