意外的驚喜.......

難得來澳門一遊,當然要揾猪扒包食下啦~~原本鎖定氹仔新好利美食餅店,但係........跟住地址門牌揾極都揾唔到加上又熱又曬又肚餓又唔想再行,所以退而求其次去大利來記...其實我都係講真我都係第一次幫襯,因為身邊大部份人都認為水準越來越:(所以從來都唔係我List之內,但又熱又曬又肚餓又唔想再行,所以就試下龍與鳳兩個人叫左一個猪扒甜包,魷魚麵,兩杯凍奶茶....猪扒甜包:因為脆猪包要兩點後先有,所以要了甜餐包,其實個甜餐包真係幾好,又夠軟熟又夠麵包香甜味,不過個主角猪扒就唔爭氣,一來又唔夠熱,二來死實唔夠鬆化,三來調味雖好但只限表面,原全未醃得入味,所以以招牌菜來說....NO GOOD:(魷魚麵:這個真係意外的驚喜,一上枱似係雲吞麵鋪出品,因為一來係生麵底,二來湯底似加左腩汁,跟住有啲魷魚做餸,咖哩汁就另上,不過這個真係幾ok,因為個湯底夠濃郁,魷魚係急凍日式魷魚(即係日式燒魷魚嗰隻)所以夠厚身夠咬口夠魷魚味,而咖哩汁更係一絕,咖哩汁面浮紅油,夠辣勁之餘又夠咖哩香,加進湯底內有如神來之筆,即刻令味道層次提升凍奶茶:有別香港一般風味,茶味淡奶味淡,可能係澳門人心目中奶茶就是這樣味道吧!!!另外提一堤大家,香港人同樣愛好凍檸茶($20)係比凍奶茶($13)貴好多架,我都好想知點解???這次又經歷成名後人潮不斷,粗製濫造的後果,如果你問我會唔會為這個猪扒包而來,我會答唔會,試過就好啦~反而為個魷魚麵還有機會哩…Read More

山窿謝記的最佳配角~~~~

是日郊遊南丫島~因為諗起山窿謝記d魚蛋,炸魚片,所以坐遠d車係旺角坐小巴殺入香港仔重臨舊地,d裝修,檯檯凳凳依然同以前一式一樣咁原汁原味就好似時光倒流二十年咁樣~可能係閒日又未到食飯時間所以我終於第一次唔使等位la~~~兩個人叫左一碗墨丸牛丸河加色,一碗魚蛋魚餃河,雨個人份量嘅炸魚片~~~魚蛋魚餃河:魚蛋當然係主打,白雪雪一粒,爽口彈牙,淡淡鱼鮮味,依舊保持水準.....正!!! 可能有好多人會揾筲箕灣嗰間比較,不過個人認為謝記比較起來雖然無咁多調味 所以反而更能突出新鮮嘅魚鮮味~~ 雖然魚餃係配角,但因為用料足,所以外皮同內餡都咁味鮮跟魚蛋一樣精彩!!! 不過嗰粒炸魚蛋放左湯無白魚蛋咁好食扣左0.5分,不過整体就有9.5分~~~hahahaha墨丸牛丸河:一直喺謝記,墨丸牛丸就似係配角,不過係我心目中就唔係,雖然墨丸內墨魚肉比例無旺 角樂X銅鑼灣文X咁多,但反而比較爽滑,而且同樣食得出墨魚嘅鮮味~~~ 而牛丸同樣爽滑有鮮牛肉味,最驚喜係三粒中有一粒係牛根丸,因為加入根位部份,所以 由爽滑變成爽口彈牙,牛肉味更濃!!!所以每次那粒牛根丸都係留到最後先慢慢嘆~~~ 所以墨丸牛丸河係我喺謝記嘅正選,至於魚蛋當然係'痴"人地嗰粒嚟食就好la~hohoho炸魚片:依家係外脆口內彈牙,淡淡鱼鮮味,點d自家制辣椒油食....讚雖然魚蛋太出名,但配角同樣靜靜精彩(當然仲有腐皮卷,鱼扎,牛腩嗰一分)所以胃口大又或者好肚餓的話,一個人食一碗細什會窩,一次過食哂咁多樣~~~大滿足也!!!(等我再分享一樣有趣野,就係有無覺得收銀嗰阿姐好神,唔使用計數機,望一望張單唔駛幾秒就可以計到幾多錢,所以我每次都會同佢玩下,就係去俾錢前都計好幾多錢,然後去埋單就等阿姐未開口就問返佢係咪咁多咁多錢,跟住佢就會笑笑口唔出聲找番錢俾我~~~好搞笑架!!!!!)…Read More

超讚坤記三宝:( 芝麻糕, 紅豆糕, 砵仔糕)

每次去深水埗睇完電腦,必定要去拜會"坤記三宝"所以今日如是:砵仔糕:不會太硬又不會太淋,比起坊間嘅砵仔糕多啲紅豆,紅豆好鬆化,整体都不會太甜...讚:)紅豆糕:外表平平無奇,但入口後即刻化開,個感覺就好似食紅豆沙一樣,夾雜粒狀跟沙狀嘅紅豆, 口感一流芝麻糕:雖然做成千層狀,但同樣入口後化開,化開後即刻感覺到濃濃嘅黑芝麻味,同樣不太甜,我會形容為便攜版芝麻糊(因為係一舊舊)總括來講,大部份都甜而不膩,食多啲都唔會覺得漏........其實有人可能認為一舊糕賣$6比較貴,但這$6係包含咗心機同手功(剩一層一層咁整己經夠哂心機la)再者$6亦都係買一份回憶(可以問吓啲95後,可能都唔知傳统糕點係咩嚟)......…Read More

是夜國慶加上中秋做節,所以上街食飯本來打算去鼎泰豐,但想起放煙花,一定多人到嘔,所以放棄:(於是上網找找~看到這間評語不差,於是跟阿爸提議~於是一行五人八點到達,可能睇煙花啲人去哂尖咀,只坐八成客~所以順利有位因為做節,所以叫了六餸一湯:嚮螺燉雞腳湯:飲得出真係用燉,味濃得像老火湯一樣:)~ 不似一啲酒家煲好一大煲再入盅扮係燉:(沙薑雞半隻:雖然用上四斤雞,但依然嫩滑,有雞味~不過有啲位生咗啲~海班兩食:油泡球同清蒸頭腩都ok~夠新鮮骨髓三鮮 :招牌菜當然要試,果然夠鑊氣,個汁送飯一流~ 不過膽固醇超高(骨髓+鮮魷+庵春蛋)但好食無計蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子:這個ok la,夠蒜蓉但末夠肥美~ 不過最搞笑係個阿叔碟送來的時候,突然大約蟶子到, 搞到其他枱嘅人都望過,勁搞笑...hahaha生炒排骨:係我哋五個一致認為最好食,炸得夠鬆化,個汁甜酸度適中,係我細個時才有的風味~ 比起很多大酒樓做得更出色~GREAT"最後合時糖水:雪梨木瓜雪耳糖水,甜而不膩,連糖水都是用心去做真是無話可說其實本身為飲食世家,看着同行很多都是求求其其,所以對出街食飯已經無咩要求,只要味道不大差就ok~雖然這裡無堂皇嘅裝修,但今餐真是令我成家人都非常滿足,無論起菜速度,熱度同味道都真係近年難得.......(ps:不過除了支風花雪月啤酒,又淡又無酒味~hehehehe)…Read More
