令人念念不忘的排骨粥

最近大熱蒸氣鍋,韓式的是一層層叠高,4-5個鍋一起蒸。而我這次去的酒樓,則是每次只蒸一籠,以確保每款食物都是蒸得剛剛好,不會過老。我們一進酒樓,就被魚缸中生猛遊來遊去的魚類吸引,邊看邊想,一會兒吃那條好呢?走到樓上,又見放着一盤盤貝殼類海鮮,價目表清楚列明當日時價,任君選擇。哎呀,真的花多眼亂。我們四人各有喜好,唯有先叫盤青瓜海蜇,吃着慢慢再選。拍青瓜海蜇 ($48)青瓜海蜇冰凍爽脆,不會拌進太多調味油,很清新可口。我們一行4人,每款海鮮都想試。最後決定,要個四人良朋石鍋餐 ($1188),另加個排骨粥底(小) ($60)。侍應先放進米粒,新鮮排骨和南瓜在鍋裏,然後就開始放蒸籠。籠裏食物的精華就會滴進米中,最後就變成一鍋鮮甜無比的南瓜排骨粥。良朋石鍋餐每款海鮮都有些。第一盤當然是海鮮類,有元見,鮑魚各4隻,另外有花甲和8隻海中蝦。元貝已伴有粉絲和蒜泥調味,看似非常吸引,放上石鍋,加上個藤帽子似的蓋,差不多蒸十來分鐘。一開蓋,一陣蒸氣湧出來。海蝦已轉紅,花甲亦打開了口,趕緊拿隻鮑魚試試;嘩,蒸得剛剛好,一點兒也不靱,很腍滑亦充滿鮑魚鮮味。接著試元貝,不得了,元貝非常厚肉,彈牙鮮甜。加上粉絲蒜粒,帶出元貝的鮮味亦同時豐富了口感。再來是海蝦,有鮮甜蝦味,不錯。而花甲肉也頗大顆,很好吃。下一道是順德蒸汚糟鮮雞。雞件已調味,雞肉滑溜,再加上少許大頭菜和紅棗提鲜,味道不錯。菜蔬類我們選了梅菜蒸芥蘭。芥蘭都去掉葉子,削走外皮,所以蒸熟熟後只覺爽甜沒有渣。芥蘭沒有加任何調味,配上梅菜令其豐富味道。還有一味薑葱蒸大魚頭。魚頭己調過味,吃下去完全沒有腥味,只感到魚頭的滑溜豐腴鮮美。最後是糯米飯,選了金蒜肉蟹蒸糯米飯。肉蟹整整一大隻,肉質一梳梳。吃出蟹是新鮮即劏,因為其鲜味非其它急凍蟹可比。底層的糯米飯也做得不錯,煙靱爽口但又不會過硬或過糊。吃罷糯米飯後已經飽得不得了。但不要忘記,還有粥在下面。把蒸籠拿走,粥己煲好,呈淡黃色,南瓜都全溶在粥裏。侍應着我們到調味區拿些葱花芫荽大頭菜來調味,好,全都放進去;試一口,粥底綿滑,味道鮮得不能形容。當然啦,集合了眾海鮮的鮮味,這道粥絕對是精華所在。…Read More

最近韓風襲港,相約友人晚膳也避不過這道韓風。這晚我們一行4人到了銅鑼灣一間樓上舖,主打韓式美食。餐廳經理侍應全都是韓國人,有種置身韓國的感覺。大蒜豉油炸雞 ($178)韓式潮食當然少不了炸雞,點了大蒜豉油味,怕不夠,再要了部隊鍋和蒸餃子。炸雞上抬時熱辣辣,配以沙律菜和酸蘿蔔。炸雞是去骨的,切成小塊,一口一件,方便食用。雞炸得乾身不油膩,香脆可口;但可惜大蒜味不大特出,若果蒜味再濃些就更好。同行友人則不大喜歡蒜味,說這個剛剛好。Beergarita 啤酒麗塔 ($130)吃炸雞當然要配啤酒。原想要杯啤酒,但見每枱都放着杯飲品,是一支啤酒倒放着。問問OPPA,是啤酒麗塔,我亦叫了一個。大大的一杯,可供2人共飲。是混合酒吧,除啤酒外,應混有其它酒類和果汁,很好喝呵,難怪每枱都有點這個。燒酒-菠蘿味 ($120)友人點了菠蘿味燒酒,是一壺上。試了一杯,味道很好呀;酒味較濃,加上菠蘿香,甜甜的,不知不覺喝了一杯又一杯。部隊鍋 ($220)滿滿的一鍋,裏頭全是我喜歡的配料,有香腸,午餐肉,餃子和些蔬菜菇菌,當然少不了一個即食麵。湯底微辣,頗鲜味。份量不少,幾個人分吃剛剛好。蒸韓式餃子 ($60)一共有5隻。看似平平無奇,沒想到吃下去味道很好。餃子皮不太厚,吃下去有點煙靭(可能我吃時已放久了,有點凍);饀料大部份是蔬菜,味道清新,點些中間配着的醬汁,少少辣很好味。…Read More

