又有朋友生日😌今次因為比主角話事😏就俾佢帶左嚟依間專為打卡嘅餐廳”香江花月”喇😂場內無論裝修同擺設都已復古為主、睇落確係幾有心思👏🏻坐低冇耐、侍應就過嚟介紹左個套餐🙌🏻見到都幾多野食、所以就揀左套餐試下😌粉紅牛乳玫瑰鍋揀套餐嘅原因之一、就係因為我朋友本身都係想試依個充滿住粉紅色嘅牛乳鍋🙉粉紅色嘅賣相本身真係唔係我杯茶😅不過見佢用食用花瓣加上粉紅玫瑰堆砌出嚟嘅湯底又確係幾靚嘅👏🏻試飲左啖湯、有輕微嘅牛奶香👍🏻不過湯底入邊嘅木瓜就未煲得出味道喇😆粉紅墨魚滑粉紅色嘅墨魚滑真係第一次見😏但其實只係加左火龍果入去一齊打、味道同平時就食唔出分別🙉太極兩儀其實係牛肉同豬肉拼盤😊不過以紅酒汁同黑松露牛乳汁做底砌成太極圖案👏🏻不過豬肉片就食唔出黑松露牛乳嘅味道😅反而牛肉經過紅酒汁浸泡後、食落確係有濃香嘅酒味👍🏻七色餃子一上台就知係打卡位嚟😎七色賣相確係幾吸睛👏🏻雖😌不過餃子皮太過厚身、口感麻麻😅七色丸之後到另一打卡菜式登場😌七種丸包括有鹹蛋黃、椰芋、南乳、芝士蝦丸、黑松露、青咖喱、黃咖喱😊個人覺得鹹蛋黃丸最特別😌因為真係食到粒粒蛋黃係入邊、仲有小小鹹香添👍🏻 香芳幻朋友係酸奶愛好者😎一早就話定要飲佢😆😆用椰香蛋白泡沫嚟襯托用紅桑梅、菠蘿汁打成嘅酸奶👌🏻微酸得嚟帶小小甜🤗確係幾好飲喎👍🏻問心講~食物質素嚟睇”香江花月”確未有太大驚喜😌但係食物嘅擺碟、環境擺設就好有心思👍🏻可惜嘅係食物份量就真係較小喇🙉但若然係鍾意打卡嘅朋友”香江花月”都的確係一個唔錯嘅選擇呀😌👍🏻…Read More

今日同同事去開佐敦做野,順便係果頭搵下野食,上開飯睇左陣就決定試下”S2鐵板燒”話晒之前食過中環同集團嘅日本菜都好出色,都想試埋個鐵板燒嘛店舖門口同樣掛住個大紅燈籠~係條橫街度夠晒突出鋪面雖然唔太大,但都冇坐得好迫嘅感覺:)可惜我地冇訂枱,安排唔到坐吧枱:(睇唔到師父表現囉今次我就係試依個”日本十勝豚肉北海道松葉蟹套餐”:)“煙燻鴨胸沙律盛合杯、三點刺身”鴨胸肉襯芝麻醬野味又醒胃刺身夠新鮮,前菜嚟講算唔錯“日本櫻花廣島蠔”依個未上到枱就已經聞到香味食落仲不得了,蠔肉燒得啱啱好,一D都唔老,仲帶有蠔鮮味,一定要配埋櫻花蝦同煙肉嚟食,油香口感都會大大提升如果有碗白飯仲不得了“北海道松葉蟹腳”主菜之一終於嚟喇食得出蟹肉好鮮甜,夠晒厚實飽滿,唔會瘦蜢蜢得D殼份量都算剛剛好“日本十勝黑豚肉厚切配意大利黑醋”今餐嘅第二主角:)肉質有咬口外,豚肉味濃郁而帶油香加小小黑醋食可以減低油膩感,味道更佳“S2特色黃金炒飯”食鐵板燒點可以冇炒飯呢個飯加埋蟹肉蛋花嚟炒,夠晒乾身👍🏻好快就掃晒如果大碗D仲正“焗雜菌”最正係金菇~索晒d汁:)配埋炒飯食好夾”S2鐵板紙包蜆湯”個湯係原個膠袋上,好得意:)味道非常清甜,連唔食秋葵嘅我都竟然食埋~有驚喜問心講~依個套餐價錢食到以上嘅菜式同質素~CP值真係算幾高不過下次嚟一定要坐吧枱,欣賞埋師傅嘅手藝先夠滿足但以今次嚟講”S2鐵板燒”絕對值得一試呀…Read More

