約了舊同事食飯,餐廳是由我選擇的,地點必需就腳,好讓大家吃飽了回家也方便點。OPENRICE找了一會便選擇了這小店,看過食評跟圖片感覺不錯。本身想來食飛魚刺身的,但店員說今天沒有,最後點了海膽同刺身併盤~一板海膽刺身$138- 細細粒,味道鮮甜…刺身SET $218-有8款刺身每款有三件,由師傅挑選的,可惜冇得自己揀,幸好款式都OK(有三文魚,同甜蝦),全部都好新鮮~芒果龍蝦沙律卷這是店員推介的~口感的確唔錯,芒果好甜,龍蝦沙律MIX左少少WASABI,好醒胃~牛油果軟殼蟹卷等了略耐, 店員說是因為蟹是即叫即炸,沒有炸定的~SO FAR,食入口是比連鎖店好的~蒜片牛柳粒醬汁好濃,好香,牛粒好入味蒜片好多,正~串燒雞翼個皮燒得好脆,裡面好JUICY串燒牛舌好爽口炸雞軟骨這個是點來送酒的,呢個很難會唔好食~鵝肝多士開頭猶襐叫唔叫好,因為128蚊得兩件好彩最後有叫,因為好好食,鵝肝煎得外脆內軟,同埋幾大件下,4個人分都OK可惜冇影相~甜品只有這款選擇,紅豆卷普通了點~總括而已,食物與環境很不錯的,小小店子有如日本的居酒屋,刺身很新鮮,店員亦很NICE,服務很好,希望下次再光臨^^ …Read More

中午去完長洲後大家都意猶未盡,想繼續食‧食‧食........難得興致高昂,把所有減肥字眼都拋諸腦後了最後在"心中餐廳"的list裡選了lab made店舖名稱故名思意 : 實驗室‧製造來之前滿有期待的,因為中學時期phy-chem-bio都唔合格,完全唔知分子係咩黎><舖面裝潢以白色為主,左邊是開放式工作室(只有一塊玻璃相隔),大家可以清潔看到製造過程,透明度甚高~右邊大概有十多個座位,但座位有點窄,旁邊放了部飲水機供顧客飲用(窩心吖~)而門口亦擺放左數張凳子~店舖中間位置放了一部電視,播放著呀so訪問老闆的節目到達時係5:00pm左右,人流唔太多,店員示意雪糕餐牌掛在牆上,有四款味道 --- >我們選了拖肥蛋糕和焦糖燉旦前者 : 拖肥很香滑,甜味不太重,裡頭有細細的蛋糕粒,上面舖上了拖肥醬,增加口感:)後者 : 沒有拖肥的溶得咁快,雪糕上看到有很多雲尼拿籽,但事實上雲尼拿味不太突出,過甜了.... 反而對插在上面那塊焦糖較為欣賞~…Read More

今個假日不用陪伴家人,相約好友行街食飯,雖然只是一個月不見,但見面都總是雞啄唔斷的。很高興可以有這知己~!今次我們相約在食家們一致好評的THE PETIT CAFE,位於金鐘太古廣場的四樓,但地點隱蔽,相當難找...星期日午餐時間人流不多,餐廳內有舒適的sofa位、合家歡的桌椅、和型格的高枱;而餐廳外亦設有吸煙區。員工有香港人,亦有外籍人士,他們服務都是很殷勤有善的 ^^我們先在那開放式的廚房裡選購食物,主要有沙律、三文治、蛋糕,但款式卻很多,使我們花多眼亂。最後選了一盒沙律(mix) 同 煙三文魚治。沙律有兩個size,有凱撒沙律、磨菇、紅菜頭、通粉、番薯等...內容可自由配搭(大size可選5~6款,細size可選2~3款)通粉沙律雖然硬了些,但被濃濃的橄欖油包著,很香,很可口~而三文治我會較欣賞外層的鬆飽,鬆飽烘了後,外脆內軟,三文魚亦不吝嗇地鋪滿整個飽,味道新鮮。我們雖然已經好飽了,但還是按不住廚櫃內的引誘,一件件美麗的甜品殺死了我們了,有carront cake,blueberry tart,brownie......忍痛中只選擇一件stawberry danish share 好了,最下層的丹麥酥很鬆軟,沒太多牛油味,中間有少少cream,新鮮的stawberry放在最吉士上。美好的一天就由兩點鐘開始了~…Read More

看完殿堂食家"好食到彭彭聲"給black n white的食評後,是日晚上即與好友到該店品嚐。朱古力甜品向來都是我的首選,因為怎樣做都不會差得到那裡,不像芒果般有時節限制...久而久之,朱古力吃多了,身形變胖了,同時對朱古力的要求相對亦高了~先說一說熱食吧:本來想食"三文魚流心蛋意粉",可惜餐廳今天只供應"黑松露蜆肉芝士意粉"套餐:有意粉、前菜、自選甜品、飲品($158-),價錢十分實惠前菜是雞胸三文治+波菜煙肉芝士批份量雖然少,但跟meun的圖片一樣,沒有欺騙成份"再說意粉,蜆肉和野菇略多,意粉雖然沾滿芝士汁,但被香濃的黑松露蓋過了,意粉口感彈牙,濃郁的黑松露籽鋪在意粉上。飲品我們選了"消失的朱古力"名字十分貼切,店員先把精美的朱古力花罩和熱朱古力分開擺放,客人自行把罩放進飲品內,不消一分鐘就完全溶化了~朱古力香濃得很,黑朱古力亦帶出微微的苦澀味只是略為膩了一點。跟餐甜品選了: 紅莓星夜碟子十分大隻,像飛碟般!!由最頂層起:紅莓雪芭,鮮紅莓> 雲尼拿cream> 朱古力蛋糕> 紅莓蓉> 朱古力碎> 朱古力蛋糕> 蛋白脆 ,放在紅莓汁上面,酸酸maymay,很適合夏天食^^再另點了 朱古力世界frozen乳酪不太甜,好像是用上低脂的,杯子的底部是空心的,放上了兩塊焦糖香蕉片,乳酪從杯的三份一開始,中間曬上朱古力豆,最後放上brownie、脆餅和味道令人十分驚喜的松露朱古力薄片,回味無窮~吃完三個甜點後,最後再點了 N-1,被別緻的賣相吸引了,最上層的是拿破侖餅碎,配上雲尼拿吉士和朱古力蛋糕。感覺沒有平時吃拿破侖的油膩感,很創新的食法:)對於不太熟悉大角咀的我來說,地點比較難找,原來在麥當當路口直入就看到。店面用上簡約的裝潢,以黑白色為主。多個玻璃櫃放在收銀處旁,賣相精緻得令人目不暇給:)而店內的坐位雖然比較狹窄,幸好樓底較高,沒有壓迫感。店內的員工個個都好好service,感覺很舒服!!…Read More
