這陣子看到這間餐廳變了熱點想起早前去吃時,體驗確實是不錯的當時到訪前看一看Google review還心存疑惑因為好壞評語參半,深怕是只能打卡的餐廳想不到有驚喜!開放式廚房設計讓客人清楚看見每一道菜的製作過程由湯品到燒雞,食物質素都相當出色從來不太好栗子的我,竟然改變了我對栗子湯的看法滿滿earthy感美味,再加幾滴特級初榨橄欖油,香氣更提升不過真的要說的話,就是bone marrow份量有點少吃過澳紐餐廳的bone marrow總覺得在香港吃的都不夠油香肥美哈哈整頓晚餐體驗都很滿足!期待之後再來嚐一嚐新菜式…Read More

想當年一家人常常去酒樓吃飯媽子隔一陣子就會懷念從前所以我們會去曾到訪過的酒樓邊吃飯邊想當年我倆特別喜歡一些當年吃過的手工粤菜因為多功夫而且工序繁複,坊間已買少見少例如潮汕經典燉湯-鹹青欖燉豬肺湯以豬肺配鹹青欖慢燉,夠清潤又滋補我則喜歡吃普寧豆醬焗馬友鮮嫩馬友魚經焗製後再佐以鹹鮮普寧豆醬,鮮美好吃草菇煸乳鴿的做法增添了炒香草菇的菇香,別有風味

再次來Maison ES吃fushion風法國菜對於上次來吃的中法菜式依然有美好的深刻印象這次加入港式風味的法國菜式都很美味!新出的秋冬餐單加入了港式料理常用的食材及醬料例如蝦醬口味的墨魚闊麵,靈感取自炒蝦醬魷魚將墨魚變成麵條形狀,配以蝦醬及蠔油為主調的醬汁再搭香煎海螯蝦肉,每一啖都是濃烈海鮮鮮香味碎碎的脆乾蝦粒令整體口感更豐富接著來說說我最愛的菜式滷水乳鴿胸靈感取自滷水肉類肉質軟嫩之餘熟度是剛剛好鴿肉蘸著特製的酸梅醬吃,吃起來更香甜可口旁邊的脆卷包著鵝肝和松露醬也實在太好吃了!另外茄子菜式亦變得避風塘化大廚很有心思地將茄子弄成三種食法在輕烤過的茄子皮裡放上綿滑茄子蓉及炸茄子粒一次過吃到三種味道及口感!! 加上蒜蓉脆脆及辣椒油,帶微微辣感比起傳統避風塘式味道多一點新鮮感又少一點油膩感而且這是全素食!素食都可以這麼好吃的~~~期待下次大廚的新創意!!…Read More

原來荔枝角有日式居酒屋!在東京吃過的龍珠卷,這裡也有供應不過這家龍珠卷內的蛋黃偏厚杰,味道亦偏濃郁粟米脆餅壽司對我來說挺新穎哈哈將壽司變成taco確實有趣,變成脆口的壽司看到其他客人基本上一人一份戀丼滿滿的三文魚籽看起來很吸引,我和朋友也來了兩份分別選擇了海膽拖羅蓉和特厚燒牛舌款式刺破蛋黃後,蛋汁拌勻三文魚籽吃挺滋味的厚切牛舌吃起來好香口,不過有一點點韌海膽吞拿魚蓉和三文魚籽更搭配一些吃完一碗已飽肚滿足了~~~…Read More

終於一試過江龍撈麵店聽聞在東京超有人氣!這家的撈麵是沒有任何湯底的日式撈麵跟拉麵和沾麵不同撈麵會配合不同配料去帶出不同層次及口感而且這裡的麵條使用日本配方,採用優質全麥麵粉全部自家新鮮手製,口感堅彈牙又掛汁個人推介招牌東京撈麵 有肉燥、香蔥、紫菜、辣肉燥、生蛋黃等十分足料之餘亦很惹味,帶點辣勁很刺激有些人可能會覺得偏鹹,但我喜歡這濃厚味道店家建議吃三分一加黑胡椒,吃三分二則落醋所以一碗撈麵可以吃到三種口味!吃完麵後剩下的肉燥可以配飯吃,大胃王都能滿足~另外明太子忌廉撈麵則較淡味辣度不算強,味道正常發揮,略欠明太子的香濃味道小食方面,餃子挺不錯!建議叫一碟拌麵吃不過服務態度確實有待改善是有說禮貌的說話,但態度上有點趕客…Read More
