無端端見到心愛的WOW BURGER執左,好徬徨之際,見到哩間瓦罐煨湯,不其然想起深圳有間類似得連鎖店,印象中都幾好食,所以都想入去試下。MENU有好多湯麵,湯+飯的套餐等等因早2日食得太多肥膩野,所以都係叫翻碗麵算數1)酸辣墨魚肉餅煨湯手工麵$28+牛輾$72)香菇肉餅煨湯麵線$25+大腸$7另加$7一杯烏梅沙冰1)牛輾份量得3塊,切得比較薄,所謂酸辣,是清湯上配幾粒辣椒+雪菜等,完全沒有酸辣可言。手工麵也比較淋,塊肉餅就9吾搭8又無咩味。2)香菇及肉餅原來是分開,不是蒸埋一齊。麵線質地尚可,沒有太糊口的現象,但作為招牌的煨湯,個湯比清水更清,真係合乎我想清腸胃的目的。唯一可取的是大腸份量不少,味道也可以。沙冰就略甜,不過比呢2碗麵來講都算好架啦。一路食,見到有2PAIR人坐低睇完餐牌之後起身走左,佢地真係醒目。。。可能叫翻飯+湯套餐會比較好掛。…Read More

地點於葵涌廣場天橋後面的街市中間第1次去搵左好耐先見到,係小巴站果度,豆豆麵包對面間舖非常小,早上做主婦生意散賣魚蛋,等隔離的菜檔肉檔晚上收工才能開幾張檯做堂食2位男士應該是老闆+廚師+侍應,好客氣招呼MENU好簡單得2頁,叫左最出名果幾樣野:豬肉腸粉、手打魚蛋粿汁及煎蠔餅(各$20)可能我地係琴晚第1臺客,老細親自幫我地用熱水碌筷子同碗,跟住又分左少少佢既送比我地加送,有幾條來自佢地家鄉的"炒麻葉"同埋潮州扎肉,雖然不是咩名貴菜式,但都令我地覺得好開心。先來的是魚蛋粿汁,有些像腸粉不過是半透明一片片的。魚蛋好彈牙有鮮味,佢寫住用海魚來做,看來所言非虛。不過個湯比較稠同埋鹹。跟住係豬肉腸粉,好似PIZZA咁,D料半露出來,又蛋有蝦米魷魚仔牙菜等等,好香,加埋蒸腸粉的清香軟滑,食一碟當晚飯都幾好,清清地不會肥膩。最後是煎蠔餅,來到其實像是家常煎蛋餅多D,蠔的份量不算好多,蛋漿可能落左薯粉,煙煙韌韌咁又不會太熱氣。總括來講價錢經濟實惠,好食又有特色,行過果頭又唔嫌UP DUP就去幫趁下啦…Read More

上禮拜6有事過海一趟,順道到惠記重溫咖哩羊腩飯,可惜當日運氣實在欠佳,2時40分羊腩已沽清,店員說羊骨也很好味,要不要?很飢荒的我也只好接受。上桌時真的是一碗骨頭跟飯,黏著丁點羊筋跟肉,可是當見到對面搭檯的嬸嬸一口一口的羊腩,自己眼前一堆的骨頭,心裡實在很不是味兒。:(那一碟白飯全靠一貫好味的咖哩汁才能完成,收費跟普通羊腩飯一樣,實在有點掃興。如果改要燒鴨飯,心情反而會好過一點吧,只怪我太想念咖哩羊腩了。…Read More

昨晚有事去荃灣一趟,經過路德圍的食店,記得看雜誌談過麵棧的老闆為黎生長兄。抱住一試的心情點了兩款麵─麻辣雞塊麵和紅燒牛利麵,另加一杯豆漿,共$49。先來的凍豆漿,溝水般,淡得很。紅燒牛利麵─牛利切得很薄,大概有8片左右,因為切得太薄,談不上好入味,叫做帶一點點滷水味而已。麻辣雞塊麵─可取之處是湯麵跟雞塊分上。讓汁料不會被湯溝稀。雞塊切得細碎,幸好不帶骨頭。汁料像是咖哩+花椒/麻椒而成,頗辣,麻辣兩字算是對題了,但雞塊是冷的,而且沒什麼雞味。寫之前,看過前面幾十個食評,發覺幾多人認為麵條煙韌,可能我來得不是時候,昨晚吃的,只是硬,談不上煙韌,實在是令人失望。。湯底,一般清甜,黃芽白等配菜算是新鮮。服務方面,當我們進食途中,亞姐過來清潔桌上的調味盤,實在有點騷擾。。友人說,既然是由黎生亞哥主理的,上過電視,又有知名度,理應不會太差吧,豈料又是另一回事。。…Read More