悠閒韓式下午茶

又到跟好姐妹一個月一聚的時間,她剛去完首爾回來,一直跟我說韓國有多美麗,可憐我仍未有時間去遊歷,因此她選了此cafe,一來滿足她跟首爾的情未了,二來讓我望梅止止渴。店內座位不多,而且室內比較狹小,此店有個小秘密花園,如果天氣好,其實選擇坐花園是一個好選擇,可惜當日比較熱,所以我倆都決定在室內吹吹冷氣。此店是先付錢,店員再送上食物,收銀傍邊放了一些小遊戲,可以讓客人邊食邊玩,消磨大半日。先來一個烤牛肉韓哥飯卷,賣相精美,飯卷飽滿,裡面的食材差點趺出來,牛肉連同生菜入口,口感豐富,芝士味的醬汁又不會搶去食材本身的味道,正!之後配一個凍綠茶紅荳拿鐵,眾所週知,紅荳跟綠茶是天生一對,怕甜的我覺得此飲品的甜度剛剛好,紅荳軟身又帶有微甜,實屬消暑佳品。最後,當然要來一客甜品來做總結,點了一客柚子芝士蛋糕,柚子配芝士真是第一次品嚐,味很竟然出乎意外地夾,大家都沒有搶去對方的味道,酸中帶甜,而且口感幼滑細緻, !…Read More

今日跟妹妹在銅鑼灣美甲,之後就梗係同妹妹食埋飯先走啦,我地起燈籠街附近搜,而家呢條街簡直係一個美食天堂,成棟大廈都係唔同類型的餐廳,梗有一間啱口味,由於美甲前已經食左嘢打底,所以唔太餓,食精緻嘅日本菜就最啱啦.妹妹好鍾意日式居酒屋,所以就入到呢間居酒屋,呢度嘅裝修貫徹日本風格,餐廳盡頭就係bar台,可以同師傅對住坐,望住師傅整刺身,可惜當日bar台已經滿座,所以唯有同妹妹選擇咗另一邊嘅坐位用膳.翻開餐牌,價錢唔算平,不過食物種類比較特別,而且我哋係重質不重量,呢一點亦都係日本菜嘅特色.我哋點在一個海膽豆腐同埋海鮮寄世鍋.先黎個海膽豆腐,上台已經俾整個豆腐面上面嘅金黃橙色海膽吸引住,海膽連埋豆腐一齊放入口,豆腐入口非常滑溜,海膽的甘香鮮甜配埋豆腐的清淡豆香味實在係非常完美嘅配搭.到個海鮮寄世鍋,一上枱就聞到好香,湯面鋪滿咗好多唔同類型的蔬菜同埋菇類,先呷一啖湯,非常鮮甜味美,再撈到底,原來入面仲有好多大蜆舖底,唔怪得湯底咁甜美啦,我同妹妹兩個將呢個鍋嘅湯同料一滴不漏咁食清光.最後,黎個紅豆雪糕,簡直為今晚嘅晚飯劃上咗完美嘅句號.…Read More

