年初一都要一人過,爸爸同媽媽返左大陸拜年,我初四要返工,所以唔返去.所以年初一就要一個人過啦朋友年初一都要拜年,所以我一早買定野食,準備做一日宅女啦去左屋企附近間現代煮意,依度專係賣外賣食品,見到佢地有外賣火鍋,所以買一個返屋企食依個叫做韓式部隊和牛鍋 , 入面當然有和牛同肥牛啦,另外仲有午餐肉，黑椒腸，年糕.都幾多料係入面湯底係一個豆腐湯底 ,放係個煲上面煮熱就可以食,好似杯麵咁牛肉熟得好快,牛肉都幾靚,牛味幾香,咬落口感都唔錯肥牛都係好快食得,都幾夠肥,但又唔會好多肥膏位,肉既比例較多,好食過出面既火鍋店幾鍾意食依個磨菇,浸左落湯之後幾有味,磨菇又夠大舊,幾好咬口入面仲有淮山麵，芝士，一定夠曬飽,仲會食唔曬添.准山麵到最後先食,個麵底已經索曬味,而且都幾有韌度,幾特別蔬菜類就有娃娃菜,蘿蔔同豆腐,味道都幾新鮮,唔會有D冰鮮味,不過都最尾食唔曬,有D可惜一個人食既話食唔曬,火鍋應該要人多食先開心,不過如果無人陪又想食火鍋,都係唔錯既選擇…Read More

下午LUNCH可以話係天堂時間,返工既壓力真係好大,不停接腫而黎既問題,要自己解決,解決唔到可以會被人罵,都幾辛苦所以同同事lunch既時間.,可以話係心靈唯一既慰藉一路食一路傾下公司既野,先可以抒發下今日去左羅勒印度餐廳,貪依度地方大坐得舒服D食左個印度咖哩角,香脆之餘又唔會好肥膩,但入面既味道好豐富,好特別燒生蠔一上枱已經好香,好多汁,蠔身好滑,好飽滿一路食一路傾計真係好開心最後食左燒羊扒,下午食得太飽其實會影響做野,不過要解壓無辦法羊扒好大塊,好有羊味,一D都唔羶勿起黎果陣無根位,而且因為夠熱,所以好好食D野食上得好快,所以食完都係1點半左右,仲可以傾多一陣計,餐廳侍應清一色係印度人,全部都好有禮貌,唔會趕人走嫁…Read More

之前聽過依間oyster season 既海鮮味道唔錯,前2日特登同朋友入黎食飯,早1星期BOOK位先有位,都幾FULL下放工入到黎,都7點幾8點,好小咁夜入到黎元朗餐廳係傳統西餐廳,燈光暗暗地幾有氣氛D擺設幾精緻幾靚,如果多幾個酒吧位置會更開心,不過對於一心想食晚餐既人就無所謂啦估唔到依度都有日本清酒,仲要係高級D果種,可能因為秘魯菜有日本菜元素係入面依隻清酒味道香醇,但又唔會好難入口,而且價錢唔貴,值得一試另外叫左杯白酒,因為食海鮮拼盤會襯D海鮮拼盤味道唔錯,鮮蝦好新鮮同大隻生蠔全部都有國藉,有多國選擇,我最鍾意法國生蠔,CREAMY D味道會令人覺得深刻D不過依度既生蠔整體都幾好食之後叫左海膽刺身,海膽配上青瓜,令原本既鮮味更強烈,襯埋紫菜仲好食依度既海膽真係好新鮮,一D腥味都無,但一上枱要即訂食,如果唔係唔新鮮嫁再配返杯清酒會更好味最後食左隻燒雞,個擺盤唔錯,幾靚食落雞味都幾香,燒得岩岩好,入面既好軟,但出面既皮有小小脆咬落好JUICY,我地好小連皮一齊食曬嫁臨走飲曬成皮清酒,今晚真係飲飽食醉…Read More

我和男友差不多每年也會到台灣旅行一次,因為我們都係喜歡當天的食物,感覺比較純天然,沒有香港的味精味道,而且充滿人情味這天下班路過上環一家新開張的小店,叫做五斗米,光聽名字是聯想不到吃什麼,但看看餐牌上寫上台灣牛肉麵,便立刻了解了這家店看起來是以外賣為主,店裡只有2個小小的位置,不過看起來相當有情調,今天不趕時間,便吃小小東西才走吧吃了這個台灣牛肉刀削麵,牛肉相當夠味,味道香濃而軟熟,咬起來不會痴著牙齒的台灣麵的牛肉不知怎的跟香港牛肉味道有明顯分別,可能是湯底的關係吧麵條相當煙韌,咬起來相當有口感,聽老闆娘介紹說刀削麵是特意在香港供應商訂製的,難怪相當有台灣的味道這個九份芋丸件黑糖茶,比在九份吃到的更美味,芋丸彈牙之餘有口感,黑糖菜甜度適中,入口一流看牆上的介紹,原來老闆是真的台灣人,難怪做得台灣的味道呢…Read More

放假黎左西環探朋友,朋友自從無做野之後好得閒,係屋企專心湊BB今日佢出黎都會帶BB,所以搵間可以坐得舒服D,又可以帶BB既餐廳最後佢帶左我黎羅勒印度餐廳門口係橙色裝修,好顯眼,一望已經望到,開始唔熟路驚搵唔到依度有啤酒PPROMOTION,岩曬我依D好酒之一黎到安排我地坐個大位,真係好貼心每人食一個套餐,叫左野食好快上到我食左個印度咖哩加印底薄餅,薄餅好香好脆,夠曬熱好好食點小小咖哩會仲好食,咖哩有小小辣,但幾惹味另外再叫多次印度薄餅,一邊食一邊傾計啤酒幾抵飲,大大杯都係幾十蚊,唔會MARK UP太貴另外叫左D飯頂下肚,咁會飽肚D,溝埋咖哩幾好食同朋友渡過一個悠閒下午,感覺唔錯…Read More