之前一直忙住做野,都冇咩時間陪偽。公主:(難得今日冇野做,緊係要帶佢去食下好嘢喇,之前聽朋友推介過”S2 Kitchen “d海膽料理好正,所以就決定去試一試:)店舖位於街口嘅橫街內,門外掛左幾個大燈籠,都算易搵:)店鋪雖然唔算好大,但都唔會坐得好迫鋪頭嘅主打係以海膽為主:)啱晒偽。公主依個海膽控我地本來一早諗左叫兩樣推介,再試下其他野,點知望住d相揀下揀下就......“特級S2海膽杯”呢個海膽杯就係我地嚟嘅目的之一賣相真係非常吸精個海膽杯由白飯魚脆片、黑魚子、海膽、海葡萄、藍旗吞拿拖羅蓉、三文魚子、白蝦、松葉蟹肉同鮮海帶由上而下咁堆砌而成而且由於用料新鮮,根本唔需落任何嘅醬油都已經食得出食材本身嘅鮮味,真係層層都有驚喜“楊枝甘露沙律”依個沙律真係走漏眼完全冇諗過甜品做沙律竟然可以咁好食用嘅蘋果好爽甜,加上西米嘅口感同椰汁嘅香真係好夾成碟差唔多俾我掃晒”芝士年糕”老實講睇樣真係同平時食開嘅冇分別,但係一咬落口就發個原全唔同,因為佢嘅流心芝士醬係爆出嚟咁誇張真係比佢辣左下食時要小心爆芝“雪海板上飄”係我朋友推介必食,用上乾冰襯出嚟非常有型,蒟蒻麵撈埋秋葵汁食落非常爽滑,配上上面嘅松露海膽嚟食,更加特出到松露海膽嘅濃厚香味“S2特色火焰卷”上枱時侍應會幫先點着火,等壽司上面嘅沙律醬同醬汁慢慢咁溶,入口暖笠笠,唔錯:)“清酒鮑魚雞翼”呢個又係非常有驚喜豪華版嘅釀雞翼,鮑魚夠晒入味,入口有濃濃酒香仲要啖啖肉,正“海膽燒岩蠔”海膽份量非常多,完全遮住咗隻蠔,其實個蠔都燒得唔錯,不過對於鍾意食生蠔嘅我嚟講,驚喜度就唔及其他料理喇“海膽雪糕”係我地嚟嘅另一個目的:)依個雪糕係佢哋自家製出品,出邊食唔到選用北海道牛乳嚟打成雪糕,配埋海膽食味道又幾夾喎問心講~”S2 Kitchen”嘅海膽料理真係幾唔錯,如果鍾意食海膽嘅朋友絕對值得一試…Read More

之前經過親"安東奶奶雞"偽。公主都話想試,見今日冇野做,終於的起心肝去試下閒日晚上唔算多人,兩個人唔洗等就有位喇偽。公主話要食菜,所以叫左個"後巷炒雜菜",其實食落就係普通炒雜菜,冇咩特別,勝在冇炒過火之後就到主角"奶奶雞"出場因為偽。公主唔好辣,所以叫左小辛,賣相睇落去似係日式咖喱雞,但係食落就兩回事,可能因為叫左小辛,味道較為淡,不過雞肉肉質就算嫩口,唔會好"鞋",可惜係太多骨位,唔可以大啖大啖肉,食得唔夠爽不過作為配料嘅薯仔同蘿蔔,一個煮得夠粉,一個就煮得夠甜,令整體加返唔小分我哋仲叫左個"豚王生菜包",五花腩上面鋪左一層厚厚嘅醬燒汁,夠晒野味,配埋生菜食啱啱好:)不過如果用嘅五花腩可以再肥D,口感冇咁乾身,一定仲正問心講~"奶奶雞"俾我感覺其實似係普通炆雞,對本身帶有期望嘅我嚟講,雖然未有驚喜,但總算不過不失而整體食物質素又唔太差,都叫做可以一試…Read More

約咗幾個朋友出嚟食飯,同行友人就介紹去食"珠江酒家",去到因為冇book位,等左半個鐘終於到我哋喇呢個"涼拌花蛤"同行友人,由行緊嚟到坐低已經提咗好多次話一定要食花蛤用涼拌方法做,其實我第一次試,估唔到就咁有驚喜花蛤本身揀得好,隻隻都肥大肉厚,加上涼拌醬汁更加提升鮮味,而青瓜非常爽甜夾埋啲醬汁酸酸辣辣咁,非常野味,友人果然冇介紹錯"金沙黃金鮮魷"魷魚肉厚彈牙,加上金沙嚟炒,夠晒鹹香,餸酒一流之後輪到"山西雪梨雞"出場,雞肉大小適中,可以一啖一舊,仲帶有小小雪梨嘅甜味:)但醬汁略嫌偏鹹,最好配埋雪梨嚟食,雪梨嘅清甜可以減低油膩感,整體算唔錯最後嚟到嘅係"冰梅金沙骨"賣相都算可以,但食落就較為失望首先個汁太濃,加上本身排骨已經好鹹,令到冰梅汁應有嘅酸甜味都比而上嘅死鹹遮蓋晒,棑骨由於炸得過左火,亦令到肉質變到好鞋, 同其他幾味餸比,可以話係失手之作問心講~"珠江酒家"雖然環境唔太好坐,不過食物質素整體唔係差,只係味道偏重,較為啱重口味友,但係個人認為,都值得一試呀…Read More

