最近去左鰂魚涌返工,見到周圍都有好多唔錯食店而旺記冰室就係其中一間好受歡迎嘅餐廳正值Lunch Time, 旺記冰室真係要等好耐我一行四人12:30到,結果等到1點先入到去我就當然叫左個招牌叉燒滑蛋飯呢度滑蛋自稱係使用左北海道雞蛋,食落去都確實有少少蛋味而且相當滑嫩叉燒方面其實就係平時街市買到個d將表皮焦部分切除,主要留返d肉而且肉部分都唔乾,仍然保持油份食物上真係無乜問題但最大問題係服務我朋友飲左半杯凍檸茶,然後waitress問都無問就即刻收走左而且前提係,我地只係食左15分鐘,完全未到店家規定嘅30分鐘…Read More

其實之前都食過幾次 最後都係忍唔住寫食評基本上我都會訂位,因爲禮拜五六日夜晚都好Full晚市任食分3個價錢而我通常就會選擇最平嘅188/218已經有好多配菜、肉類、鰻魚、海鮮等任你食首先會幫你斟蛋汁,整爐邊蛋而且記得係可以refill另外仲會有栗子然後再擺幾碟泡菜、芽菜等,泡菜味道稍稍唔夠酸,但辣味夠 (都可以refill)之後介紹食物啦基本上每樣食物質素都唔差,絕對比起好多任食韓燒餐廳好好多我個人比較推薦牛舌、豬五花腩同梅頭肉牛舌有咬口,食落去係彈牙,而且上面本身有鹽調味而豬五花腩同梅頭肉則肉質嫩滑LA牛排骨其實都唔錯,都好容易咬整體黎講,呢度肉類上無乜雪味,更加無黴味而且呢度連泡菜湯、煎餅、水冷麵等配菜都可以任叫泡菜湯絕不馬虎,夠酸夠辣,入面都有幾粒肉而烤蠔就不過不失啦縮水太犀利,但勝在無沙同腥味另外有樣要投訴嘅係呢間野餐牌上面寫話有冬菇完全係呃人每次比都係雞髀菇片!好心就咪呃人啦另外生菜每次都要我自己人手叫先有如果係位度落單係唔會有但總括而言,係會令我再去嘅餐廳因爲價錢唔係貴,食物質素又有保證…Read More

是日與友人相約游水,游完去食糖水第一時間便想起了久違的綠林我們共叫了三份甜品1. 蛋花馬蹄露(凍)d馬蹄好爽口,而且都ok大粒同多馬蹄同蛋ge味道都好重不過甜味有d過火....2.芝麻糊豆腐布甸如果單純分開兩樣黎食其實好好食芝麻糊好滑好濃而豆腐布甸就有好清香的豆腐味和一絲甜味但可惜芝麻糊太濃,加埋上去完全掩蓋左豆腐ge清淡味或者如果改用綠豆沙 西米露個d會比較好3. 糖不甩依舊美味,花生好不吝嗇湯圓好"咽嗯",而且熱熱的果然是其中一道鎮店之寳總括而言,食物質素依舊一流。但可惜自從翻新后,食物價格升幅有點過多。好多上年仲賣緊27 28 ge,今日睇已經變成33-35。不過從性價比黎睇,還算划算。…Read More

雖然住在黃大仙區多年,也素聞風信子是區内少數有西式甜品的甜品店,但卻一直沒有空去品嘗一番這次與友人相約到風信子,一邊吃甜品,一邊聊聊天由於天氣非常冷的關係,我們都叫了熱的甜品友人叫的是焗焦糖布丁。我沒有試,但看上去賣相還是可以的而我打開餐牌,第一眼看到有心太軟,我毫無疑問就選了這個其實一個心太軟做得是否好吃,重點就在於三項1.溫度必須是暖、偏熱2.外層要鬆化,不能有任何燒焦、表皮變lum的情況出現3.裏面要有朱古力漿,而且必須有熱度,而且texture如果能界乎solid and liquid之間。如果仍是固體,就代表完全失敗。而這次的心太軟做得其實還真不錯。首先是賣相,雖然不算花巧,但還是簡單而不失滿足用叉從傍邊隔開,花了小小的時間看出了外層厚了一點,還好我最愛朱古力,照單全收仔細一看,還是有熱氣從心臟部分升上天空而且朱古力漿還是呈現了流動的狀態。吃下去的時候,整個感覺都對了,很濃的朱古力味道不過旁邊的朱古力雪糕就稍嫌很一般,感覺還比不上雀X雪糕整體而言,在蛋糕的部分,風信子製作得很不錯,基本達到了要求,只是如果外層皮可以薄一點點就更perfect唯一的敗筆就出現在雪糕的部分,建議可以試一下其他味道的雪糕…Read More

一向松記都是我心水甜品店之一,當中的summer、雪山、幻彩明珠都是我個人認爲值得推薦的但由於最近喉嚨不適,因爲這次去松記就無法品嘗我的"愛人們"了因此我只好叫一些熱的甜品衆所周知,松記的傳統糖水一項都比同區位于黃金電腦商場的綠XXX為遜色。但這次逼于無奈,只好叫了一碗雪耳燉木瓜糖水其實木瓜的味道挺不錯,吃下去還是保留了很重的味道雪耳也很爽,有口感但這碗最大的敗筆是,它過甜了喝下去的時候,就像在喝一碗冰糖加水完全體會不了什麽滋潤.....整體來説,我也再不會在松記喝傳統糖水,因爲實在和他的甜品有很大差別…Read More
