  今晚無端端返咗屋企都走返出街食飯,漫無目的咁嚟到信芳一帶,觀察晒附近嘅食肆,原本想去「金潮小廚」,但係 20:00 呢個閒日時段實在爆得太誇張,門口等位嘅人幾乎相等於食肆內嘅人客數量,所以唯有放棄,結果就去咗「新豐記」。  次選「新豐記」,因為附近食肆係呢間最多人,而我走埋去又唔駛等位,再加上佢嘅裝修令我覺得佢會頂呱呱,所以入去坐低,但原來又中招。  同老婆兩個人叫咗三個餸:  一、墨魚鵝腸。無乜味道,覺得好嘅係啲墨魚並非硬硼硼嗰種,但價錢比荃灣食得貴,份量又比較少,連味道都唔係特別好,咁就真係唔值;:(  二、辣酒煮花螺。一上枱好有期待,因為好神悉咁出晒煙。但係一打開個煲蓋,衝口而出就彈出一句:「有無搞錯?」個煲本身已經係細,仲要唔夠半煲。如果係美味的話都仲可以安慰自己「小食多滋味」,但係辣酒唔辣、酒無酒味、螺又細粒又無味道,如果唔係望住自己放咩入口,然後加上幻想力,啲螺同黑魚嘅口感係一樣,但唔會分得出食緊咩嘢。:(  三、椒鹽鮮魷。經過兩道菜嘅心理調較,已經預咗呢個餸個 Size 都會係好輕巧,結果一如所料。好嘅係上碟都算乾身,碟底唔會有剩油,但係呢,就一啲都唔香口,賣相亦都只係普普通通。:(  三個餸連一枝啤酒,兩個人 HKD162.00 埋單,倆公婆都覺得唔抵,因為荃灣食開一間,份量 / 味道 / 價錢,甚至坐位環境都比呢度優勝,所以食唔飽都已經唔想再叫,只有打算再去其他地方填飽個肚。  服務方面,企喺街頭時候,叔叔好好禮貌咁介紹,唔錯,我指明要個涼快嘅冷氣位佢都俾到我。但係當落咗 Order 之後,另一位姨姨就叫我轉枱,讓將四人枱俾一行三人嘅食客,但問題在於,佢間舖係仲有其他位。  呢間食肆雖然唔係太大,但隔離對面一共三間鋪位,所以有兩個啤酒 Promoter,一個靚女醒目,一個就一舊飯咁,我一坐低,碗筷都未有,睇緊 Manual 食乜餸時候就衝埋嚟要我 Order 咗佢啲啤酒先,真係本末倒置。我要飲酒就去咗酒吧啦。靚女一個就醒目好多,等我叫晒餸先埋嚟,一邊倒酒一邊就已經 Sell 定我下星期要再去幫襯,因為有獎抽,禮物好豐富咁話喎。  但總括嚟講,食物質素雖未致於好難食,但係比預期差一大截。而且食飽離開之後,就發現我因為著短褳而已經唔知俾咩咬到對腳一粒粒,好痕癢。…Read More

  之前一日食咗一餐唔開心嘅日本嘢之後,呢日再接再勵去搵過另一間好食嘅去獎勵老婆,慶祝結婚一週年,就由老婆提議嚟咗呢間成日經過但無試食過嘅日本料理。  可能因為撞正呢晚英超開鑼日,所以夜晚八點左右都唔駛等位,而且成間食肆都係一半枱有客。一坐低就已經花多眼亂,樣樣都想試,好辛苦先揀到叫咩食。呢晚就好彩,揀親都好食,定係真係餐牌上寫照照都係掂嘅呢?要遲啲再試先知。  第一道菜「三文魚沙律」,未食已經見到好新鮮,再用筷子夾上去已經確認咗 80% 係好嘢,放埋入口,100% 肯定係新鮮到爆。  第二道菜「照燒安格斯牛扒」,同樣用料新鮮,食到牛扒嘅肉味,個汁亦整得好好。三爬兩撥就俾我食晒。  第三道菜「廣島麵鼔蠔鍋」,食材新鮮不在話下,個湯煮出嚟仲好清甜,一啲都唔鹹。  「鹽燒魚鮫」燒得好香口,而且又無油膩嘅口感,正!  最後因為食得太開心,開始有啲飽仍然要加多個「三文魚壽司」。呢舊壽司同前一日嗰盤就差得遠喇,美味可口,而且啲 Wasabi 仲比其他連銷店或日本料理嘅靚,嗰種攻鼻嘅感筧都零拾清新。 唯一有少少貪心就係其實個 Size 比出面食開嘅細咗少少。  整體而言,基於:  (1) 唔駛等位;  (2) 環境舒服;  (3) 食材新鮮;及  (4) 價錢相宜。  呢一餐係食得好滿足,值得荃灣友一試。…Read More

  好日唔去 MegaBox,難得當日專誠走入去行街,仲特登行上行落搵嘢食,點知搵咗一間食完會唔開心嘅食肆。:(  雖然標題係「大失所望」,但都講一講令我滿意嘅嘢:Sabu Sabu「日本傳統牛肉鍋」。整個鍋嘅食料都好新鮮,牛肉很有鮮味。呢個第一道上枱嘅食物,確實令我增加食慾同埋要求。  第二道上枱嘅「鹽燒鯖魚」亦都係香口美味,呢個時候個心其實有一種「呢間可以 Encore」嘅感覺。  但係再上枱嘅「壽司拼盤」,賣相都幾整齊,但係已經令我個心情有少少跌,因為賣相同隔離 Jusco 嘅壽司相比,視覺上已經無 Jusco 嘅壽咁新鮮。呢樣都未算,最衰嘅就係啲壽司全部一夾就散晒,啲飯一啲都整得唔實。就算用手食,未試過可以成功將任何一舊壽司完整攞起。有紫菜包住嘅另計。要我用連加一差唔多 HKD200 去食呢個「壽司拼盤」,只有三個字可以講:「好差差!」  如果 100 分滿,結果就係因為一個「壽司拼盤」由原本嘅 80 分跌到去 20 分。  然後埋單嘅時候,再見埋將單,要扣多 15 分淨返 5 分。  令我要扣多 15 分嘅係,望下將單,除咗 10% Service Charge 之外,竟然仲收多每人 HKD5.00 嘅茶芥。  恕我實在孤漏寡聞,未試過食日本嘢收茶芥,對我而言,一間價錢唔係特別平,食物質素又唔係特別好嘅食肆,呢餐俾錢俾得唔開心。…Read More
