I'm a regular at this restaurant because it's near my workplace and the food is great. But today I had a bad experience. I made a reservation for two a week in advance, but when we arrived, the place was packed - the only available seats were one 5-person table indoors or outdoor seating. (But it was obvious they weren't going to give us the 5-person table.) A female staff asked if we wanted to sit outside, even though it was raining (drizzling at the time)🙂‍↕️I asked why our reserved 2-person table wasn't saved for us, and she just said 'because the indoor area is full.'
