So, this morning I was taking my kids to try this hyped up dim-sum restaurant out at around 7:30am (not many options nearby were available at the time). My family and I are from the U.S. and had completely zero clue what to expect... once we arrived on 2nd floor, we immediately witnessed a friggin ZOO (no exaggeration whatsoever!!)Then I figured we had to grab our own open seats ourselves... right away that already made me a tiny bit uncomfortable.... but that's alright... then as soon as we saw 4 open spots, I grabbed my kids to proceed but ONLY to be yelled at by this old guy staff in Cantonese "those seats are taken!! just go check in the back!".  I was just livid.... first off, you didn't need to yell and got my kids all scared... second of all, you fxxking lied!! you just saved those spots for your own buddies.As I was walking off in anger, I saw this white couple arriving... I gave them a sweet advice, "if you expected some decent service here, GOOD LUCK!!!' and they did look quite shocked to see that zoo crowd...  Also, I was complaining out loud in both English/Cantonese but the cash register lady didn't give a F whatsoever... just carrying on couning the cash...Shame on HongKong Tourism!!
