前幾天叫外賣,收銀啊姐態度惡劣,收錢時已經黑口黑面,我叫了咖喱牛腩飯想要多少少汁,佢就鬧我叫我一次過講,話入咗機,其實過程相差10秒。我覺得而家飲食業咁困難,其實服務態度好緊要,如果真係入咗機,咁近廚房都可以同佢哋講聲就可以,再者,如果真係唔得,都可以客氣啲講,唔需要搵客人出氣。其實我全程都係保持良好態度同個收銀阿姐講,不過佢嘅態度就每況愈下,越嚟越惡劣,我感覺好似唔優做咁,希望金銘茶餐廳可以正視呢個問題,令到我哋身為顧客都可以幫襯得開心,食得放心。…Read More