今日同偽。公主過開中環,行行下見肚餓就想搵野食,記得中環有間"永樂園"食熱狗好出名,當然要去試下啦:)店家好細心,熱狗都有分單、雙腸,我地就揀左"雙腸熱狗"一埋台就已經好香,麵包外皮又焗得好鬆脆 ,加上自家製嘅秘製醬汁,酸中帶甜,入口軟滑,真係越食越開胃特別一提,佢哋用嘅熱狗腸都唔係平時餐廳用開嘅,比較淋身但又不失肉味,配埋個醬食真係好夾但係佢地嘅腸本身比較細條,所以記得叫雙腸,咁就可以啖啖都咁滿足喇"燴雞髀飯"個汁夠晒好香濃,真係好有舊式茶餐廳嘅風味,可惜D飯煲得太淋,影響晒成件事雞髀就冇咩特別,可能因為整定,仲唔係好夠熱,如果可以改用即炸雞脾再配埋個汁,一定會加分好多依家已經越來越茶餐廳會用"Lipton"嚟沖奶茶喇,飲落去茶味果然零舍出,又夠晒滑連對奶茶冇特別鍾意嘅偽。公主都話正問心講,以依家普通一個麵包都賣緊十幾廿蚊嘅物價低下,$18一個"雙腸熱狗"絕對可以一試…Read More

早幾年因為係佐敦返工,基本上每日嘅早餐都係喺澳牛攪掂但自從轉左工之後,已經好耐冇黎依度食過喇,不過間唔中都有聽到人講,澳牛已經變左旅遊景點、遊客飯堂、甚至話已經唔係做香港人嘅生意咁難得今日工作路經佐敦,咁就當然要嚟探下老朋友啦:)因為一個人關係好快就有位,快速坐低落單叫左個"茶餐",轉個頭"牛通"就嚟啦因爲已經好肚餓,攞起隻羹諗都冇諗一啖就放入口,個種感覺即時返晒嚟濃濃嘅雞湯加上原全冇根位嘅靚牛肉依舊係絕配當然最緊要係個通心粉喇,通心粉中間全部充滿晒湯汁,令到每咬一口都有湯汁滲出嚟,感覺勁滿足"茶餐"嘅第2號主角緊係唔小得"炒蛋多士"啦,一攞件多士上手,確係同以前牛油多到滴出嚟嘅畫面有D分別,依家牛油大概只有以前一半到,但係都足夠鋪滿多士面,食落仲係咁香,麵包口感依然咁軟熟,真係冇得頂炒蛋都係以前一貫高水準,蛋味香濃口感綿滑,不過就比以前細份咗少少至於火腿,個人覺得就不嬲冇咩特別喇最後就係"凍奶茶"喇,一直都覺得澳牛嘅奶茶真係好唔錯,茶夠好,奶夠滑尤其是凍奶茶用冰份量真係好量要,太多冰會令奶茶味道變淡,太小冰又會好快融晒,令到奶茶面出水而攪到變晒味,澳牛嘅凍奶茶就唔會有以上問題,真心推介其實今次再嚟澳牛,又唔覺佢有咩大退步:(以$50唔洗嘅茶餐嚟計,其實澳牛真係好過好多所謂嘅大集團,你話佢服務態度唔好?但對比個D集團式嘅語音化:歡迎光臨、下次再見我更鍾意依種粗聲粗氣可能呢啲就係港式茶餐廳獨有嘅人情味喇問心講~澳牛絕對值得一試再試…Read More

同偽。公主出開九龍城,本來想話食泰國嘢,但行咗幾間都唔啱,突然諗起不如食鐵板燒,搵吓搵吓就搵到呢間"鐵板十三""牛肉薄燒有"驚喜牛肉燒得剛剛好,一咬落去已經好多肉汁流出,牛肉中間仲夾住炸蒜同蔥花,令到口感、味道更有提升完全唔需要點汁已經好夠味,唯一可惜係份量較少,到喉唔到肺:("鐵板雞扒"相對起嚟份量較多:)雞皮都燒得帶小小脆口,不過肉質就比較普通,略帶小小雪藏味!"牛肉炒飯"牛肉粒加上蔥花雞蛋嚟炒夠晒香不過最重要係個飯炒得夠乾身,抵讚"清酒焗雜菌"一上枱已經陣陣非常香嘅清酒味由其係金菇最索汁,入口淡淡酒香,不過都係較細份量,幾啖又冇晒兩個人食埋單都係$330,仲要免加一,鐵板燒嚟講CP值算幾高問心講,雖然鋪頭門面同服務方面就較為普通,但係食物質素頗有驚喜,絕對可以一試…Read More