令人驚喜的晚餐

由於公司起荔枝角附近,所以平時都會同同事起長沙灣元州邨附近食lunch,而呢間餐廳嘅lunch我都食過好多次,覺得價錢合理而且質素非常好,所以今晚老公難得接我放工,我就帶老公黎試下呢度嘅晚餐啦.晚餐選擇種類多,有前菜,主菜,甜品。我係一個海鮮后,所以凡係魚蝦蟹我都好鍾意食,老公就幫我點咗個芝士焗蟹蓋,金黃色又脹卜卜的焗蟹蓋外表已經非常吸引,蟹蓋入面有好多材料,金黃色的芝士味道香濃,入面仲有好多蟹肉,而且蟹肉鮮甜。之後我地再叫左個香煎美國穀飼法式豬扒138,豬扒外層香口,有淡淡的炭燒味,入口鬆化,保留住肉汁,個配汁原來係餐廳自己調製,我見到有水蜜桃肉粒混埋起汁入面,微微既果香味配埋個豬扒,竟然好夾,感覺唔會好飽濟。至於甜品,我就點左意大利奶凍,老公就要咗tiramisu。意大利奶凍上台時,已經見到舖滿咗雲尼拿籽,一入口非常滑溜,奶味香濃,最啱我呢d鍾意重奶味嘅人。至於老公點果個tiramisu,我試咗幾啖,覺得都好好食,味道唔會太甜,餅底有香濃嘅咖啡味,而且仲有淡淡嘅酒香,連我老公本身麻麻地鐘意食甜品既人都覺得呢度嘅tiramisu 做得好出色。…Read More

補祝好朋友生日而大家都想食唔同類型既食物,所以選了食放題去滿足大家貪心既胃口。甫進餐廳,感覺西式,空間感十足,我們四個女仔,店員安排了疏化卡位,座位十分闊落坐得好舒適,環境唔算太嘈吵,好適合我們一邊享受美食一邊談天說地。我們點了梅酒,是一種好適合女仔既味道,酸酸甜甜又夠冰凍,當然要叫些炸物去配酒,甘先夠過隱。炸物做得唔錯,我們叫了南瓜、大蝦天婦羅、炸三文魚骨和炸生蠔,炸生蠔炸到外脆內軟,蠔細細隻,剛好一啖一隻,入口溶化;而大蝦天婦羅蝦肉爽口彈牙。小食也不錯,蒜香炒金菇牛肉, 上桌時是熱辣辣,金菇索晒醬汁好惹味,再配上一啖梅酒,是一種享受。再來一碗熱辣辣的蟹粥暖胃,鮮味十足,加上有蟹增加了不小口感,裡面還有一隻蟹,算幾足料。燒雞飲骨,味道甘香又爽口,火喉控制得很好。日式叉燒豬骨湯拉麵,細細碗,食完又唔會太飽,湯底麻麻地,沒有豬骨味,但叉燒做得唔錯,好入味又稔滑。終於黎到女仔最期待的甜品時間,點了木糠布甸、泡芙、乳酪和芝士蛋糕,木糠布甸外形似乎不錯,而味道就不過不失,頗香甜軟滑;由於泡芙裡面的cream雪到硬,好似食緊雪糕;雀巢士多啤梨乳酪係最好味,又可以消膩。…Read More

愛貓病了一整個月,跟老公每晚都是靠外賣來解決,經過一個月的努力,愛貓終於痊癒,我倆當然要再出關繼續密密食來慶祝一番.出關後的第一餐,當然要品嚐我最掛念的日本菜,先來個拉麵夜做前奏吧.此麵店地點非常方便,我家有巴士直達,一下車就是麵店的位置,完全符合我懶人的要求.我跟老公約七點半就抵達,店內座位不多,幸好當晚不是假期,尚有少量座位,我們選了師傅煮麵的前台位置,看著師傅不停煮拉麵,令我想起在日本街邊的拉麵車.我們選了黑天王及赤天王,小食就選了豚角煮及烤餃子,此麵店的點菜紙可以口味,香油的濃淡度以及拉麵的軟硬度,非常抵讚.台面還有自家制的辣牙菜,可放於拉麵內拌食或當前菜也可以,帶有芝麻香的辣牙菜,令我非常開胃.餃子皮薄又脆,餡料又充足.豚角煮用了五花腩肉,汁料香濃,入口鬆化.黑天王其實就是黑蒜油的豬骨湯底,上台已聞到蒜香的味道,可能老公要了淡香油,所以入口不會太濃烈蒜味,蒜味跟豬骨湯味混在一起,非常夾;赤天王就是辣的豬骨湯底,跟店內的介紹一樣,辣而不嗆,辣度控制得非常之好,不會過令人不停飲水,反而真是想把湯底喝清光.兩碗拉麵的配料都非常充足有木耳,紫菜,香蔥;薄片的义燒,肥瘦均勻,入口鬆化;溫泉蛋更加不用說,單看外表已知溫度剛好,蛋黃處於半熟狀態,蛋白不會過老,入口非常滑溜.…Read More
