清爽酸菜魚作為一個見識過咩叫做真正川菜酸菜魚嘅人，十三姨酸菜魚係我暫時喺香港探店搵到嘅最貼近四川道地酸菜魚嘅代餐。酸菜魚湯底清爽鹹酸適宜，魚片片得利落整齊大小劃一，入口鹹鮮滑嫩。上面點綴上青花椒及子彈頭辣椒，整碟酸菜魚色香味俱全，令人大快朵頤。不僅賣相好看口感清爽不厚膩，而且價格親民實惠。一碟酸菜魚，再加些紅糖糍粑作為甜品，集齊酸辣鹹甜有如品盡人生幸福百味。有人說人生中沒有苦怎能突出甜，但其實，有些苦，其實是可以不吃的。

作為許留山愛好者同會員，呢兩年嚟我去過沙田，旺角，大埔，葵芳，觀塘等等嘅門舖，佢哋啲芒果無一意外都係甜嘅，但唯有粉嶺店⋯⋯次次食親都酸

唔知係我真係咁唔好彩定係粉嶺店入貨有問題
