永利軒 - 抵食點心飲茶趁著聖誕假期,預訂了中午11點30分,餐廳準時開門,由前台到帶位的服務都很周到。由於第一次嘗試這餐廳,職員還特別介紹水晶龍讓我們拍照。普洱桂花茶 - 茶及桂花味都很香,職員會一直記得幫忙換茶加茶,不會越飲越淡,$160位算是能夠值回票價。點心:都很好吃,價格與質素成正比,所有點心都是新鮮熱辣出爐,很抵食!有些餐廳同樣價格也不見得能夠做到一樣的質素及服務。黑毛豬叉燒包:即蒸、溫度熱辣辣,叉燒不會太甜漏、包也夠濕潤,好食。燒賣皇:夠大粒啖啖肉,足料。當然不會有臭豬肉味。配合附上的辣醬更好吃。松茸賽螃蟹百寶袋:食得出有蟹肉,同樣足料,汁充足,但味道相比例其他點心沒有很大的記憶點。紅米金網龍皇腸粉:幾乎每枱都有點;米網很脆而不是硬脆,內餡的蝦也新鮮。一咬下去又脆又飽滿,可以說是這餐廳的必點點心。招牌菜京典茶皇雞:雞肉非常嫩滑,有淡淡的香氣,外皮鬆脆。可能由於我們點了去骨(?),所以雞皮與雞肉有點分離,同時雞皮下沒有太多脂肪,整體不會太油膩、也不會太生太熟,味道、口感都是剛好剛好。再去會點不去骨的做法,以半隻$268以言性價比很好。澳門脆燒豬腩:脆口,豬肉新鮮口感嫩、不會靭,亦不會有成層厚厚肥豬油。與香港的燒豬腩幾乎一樣做法,有附上砂糖及芥末醬。米芝蓮星級點心而言,真的性價比很高了。服務亦是非常好,職員都很主動、細心,比較很多酒店餐廳的服務亦多上一分好,能留意到客人的需要(比如留意到我飲茶濁到喉嚨,只是小小一聲亦沒有大聲咳,職員都有見到,主動遞來餐紙),會讓人想再去的一間中菜館。…Read More

鄰近山景邨,一落輕鐵行一陣就到。鋪頭落咗膠簾有冷氣同風扇,夏天去食都ok。做街坊生意,服務好Nice,野食性價比高,整體味道幾好,味道及份量都對得起個價錢。原味手撕雞(半隻)個人覺得好抵食,半隻份量充足,5大1小食都食到好多。雞唔鞋,調味對版,用海蜇墊底感覺又抵食左,味道幾好,可以有8-9分 /10分炸蠔餅大大塊,好食,炸得香酥而冇臭油味,點埋魚露味道剛剛好豉椒炒蜆份量好足夠,蜆的大小適中,唔係細細隻的,炒得香,味道同一般的差唔多,唔錯。孜然棒棒骨又係份量夠,大概有5支骨。而味道一般,孜然味唔算勁,有點難咬。生炒骨都係份量充夠,味道同一般食到的差唔多,都幾好食。魯肉飯幾香口的,不會太咸腐乳通菜全晚最遲上枱的一碟,其實都係普通的通菜,炒得有點太油6個人食左約$750,都係百幾蚊一個人,好抵食,仲有大電視睇(所以D相影到五顏六色..)值得翻兜再支持!…Read More

Walk in去到本店的波爾圖沒位,店員帶我們去官也街新波厭圖。離開澳門前食葡菜,兩個人點了三道菜炸馬介休球- 炸得脆,香,有咸魚香,魚似絲不算多,算是標準的馬介休味道特色焗軟殼蟹- 興起點了焗軟殼蟹,有點芝士、沙律醬的味道,焗得頗香口。但平時食慣炸軟殼蟹了,感覺味道只是一般、尚可,可以不試葡式乳豬醲飯- 這個飯等了大概15-20分鐘,上桌是微熱。好吃,豬件脂肪層較厚,所以很香,皮脆肉嫩,油厚的關係吃兩件已經開始膩,味道值8.5/10分。炒飯底有點像西炒飯,飯是炒至一粒粒,不錯,但溫度不夠熱,有點放涼了。整體性價比算高,味道很不錯,午餐三道菜加兩杯凍檸檬菜約$320元,到官也街來值得一試的。…Read More

於外港碼頭落船,趕不及巴士,整整步行20—25分鐘才到達金利一嚐咖哩米的滋味6月天氣超熱,去到已經全身汗(去到果時我已經係一個臭左嘅人.....),幸好店內冷氣足,星期六11點店內有幾枱客,沒人等位。點餐:1個大的咖哩牛腩雞米1個小的咖哩雞米個人覺得咖哩湯味道只是普通的咖哩味,而勝在湯汁質地濃稠,加辣後香味提升,不錯吃。但如果不吃辣味道就顯得一般。雞件及牛腩都煮得軟嫩,基本上已經將肉質煮散,味道不俗。整體而言,如果在附近可以一試,老遠打車去就可以不用了。…Read More
