The shop outside is Japanese style and attractive . The long queue outside the door is eye catching!The menu design is standard. The food is ok. Ordered mentaiko fried beef ball creamy spaghetti and kimchi chicken spaghetti . The disappointed point is the food re warm, not hot and the mentaiko taste is not obvious. But the cheese cake is better than expected , if the sugar on top is much crunchy after burnt then that would be prefect! The tea is temperature is prefect that is the most satisfying part.Why I said “yet perfectly ready” ? Because the environment and the pace quite pushy to run and leave. The tea is not refilled frequently. Only cash is accepted but not electronic payment on my dinner date. It would be better to tell customers while queue. The top comment dishes in there is “all day breakfast” . I looked around the table that most people ordered the same. The portion is quite big so I ordered the salty beef bread. While ordering it, I was thinking the one in Harrods that’s quite salty to me! However, I still gave it a try! The outcome was good with cheese and butter on bread to balance the taste. The rose latte was great in smooth and balanced sweetness. If you re in Fanling, you should come and visit once. Originally, i was full of anticipation having this afternoon tea as many people recommended this and MO gave me good impression somehow (at least Amber and Grill and Bar, hmmm....on SOMM). however, it was not known what 's going on today! the reception brought the wrong table having whole family to my frd. The savory food taste is not obvious - not sure what ingredient while eating sandwiches. The cream and jam re put on the table ahead and make me feel I am in chachauting…. the sweet was like common cakes and the scone were not warm enough (Previously, i was sitting outside and it gave me warm enough to match with a cup of hot coffee that was very nice memory). Staff is busy like machine especially the reception that i could not ask much while booking. Sorry to comment like this but i was full of expectation for this before coming! This one is recently highly recommended to have its wagyu beef ramen before you booked the pricey omakasa menu (sorry to say as it’s really expensive) btw I tried both side restaurants. Both were good with its own character of coz. From the price wise, personally I prefer to having this noodles because simple, delicious, fit the stomach size and causal. It drove me to book this by chance for friend birthday! Booked this a month ahead to ensure the table. The environment is for your chitchat more than spacious chill as no window. Ordered the brunch with free flow. It comes with pastries, salmon and hams, then main courses with dessert and coffee or tea. Pastries re crunchy from MO bakery shop, the salmon is from Tasmania (which made me miss Oz) . First yummy! Urchin french toast is individually good - fresh urchin and egg aroma french toast but urchin taste over french toast in one bite The main course re pork belly and fresh truffle pasta . Both re tasty and the pork belly is not oily as imagined. Give a mark! The last is dessert - see the photos . Yummy from the screen Okay - why not mention about free flow. Aww... I love wine tasting and tried most. Overall , 2 re impressive - mulled wine and champagne. Mulled wine is a must try item in Christmas but they gave me one cup only . On such busy Friday, we could grab a table for dinner before movie and had no idea where to move. Finally , we decided to stay and have drinks with small bites here. Only terrance is available. The place and sofa are nice. The flaw is about the list of snack . Only a few of choices such as ham, tomato crushes and doughs,etc. I am wondering why we could not order tapas as it's a Spanish restaurant.... It's just near the 2nd part escalator to soho. nice decoration and nice service provided. Well, you asked me how about the food. Frankly speaking, I personally think here is not my choice. The choice of tapas is around 15 and not special. We ordered the jamon, goat cheese with pepper, fried pumpkin with indian curry sauce, asparagus and pork belly.  jamon - just a few piece, small and fatty. you cannot taste the true taste indeed. goat cheese with pepper - pepper is too sweet but not matched with goat cheese.fried pumpkin - it is a little bit weird with indian curry sauce. asparagus - side dish onion is much fresh than asparagus.pork belly - apple sauce is too less and the pork skin is too hard and salty but meat is soft and juicy.dessert - chocolate mousse ...ahh....i could say fair to the price 7x.The most I loved is the bottle of wine I ordered. Now is over mid night 00:00. I still feel much full now , I should utilise this resting period to write this note during digest.The restaurant is located at HK Island Shangri-la. Getting to Shangri-la hotel is easy. You often passes thru Pacific Place and then take the lift to L5. After it, you take another hotel life to 56 floor. The hotel decoration is kinda old fashion with coat gold. Hm....I am surprised that it was not renovated as modern interior design. Thinking another way - keeping old is a valued treasure!!!Harp ! The harp sounds which was making the atomosphere much more harmony and comfortable! I feel great with it and the light. The table is near window surrounded with harbour view. Not bad. There is a pre-set dinner menu with an option of wine pairing but the final pick -a la carte. It included welcome champagne, stomach appetizer, bread, starter, soup, main course and dessert with coffee. Also, did order one 2009 Pommand Red Wine with a shorter decay time and texture not too thick for seafood and duck meat. Welcome champagne is Jacquesson. Once pouring to the glass, the smell already came out! It stimulated your stomach to go on next dishes or drinks!!!!Appetizer is a full fresh watermelon jelly. Hm....i can say it 's quite interesting but not really tasty (at least not my taste). Bread and butter are at standard hotel level. Soup - crab soup with lobster juicy. Crab is fresh and sweet.Foie gras - duck foie gras with fat and thick. It's a bit oily even with oliver sauce.Main course - duck meat and lobster !!! Both are surprised for us! The sauce and food are well matched. Can come back for them! Mostly, I won't take an order of lobster as I fear it's overcooked or sauce not matched with food. But this one is calling me to encore! Dessert - chocolate is normal and no surprise for it. Petite four - not attract me to complete it. Coffee - resolve the chocolate sweet. Service level is pass. ******My own dining score table  : 1.
