It's disappointing that there's hardly any Christmasy atmosphere on 25/12 evening. While there's only so-call xmas menu available, there's no cracker, no party stuff, and staff didn't even have a hat or greet us with "Merry Christmas"! It's absolutely fine if the restaurant doesn't celebrate this religious festival, but please don't do Xmas menu.The food was nice but portion was too small, certainly not enough for a typical male. 將軍澳越來越多特色日本餐廳，見這間開了一段時間，決定與家人在此慶祝生日。整體環境讓人有置身日本的感覺，尤其坐在獨立的卡位/包廂。而且由於每個卡位都有暖簾，所以職員每次與客人溝通時，都要彎下腰，感覺更似日本待客之道。食物方面，以這個價位來計，會有些期望，所以質素只算不過不失。串燒香口，但略嫌醬汁太咸，配免治雞肉捧的生蛋無蛋味。廚師發板的12件壽司一般，將中的日本餐廳新鮮得多。雜錦天婦羅較有水準，食得出不是平價素菜，而且天婦羅皮做得不錯。最後的和牛鍋飯，4個人食剛好，牛肉煮得恰度好，令整個飯生色，所以覺得應該較另外一款鯛魚鍋飯好味。最後服務方面，整體職員的好有禮，經常添茶，每次都會說「阻一阻你」、「唔好意思」，唯獨一入門口的帶位小姐讓我開始時的感覺太差。她問了一次訂位資料後，再拿著一塊夾著張類似訂位紙的板，問電話和全名，我當時未為意，只重申自己的姓氏，對方堅持要全名時才發現原來她在記錄安心出行，然後對方回覆一句「你要填紙嘛！」。其實我不期望真誠款待，只希望可以指示清晰，大家好過。因為她一個人的態度，影響了其他同事努力經營的氣氛，太可惜了。…Read More

因為 Staycation 有 dining credit 所以選擇了這個新辦的中秋BBQ 自助餐。之前聽聞酒店餐廳成日 full，所以一早預約了座位，但當日中秋長假期，全晚只是坐滿一半，所以空間感和氣氛不錯。整體服務理想，知道他們聘請了很多 part time， 但都友善和算積極。疫情期間最好每檯有支消毒液，因為每次攞完野食都要消毒一下，好彩有自備。食物方面是最失望的，其實都已經知道選擇不會多，但都期望 $700+ 的自助餐會有啲有質素的食物，可惜真的性價比超低。海鮮得燒扇貝和 $20 條的倉魚，相片中的龍蝦沒有出現過。當然沒有刺生，冷盤也只是一般沙律，真的沒有其他海產類食物！較為好食的只有燒牛肉和燒味，其餘BBQ 只有串燒、燒素菜、迷你素burger 和片皮鴨。甜品方面一般般，以前食過afternoon tea，知道咩水準，所以沒有期望，不過個楊枝甘露有驚喜。最後，包肚的只有麵包，沒有任何飯意粉，對一般亞洲男士來說，可能唔夠飽。如果要不是用 dining credit，應該嬲左，$700 一個人只是買 service 的話，出面也有很多選擇。…Read More

We made the reservation via Openrice and got a 25% discount, it only cost $430/ person, including 10% service charge!  Given the variety of food and quality, it was a great deal!  The theme for December was "crab" and there were really at least 6 cold and hot dishes of crab.  There were also unlimited supply of oysters.  Sashimi was less attractive though.  They offered more than 6 choices of special flavoured Hagen Daze ice cream.   Service was acceptable.  Last but not least, I heard mostly Cantonese around me, and I did not see anyone pushing in queues or trying to get a whole plate full.  All together, these made the experience very pleasant and enjoyable.…Read More