與將放產假的舊同事LUNCH,認真頭疼,因中/上環能夠坐得比較舒服又不算貴的地方不多。幸好大肚婆說有門路,帶我去一間不錯的店子。從永安中心走到後面新世紀廣場再往陳意齋進發,從一條秘道拾級而上,彷彿走過時光隧道,轉個彎來,原來已是歌賦街。離開了分秒必爭的商業區,瞥見對面有一群伯伯在踢毽,沒有捉棋/鋤D的喧嘩,竟是一幅與世無爭的圖畫。信步前往這家小店,門口放著餐牌,舊同事確認她喜愛的午餐在選擇之內,滿意的上二樓坐下。她的最愛是芝士菠菜田螺飯;我選了蟹子大蝦天使麵。兩者都是熱騰騰,份量頗多,芝士菠菜田螺飯以石本盛載,賣相別緻;我的大蝦真的有小指般粗,一口咬出彈牙的口感,吃得出用料新鮮。白汁本來就不難煮得美味,混著意粉伴食,不知不覺就吃光了。甜品是腐竹白果,用調羹一舀是驚喜的濃,甜度剛好,很舒服。連餐飲$48不加一,同事任職的公司有9折優惠,真是寫意的一餐。回頭的路上,旁邊的幾位伯伯還在踢毽中,真想拋開下午的工作加入戰圈。。。。…Read More

有一陣子沒有幫趁好麵線,有點掛念他的辛辣,這個星期六趁著放工尚早,正好來酸辣一番。新推出的二人套餐$79 有四種東西:一窩酸辣魚;一煲汽鍋雞;豆腐花作甜品;還有兩杯飲品,看來陣容不太鼎盛。汽鍋雞不等多久就用傳統雲南式中間有個洞的瓦碗上桌,熱辣辣的湯鮮甜,但不見雲耳/紅棗等,份量不錯,有3大碗左右。跟其他店比較,這裡是偏向雞湯的形式。喝著雞湯的時候,選擇了小辣的酸辣魚來了。用上大米線的碗(有去過的都知道是哪種SIZE吧),份量驚人,表面佈滿魚片/雪菜/芫西/辣椒,色彩斑爛的放在白白的湯頭裡,看著已覺得十分開胃。下方有米線墊底,不用擔心吃不飽。第一次在這裡吃魚片,味道是不錯的。魚片切的五分厚,約兩三吋長,算是頗大塊,有點辣味襯托下,吃得出是新鮮的。可是因為採用類似脆肉"魚完"的切法,但又太厚了,弄得頗多細骨在每塊魚片裡,吃的時候有點費力。店員都知道,所以預先給我們每人一小碗以盛骨頭。要是廚房能改善切片的方法,食客會更欣賞哩。本來以為份量不多,到最後卻是連甜品也差點吃不下,微溫的豆腐花,正好一洗魚的辛辣哩。…Read More

喜歡蒜蓉和辣椒的我,對前者是又愛又恨,愛的是其剛烈霸道的味道,恨的是吃過生蒜後,整晚開口說話時都讓其他人知道吃過蒜頭。是晚在荃灣力生樓下的蘭州拉麵店,以麻辣牛肉手拉麵做舞台,讓蒜頭跟辣椒兩宿敵,在味蕾上摒發連場大戰。麻辣椒以其辛辣先下一城,麻味隨後趕至意圖攻撼整個舌面,冷不防蒜頭卻從另一端竄出,一時之間,混亂不已,又要應付充滿嚼勁的手拉麵,滷成深啡色的五香牛肉片原來跟辣椒暗中串連,對我這個苦主發動絕地反擊。我唯有出動上湯意圖消滅掉全部滋事份子,豈料到鮮甜滾熱的湯頭在戰場上火上加油,倒幫辣椒一臂。最後只好請出太上老君─豆漿清洗太平地。份量充足,大戰上演約半個多小時,算是頗耐吃的一頓,才$25,把數方一舉韱滅的我身心都非常滿足,搓著小肚腩不雅地嗝氣,恍然大悟在口腔縈繞不已的蒜頭那柔長的餘韻才是最終的勝利者。店子位於天橋螺旋坡道出口的背面,算是不起眼的位置,也沒有派員到外面派傳單,但光顧過的都被其精彩的手拉麵和刀切麵吸引,我已在盤算下齣好戲上演的日期,你哩?…Read More

