早餐有一份熱騰騰的三文治，係一整日動力的來源佢的三文治，唔只係平時的款式，我最鍾意的一款特別的是可以加蔥，冇聽錯係加蔥，小妹我多數會叫蛋牛加蔥，再加上一杯中杯的每天推介鮮個汁，都係21元在灣仔地區已經係唔貴了仲有佢的三文治由於加了蔥，食落去有種家的感覺，而且蛋，牛肉同蔥都恰到好處，就算有兩種料啲蛋都好軟熟，唔會過硬，而牛肉有牛肉味，但係就唔會有好大舊牛肉在內！而果汁，每日都好新鮮，最重要係唔會好似其他咁多糖，就像完全冇糖一樣，唔會擔心超糖！
午市本身難得同一班同事一齊lunch, 就高高興興去食泰菜，點知真係食茶餐廳好過食佢冬陰功，除了大份量之外只得少少酸味，連辣味都食唔到，湯內配料咬落去就知道一定係後加而唔係放入去一齊煮，湯內香草類全唔係軟身，咬落去是冇湯味。之後到香茅薑蜜，香茅唔新鮮，而且冇咩味，蜜味都叫有少少。香葉肉碎炒飯，完全冇金不換味，辣味都冇，變得像普通炒飯一樣。好在其他食物都仲可以放落口，如果唔係寧願唔食好過。
