平日都滿座的居酒屋,記得一定要先訂位,否則可能吃不到。Sapporo生啤買一送一,價錢為$58。吃居酒屋就是要有酒精,一口串燒一口啤酒,把上班的煩惱都拋開。雞肝醬配上4片香脆法包,香滑的雞肝醬完全沒有腥味,加上表面的焦糖,尤如焦糖燉蛋。如果可以添加法包就更好了,4片不夠吃😢雞皮串燒,調味適中,不會搶走雞皮應有的油脂味,吃雞皮就要吃到該雞油味。豚肉露筍卷,露筍爆汁,豚肉不會過分肥膩,出奇地有清新的感覺。鹽燒牛舌,不是薄燒牛舌,是厚牛舌。然而厚燒牛舌仍然做到爽脆,熟度剛好。另外,還點了一碗超濃厚雞湯烏冬,就如料理名字,超濃厚,最後湯喝到一滴不剩。餐牌有很多選項,下次再去嘗試其他。…Read More

已經有好一段時間沒有寫食評,但以今時今日的餐飲業來說,他們值得被點名稱讚。去年年底申請了會員卡,連續吃了好幾次後,覺得開始有點厭倦,就暫停去吃了一段時間。上星期五約了友人在屯門區聚舊,同區太多餐廳都有用餐時間限制,就決定約在此餐廳用餐。在進入餐廳前,店員有跟我們說用餐時間,但亦有提醒我們,如有需要才需要準備離座。雖然我們都不是第一次光顧,但店員仍然很熱情介紹他們的餐牌,一些熱門及新推出的食品。而新推出的牛小排最為吸引,最後一共點了牛小排、雞肉沙律、Nachos 、小食拼盤、兩個湯。可惜因為開車的關係,沒辦法享受他們最近推廣的+49元升級的紅酒。店員知道我們要點無酒精飲品,亦有問我們的偏好,好讓他介紹,最後點了兩杯milkshake 。一如既往,食物都保持到水準,但要特別稱讚他們的牛小排。比起一般牛排,牛小排更為柔軟及多汁。牛小排亦沒有過生或過熟,正正是我們要求的熟度。儘管同場有其他客人,店員亦不忘去關心我們用餐經驗,知道我們點的雞肉沙律亦未到,有立刻到廚房了解。後來一位身穿西裝的店員,前來解釋他們的雞肉並不是事先準備好,需要多些時間準備,所以牛小排比雞肉沙律先上,亦有跟我們說會留意上餐的次序,十分友善。折後,大概$1000埋單,以食物質素及服務態度來說,我覺得都合理。整趟用餐體驗都好好。雖然我們用餐時間比一般用餐時間略長,但店員不曾催趕我們離座,反而會關心我們的需求。…Read More

點了一杯去冰碧螺春奶綠,甜度則按照店員建議的半糖。等候時間大概十分鐘左右,一般手調飲料店需要的等候時間。在一般手調飲料店很少會看到用碧螺春作茶底的奶茶,滿心期待的嘗試看看。一喝下去酸的,不是牛奶壞掉的味道,是酸梅汁/酸梅湯的味道🤮 我個人認為任何茶葉沖出來的奶茶都不應該會是這種味道,店員自己也說碧螺春奶綠是不會帶有酸味,那…我這杯是… 店員重新做一杯,酸味不見了,但也不是好喝的手調飲料,一杯完全沒有茶味的奶水。我嚴重懷疑店員做完上一杯飲料後並沒有清洗就做我點的那一杯… 就算是好喝,我也不會再光顧了。…Read More

Very disappointing meal in Red Lobster, Hong Kong

My friends and I went here for dinner last night. We tried to make reservation in advance, but there were no availabilities, tables were reserved for weeks. We decided to walk-in, the wait was not too bad, approximately 30 minutes. The server called us when the table is ready, that we do not have to wait outside the restaurant.We ordered Red Lobster Salad, and each of us got different bowl of soups: Lobster Bisque, and the Chef’s seasonal – Pumpkin soup. The lobster meat on the salad were tasteless, we couldn’t really taste any lobster favors, not even a bit, I doubt that frozen lobster meat were used. The soup we had was pretty good, creamy and flavorful.For appetizer, we ordered the Lobster, Shrimp and Crab Dip, not sure if some of the tortilla chip supposed to be soft and puff pastry taste like, or if it's half cooked, but I personally prefer the crunchy tortilla chips. The dip was rich and creamy, but if you eat a lot, it would be a bit greasy. We ordered the Lobster Tail, Shrimp and Salmon as our main. The grilled seafood was served with chili-lime butter and fresh pineapple salsa. The salsa tasted really bad, which claimed fresh pineapple is used, however we couldn’t taste anything aside from canned pineapple. The grilled salmon was very dry and super firm, completely overcooked. The texture of grilled lobster tail was quite chewy, but the smoky-taste was way too strong, tastes like it was burnt somehow. The shrimps were fine, not impressing though. All food we had were served in room temperature, not even close to hot. It was really unpleasant to have room-temperate-food. The price for food is quite decent, but we are not spending any more money here.Too bad that this was one of my favorite restaurants in the States. 每次下班跟週末都會看到門口排滿了人,但每次看到長長人龍就會卻步。終於約了友人一齊去吃,Weekday 過了午飯時間,完全不用排隊。和友人點了一個甜味的、一個鹹味一齊share。甜味的點了creme brulee ($88), 亦就是焦糖燉蛋口味,但所謂的creme brulee,就只有一層焦糖,並沒有燉蛋的部分。Pancake非常鬆軟、蛋味濃,每一口都吃到焦糖,但pancake本身蠻薄的,並沒有在menu上看到厚度。鹹味則點了他們的午餐套餐 Smoked salmon and Avocado pancake ($98),午餐包一杯飲品(detox water除外),飲品點了fruit tea。先講pancake,厚度與甜味的一樣。相對之下,甜味比較出色,因為pancake本身帶有甜味,與鹹點一齊吃,很明顯感覺到味道分開,並沒有達到一個平衡。之於果茶的部分, menu寫有芒果,但並沒有芒果的果味,卻有蜜桃的香味。果茶只有少量洋甘菊和乾果粒,所以果茶頗清淡。總結,甜味較鹹味出色,但由於份量小、沒有特色,價錢亦不低,所以沒有再訪的慾望。…Read More

始於台灣台中春芳號在香港中環開了分店,身為台式手搖飲料控,當然要去試試。春芳號top6包括有玉荷青蘆薈蜜、冬瓜鐵觀音、地瓜珍珠鮮奶茶、紫薯珍珠鮮奶綠、甘蔗青茶、橙柚青蘆薈蜜。飲料選擇頗多,在炎熱的夏天,我決定點一杯比較清爽的飲料,點了top6第一位-玉荷青蘆薈蜜 (少甜去冰),等了大概5分鐘左右就有了,速度算滿快的,可能不是繁忙時間去,等候的人不算多。玉荷青蘆薈蜜,玉荷即是茘枝,加上蘆薈蜜,以及青茶,非常適合夏天喝。一喝下去整個很refresh, 喝得出來不是茘枝糖漿做出來的,味道天然,加上淡淡的青茶,滿滿的蘆薈,成為了消暑之物整體不錯,雖然價錢有點高,但考慮到材料天然,還算物有所值,只是不能經常買…Read More
