大江東去浪花淘盡多少英雄,鰂魚涌康怡廣場譚魚頭敗退後又來間連鎖酒樓殺入港島東。此地點夾在太古城和吉之島之間,應旺不旺皆因人流不至。本來以前東湖經營多年平靚正,搞什麼新活化呢。講番呢間海港薈,裝修佈置唔錯,魚池比上兩手都靚。廣東菜之外又有日本魚生拼盤,雖然話中式酒樓加個日式生鮮好易撈亂粘板,但食物及衞生局批得個牌都怕有個譜掛。好,開壺普洱先,水滾茶色都好,飲落冇水喉味。是晚點了三個菜黑松露蝦仁炒蛋油多而膩,松露不太香,雪蝦味沒去除。因為大部份蝦的腸未清除,沒勁,吃剩半碟。蒜茸蟶子約五吋長,得唔太乾淨,我取出肉後要手動處理,初時吃下尚覺新鮮甜美。醮上碟上的蒜茸及豉油後頃覺嗆喉並有強烈油益味,吃罷殘留味道越來越強,木獨感覺蔓延至舌面。南瓜芋頭煲火侯不夠,浸在吉士粉汁內格格不入。如此便宜的菜居然還要加上幾片木薯,敗筆。唔知呢個集團其他分店係唔係都係咁呢。…Read More

十多年來太古城三期的食店從中泰海鮮酒家散班後變成大路貨翠晶軒,以後鐘菜銳意搞高檔路線不果,再由美心集團做超豪裝修搞間洞庭樓。今次裝修將個接待處大大個擺到正中,派頭威過隔離潮州野,入面落地玻璃加個柵,睇街睇埋窗框,又地毬又地板分隔出幾個區間。連去廁所條路、牆壁都鋪過哂,洗唔洗呀!真係十年人事幾番裝修新,以前舊址舊店食到變老友的伙計們好多都出頭發達收山矣。是晚也,習慣性地浦浦下盪到呢個地埗,洞庭開張囉。以前食過中環那間感覺不差,又幫趁下先。由於我生飛滋,點的菜都不辣。兩個人點的一羹兩菜,份量足夠有餘。豌豆海鮮羹 - 四人份量,熱度足夠,碗豆茸加上幾粒荷蘭豆,豆味濃而清新。可惜碗豆茸未能攪勻,上碗時還有粉團。咸蛋炒蝦球 - 去殼雪藏蝦加上厚厚鹹蛋炸粉,唉。富貴牛腩 - 出水牛腩舖面,下面是未晾乾水的灼熟黃芽白,牛腩片淋上紅色的蕃茄醬,很有塔巴斯科辣椒味道。賣相不像富貴,倒疑似洞庭水景。值得一讚是茶味雖淡,卻無太古特有的水喉味。重可以用運通白金半價,正呀!…Read More