上上星期四晚看到梁思浩主持的節目,訪問名嘴的牛肉麵店,在名嘴"流放"在外的期間,麵店是他太太一個很重要的精神支柱,太太說寧願忙點有個寄託,好生意的時候,一天賣300碗麵也是等閒,總好過胡思亂想。麵店搬到新地方後(其實也不新了)未有機會幫趁,禮拜6下午放工後乘船過海便信步往中港城去。2樓的food court,疏疏落落的人客散佈在各個攤位前。目的地位於正中,十分好找。$28一碗牛肉麵送一杯飲品,比其他$25的午餐還要貴一點。點了一碗牛肉麵和一份炒米粉套餐,沒多久米粉先給端出來。作為福建人,對炒米粉總有一點莫名的歸屬感。配料有蘿蔔絲/冬菇絲/肉絲/韭菜/芽菜等等。幼身的米粉炒得不油膩,帶少量汁再夾著冬菇,味道粉不錯,但吃到底就出現問題,因炒得不夠乾身,底部出現較多湯汁,有點水汪汪,味道也過鹹了。伴送的青菜用水煮過,下幾滴鮮露就算,不值一提。作為重頭戲的牛肉麵,牛肉比印象中舊店時略薄,份量有4/5塊,算是可以。紅白蘿蔔下得慷慨,也是讓湯底鮮甜的秘密。湯和牛肉都沒什麼大問題,麵條倒是讓我惆悵了一陣子。發漲的麵條吸收不了上湯,沒嚼頭像爛蛇,是讓人遺憾的敗筆。無論如何,我都把湯喝完,以示支持和欣賞。店面貼了搬遷的通告,遲點會在旺角新寶戲院附近開業,希望在新地點再會的時候不會讓我失望吧。…Read More

時間:禮拜日下午茶天氣:明明應該打風卻吹過隔離台灣的悶熱天氣地點:黃大仙詠藜園人物:兩隻餓鬼主角:水煮牛肉配角:擔擔麵/紅油"手然"面預備工作:體力勞動,花一個早上大洗暴露在滿天塵埃的車再打蠟,做就兩隻餓鬼事發經過:不辣的擔擔麵,充滿麻香和花生碎,細碎的蛋麵泛著微黃,安躺在稠濃的麻醬高湯裡,正好讓餓了一個早上的胃部做做熱身。紅油"手然"麵,原來是紅油撈麵,非常簡單的食材,較擔擔麵更能感受麵條的真味。高潮是一盤紅騰騰的水煮牛肉,不敢說是否十分正宗,其深不到底的紅油在強烈的挑釁食客的舌頭,也把我們堅決吃辣的氣焰嚇退了一點。在互相客氣推讓之下,我身先士卒去迎戰,紅光遍佈滑溜溜的牛肉片,聞起來是麻香撲鼻,吃進口中,麻痺感慢慢滲入你的口裡。萬幸,經過其他食店的麻辣訓練,這道菜算是輕鬆果關,辣度不算非常,牛肉片經過泡油再用所謂的水煮,鮮嫩有致。舀一點辣油到那"手然"麵,更添滋味。冷不防墊底的芽菜才是殺著,在盤底沈澱一段時間,芽菜都裡裡外外充滿紅油,一口清爽加一份辣勁,真是天衣無縫的配搭。我幻想化身四川漢子,對著一盤肉大吃大喝,一道吃肉,一道飲烈酒,辣得大呼痛快過癮!想著想著,把桌上能吃的都清理得乾乾淨淨。代價:$84另加四片烈焰紅唇事後節目:去隔離超市買包奶慰藉口舌腸胃,再到黃大仙廟祈福日日有食神…Read More

昨晚到太子附近塭食,經過這家店頗多顧客,進去試一試吧!餐牌就是墊檯紙,店鋪地址讓我知道原來是灣仔集成對面的西貢越南湯河的分店低頭顧盼一翻後,決定要最簡單的生牛河,呀,不,要一碗生牛肉牛丸湯河。店員戰戰競競地,雙手把食物送上,入目是滿眼的青綠,對了,我沒來錯地方!慷概的撒一把九層塔,淋上充滿牛味的高湯,成就眼前的生牛肉牛丸湯河,份量並不算大,牛丸只得一粒,牛肉約有八片,沒細讀庖丁解牛,不知道肉片是來自什麼部位,畢竟牛肉是快熟的肉類,熱湯一過,讓人口水直流的鮮紅快速褪色,肉質有點韌,但牛味馥郁,跟其他店是截然不同的口感。上桌時已四成熟,我連忙把牛肉片置高,有一店員走來問我是否嫌太生,要不要一碗清湯燙熟肉片,我解釋是避免太熟,可見店員頗細心。牛丸本來以為是主角,本來討厭河粉,沒味道,質感爛爛的沒個性,但論越南粉麵,就只有溫婉的河粉才是絕配,這裡的河粉類似金邊粉般幼細,夾帶著濃郁的湯頭連同香葉獨有的香氣,不知不覺就全部吃掉。點菜的時候,見到有一種久違的甜品─粟米糯米,還記得好多年前在灣仔讀書時,最愛到合和對面的越南店,每人一碗湯粉,再來一小碗粟米糯米(就是酒樓那種小號的碗),一人一口,然後拍拍肚子上學去。如今見到這種甜品,不禁要重溫往日甜美的回憶。糯米本身不帶味,但躺在椰汁裡,加上粟米天然的甜味,混合一起就是一口香糯,一口幼滑,時而費點勁去嘴嚼粟米,彷彿又走進穿著校服,無憂無慮的年代... ...$29一碗粉+$17甜品,以地區來說,略貴一點,可是碰上一位老朋友,打開記憶的缺口,又豈是千金能買?…Read More
