朋友看了專欄,專程搭車來吃午餐。星期五中午約一時來到,餐廳坐位唔算多但都有一半空位。友人叫了豬頸肉撈丁,我就叫了雞扒撈丁,兩人都叫了凍奶茶小甜。先來凍奶茶,叫咗小甜,張電腦入菜單都打咗小甜,但來到就勁甜:(雞扒撈丁,將出前一丁鋪在一個類似蒸籠的籠上,下面通窿,所以啲麵好快乾了。上枱時丁麵已撈了相信係餐廳自己溝的醬汁,味道類似日式燒汁,但就勁甜,仲以為自己吃緊甜品隨麵上的一碗所謂湯,就超勁胡椒粉味,唔知佢要辟乜嘢味。好辛苦先吞咗碟甜的麵。可以將我至愛的出前一丁整到咁難吃,可謂極高難度。…Read More

由於 Bonheur 一早爆滿,於是選擇同一大廈又從未去過的Twyst。我同另外兩個朋友都是第一次來,星期五的夜晚出奇地發覺冇乜客,同樓下的 Bonheur 和 Fusion on 5/F 有強烈的對比。我頭盤要煎鵝肝,味道都幾好,但略嫌煎得未夠香口。朋友要左芝士蟹蓋,幾好食,夠真材實料。頭盤後有龍蝦濃湯,味道好濃,不過只得一丁點的龍蝦肉,湯的份量亦嫌太少。主菜我要 prime rib eye,佢唔似平時在其它地方的 rib eye,反而好似燒牛肉,上碟時已經幫你切埋。份量好少,肉好「淋」,唔可以話佢唔好食,但我心目中的 rib eye質感同賣相唔係咁。朋友要左煎野生三文魚,朋友話味道的確同平日吃的養魚不同。三人甜品都不同,爙杏仁卷、自製 parfait 及心太軟,冇乜特別。侍應好有奈性同你講解食物,態度好好。這裏價錢同 Bonheur 不煌多讓,但食物份量及質素就差一截,應該唔會再來。…Read More

16號同一個朋友在這裏食lunch。兩人頭盤都要buffet,沙律和cold cut 都有好多選擇,味道同質素都好好,結果樣樣食D都已經飽哂。其中一款頭盤好似成個羅白糕咁,原來係薯蓉,幾得意。主菜我要咗海鮮意粉,個意粉沒有汁,只用橄欖油同蒜蓉撈,海鮮有蝦、尤魚及帶子,切到好細,所以感覺料好少。意粉幾彈牙,做得唔錯,但個人就不喜歡沒有汁的意粉。朋友要左 milanese style牛仔肉,order 時唔知乜野係milanese style, 來到先知係好似吉列咁,外面用麵包糠包住塊好薄的牛仔肉炸,上碟並沒有醬點。用這方法做的牛仔肉可以想像好食極有限。甜品要buffet。有西瓜、芝士、tiramisu及蘋果蛋糕。蘋果蛋糕冇乜特別,tiramisu不過不失,落得唔夠mascarpone。我要左杯 cappuccino,幾好飲呀。餐廳環境幾好,涼天時和一眾朋友坐室外聊天會幾寫意。 …Read More

和三個朋友吃晚餐,全部人要 set dinner。頭盤是煙三文魚沙律,煙三文魚可以,個沙律就係蘋果撈卡夫奇妙醬,茶餐廰的水準。主菜我要咗牛柳配鹅肝,要"七成熟",來到時發現件牛柳似舊黑炭,表面看來已經好硬,切開後見到入面已乾晒。明顯係過熟,比well done更well done。再看兩個朋友叫的羊鞍,同樣要七成熟,但表面卻仍然濕潤粉紅。找來個看似高級的captain問佢點解件牛柳咁熟,佢望吓件牛柳,跟住佢話入面仲有小小粉紅色,所以係啱啱好"七成熟"。冇錯,件牛柳的入面確仲勉強看到少於十分一體積的粉紅色,但成件嘢有超過九成被燒到似柴皮,冇哂水份。見佢仍死撐,我就話佢餐廰的標準實在與眾不同。朋友跟住就指住自己件的羊鞍,問個captain咁又係幾成熟?個captain話係"medium" (唔同你講幾多成!)。朋友話佢知,牛柳和羊鞍同係要"七成熟",問佢點解熟的程度差咁遠。個captain於是話可以幫我朋友煎熟D件羊鞍!!! 至於塊柴皮牛柳,佢就仍然話係啱啱好"七成熟"囉!無它嘅!咁就唔洗俾個塊你啦!…Read More
