今天去东平洲摄影采风,该岛杳无人烟,人迹罕至,除了周末,平时更无交通或者车船直达,以致污染少,风景秀美,当然,随之而来的便是旅游不大方便啦。中午在岛上一家农家乐草草吃了点饭,大家琢磨着晚上搞顿大的!上OPEN RICE搜了下,陈根记,1982年开店,得奖餐厅,刚好在沙田,走之!7点左右,我们回到了沙田,从地铁站的地图看上去,离禾輋街并不远。于是大家决定步行。一路走一路问,好远啊。。。还走了不少冤枉路的。走了差不多四十分钟,人都快饿死了,自嘲自己进行了沙田深度游!终于看到了传说中的禾輋商场,据说陈根记就在这里下面了。下楼后,只见几家大排档一字排开,人声鼎沸,好不热闹!陈根记人满为患,台台爆满,果然名不虚传啊!虽然又饿又疲劳,但是为了好吃的一顿大餐也值了!等了差不多十五分钟的样子,终于有了座位。不容易啊。。。吃个饭都这么艰难!5个人点了以下几道菜:wasabi手撕鸡,超级多食家推荐的一道菜;如名所示,沾了芥末的手撕鸡,吃了我直呛鼻,不小心眼泪就哗哗的。但是这种做法真的是第一次碰到,很爽快很特别,赞一个!孜然棒棒骨,排骨烤得又酥又脆,好吃!明炉烧鹅,说实在,真的很好吃,在香港吃过的最好烧鹅在镛记,第二就在这家。鹅皮好香好脆啊,广州的朋友们也是赞不绝口呀!椒盐九肚鱼,什么叫入口即化的感觉,冰激凌有木有!炸出来的九肚鱼真的做到入口即化的感觉,根本不用剔刺,八错八错!再点了腐乳通菜、豉椒炒蚬、扬州炒饭,再来了半打嘉士伯,爽!每碟菜分量都很足,平均最后每个人90块钱左右。大排档虽然环境如此,不够卫生也不够整洁,但是绝对不后悔走了那么老远路过来饱餐一顿。吃过路边大排档,才算真正体会到香港的市民生活呢!虽然卫生条件不大好,但是吃的就是这个味儿嘛!不干不净,吃了没病!最后我们估算了一下这家店的盈利水平,店内大概有200张桌子,按每桌400块的消费(有大有小,我们保守就算400一桌好),一般一个小时一台,按每晚3台的翻桌率,400*200*3=240000,如果按60%的成本计算,每晚赚240000*(1- 60%)=96000,约等于十万,每个月就是300万。。。一年就是3600万。。。。。好吧。。。。。。。。我决定下海经商去了,大家不要阻拦我…Read More

同事们大力推荐的一家店,之前觉得易牙的红烧牛肉面很是一般,因此一直想尝一下正宗台湾红烧牛肉面的味道。位置处于铜锣湾的闹市,很小细长的店面,还跟甜嫂甜品共用一个铺头,招牌却极大且显眼。马上就能入位,无需等待。我一般没什么出息,去一家新店就会点它家的招牌。金牌红烧三宝面和一份葱油饼,一份牛肉卷饼。对于汤面来说,汤头是重点。一碗面好不好吃,很大程度上取决于汤头。舀上一勺,汤底味道浓重,闪着油光,带有香料味和些许辣味。面是那种宽面条,很有韧劲,同事直夸!牛肉和牛筋、牛腩都很入味,口感十足!作为一份汤面,它是不错的,我有些找到在北京第一次吃“面爱面”的感觉。葱油饼,跟家乡吃的不大一样,煎得里焦外酥,不过我还是想念家乡葱油饼的味道。牛油卷饼,也是它家招牌之一,由于本人不吃大葱,把里面的大葱取出来,才敢放心嚼食。饼的里面是牛肉裹着大葱和黄瓜,还算比较脆。没有太多惊喜。…Read More
