今時今日,晚上十點後想找地方開餐選擇真不多。一個人的浪漫,串燒是最佳選擇。此店只有22個座位,但食物種類包括:串燒,燒烤,炸物,涼伴,麵飯和小炒。辣度可自選,由不辣至辣到跳。雖然人多時廚房出菜有點慢,但店員服務值得一讚。結帳時輕輕提出食得太多串後,覺得有點咸。店員即時回應說:下次下單時可要求少鹽。第一次食燒田雞,覺得幾得意。羊肉有點羶味,口感不錯;雞心雞腎和蝦也正常發揮。下次應該不會再叫雞肝,熟了有點老。鴨舌和白鱔好好味🤤,雖然賣相有少許燶。海鮮比想像中大隻,特別是扇貝和蠔,雖然價錢不便宜,但值得一食。蠔和蟶子也有點碎殼,食用時要格外留神。蠔燒到恰到好處,啖啖汁。第一次食燒北寄貝,最可惜當晚沒有象拔蚌仔;只好保留這“第一次”。燒海鮮還有另一個主角,就是厚厚又惹味的蒜蓉;唯一美中不足是有點類似石油氣味,可能火槍拿得太近去燒。飯的口感很煙韌,感覺像糯米飯。以一碟素炒飯來說,價錢貴了一點;但味道又很惹味。飲品個人覺得一點也不貴,如果有椰青供應,就簡直是絕配。…Read More

一個不能外出晚市的情人節,除了家中玩煮飯仔,品嚐一餐極早的堂食“晚餐”;倒不如享用一個正常的Bunch。人氣迴轉壽司連鎖店因為人流不絕,除了分店在疫下越開越多,還將營業時間越開越早。不想久等一小時以上,只好選擇食Bunch。第一次光臨,已預早在網上看了餐牌;但原來用餐時間比想像中少,只有一小時,食得有點急。雖然是迴轉壽司店,但大部份客人也選擇自選落單,因為局限於上餐路軌的設計每次下單最多四款。1. 熱食整體也遜色了一點: - 鯛魚湯蜆肉拉麵:拉麵口感差了一點,蜆肉無鮮味。- 茶碗蒸:平平無奇。2. 甜點完全沒有驚喜:- 焦糖蕃薯:硬了一點,甜度不足。- 抹茶紅豆瑞士卷: 奶油味重,抹茶味淡。3. 壽司飯比較鬆散,熟食可免則免,生魚片有些不錯,貝殼類普遍也出色:- 熟食類:鰻魚,梳乎厘海鰻,極上海鰻都好一般,汁又太少了。軟殼蟹又不夠脆。- 生魚片類: 油甘魚和大吞拿魚腩好鮮甜美味,厚切三文魚、油甘魚天身和日本真鯛只是一般貨色。- 貝殼類:原隻帆立貝非常肥美很新鮮,赤貝和北寄貝也有鮮味,蝦三味也抵食。4.軍艦紫菜不太軟,但食材就不值一提。松葉蟹蟹膏和海膽有點令人失望。作為一間迴轉壽司店,單從食材質素作整體評價也有70分。下次如有機會再光顧,只選貝殼和生魚片類壽司,總體評分便可再拉高。…Read More
