有一段長時間冇食傳統韓國菜,今日心癢癢同屋企人去銅鑼灣shopping 就諗起呢間曾經經常幫襯嘅韓國餐廳。去到發現有好多小朋友同家庭客,原來今日有維港無人機表演。 座落世貿呢間韓國餐廳,出名裝修靚,景靚,入邊欣賞維港景一邊食高質韓國燒烤,確實真係一個享受。一走入餐廳,侍應好熱情咁招呼我哋坐低咗喺窗邊位置,斟好熱茶就送上前菜。前菜有六小碟,泡菜係咁多個小碟之中最好食,辣度適中,亦唔會好酸。我哋點咗兩個牛肋骨,一條又醃另一條醃。牛肉高質,燒熟仍然係好腍,有醃過嘅比較好食,所以我哋再encore。人蔘雞湯好好味,雞肉嫩滑,裏面嘅糯米有淡淡的人蔘味,雖然好飽,但係我哋都成個清晒。喺韓國餐廳裏面,比較少見到鱔魚,所以我哋又叫嚟試吓,估唔到又幾好食。鯖魚係我每次必點嘅食物之一,果然係冇令我失望,外脆,魚肉juicy。值得一讚嘅係,侍應見到我有兩個小朋友,好細心咁問我需唔需要幫我將啲食物剪開,呢個舉動都幾窩心。海鮮煎餅有好多海鮮,但如果可以再脆啲會更完美。總括嚟講,名家都係我喺香港食過最好嘅韓國餐廳之一。 以景觀,食物質素同埋服務,性價比還是算高的。…Read More

圓方新店登場,剛開幕時一直見要輪侯,到今日見到唔係太多人,急不及待去食個lunch 。入到內堂比從外望內去寬敞好多,座位亦夠舒適。一坐低侍應就送上茶同開胃菜-花生拼麻味十足嘅麻辣豆腐干。南小館四小拼-可自選四小食烤麩唔錯,正正常常,馬蘭豆乾真係有啲乾,口水雞同花雕雞認真地唔係好食到咩味,因為都係胸是骨位,厚皮,無肉咁嚌。牛肉麵好多牛肉,味道都幾好又夠林。 敗筆在於麵質,似係新鮮麵伴隨住以防啲麵癡住嘅粉一齊煮完無過冷河嗰種口感。 擔擔麵麵質都係一樣,再加上好淡又好杰嘅湯,吃着難受,食左兩啖就收咗口上海粗炒一碟得五六條菜仔,炒到乾得可憐。整餐最令我覺得最失望嘅非小籠包同咕嚕肉莫屬。其實唔係關煮嗰個人事,因為小籠包其實皮薄多汁,咕嚕肉亦香脆,但係,連咕嚕肉呢道咁濃味嘅菜式都唔可以遮蓋到豬嗰種唔新鮮嘅雪藏味.....小籠包基本上係咬多一口都唔想。飲品選擇都幾多,叫左無咩味嘅燒仙草同埋ok嘅Oreo 沙冰。 還不及要收茶芥送上的第一杯清茶好飲😞食材如此,相信我絕對無下次。…Read More

嚟到奧海城,當然要試試呢間新開口卑又好嘅南洋家鄉菜。 星期六晚上好多人等,等左半小時左右終於可入座。餐廳內光線充足,裝修有點像中式小菜館,感覺十分舒適,好有用膳氣氛。前菜車厘茄 入口涼涼的,有點話梅味,有點白醋味,十分開胃!車厘茄已經被去皮,十分貼心, 經過醃製後,醬料更加入味!炸淮山炸皮很鬆脆,美中不足嘅係准山本身無味,炸皮又無咩味,兩樣加埋好似食緊炸粉球。 下次唔會再叫!炸蝦棗其實我只係食到芋頭味,似芋角多啲。 炸得好好,一啲都唔油膩,內餡軟綿綿,縱使吃不出蝦味,仍不得不讚!呀婆涼瓜炒蛋涼瓜被切得很細很薄,加上勁有蛋味嘅蛋炒得火喉剛剛好,涼瓜軟硬度同蛋嘅份量又恰到好處,美味!海鮮豆腐 玉子豆腐本身已非常好食,比豆腐花更滑,又豆腐味又有蛋味,配上海鮮茨汁,一流! 必食!金銀蛋菠菜同廣東式嘅有啲唔同,呢到嘅上湯好少,蛋花好多,每一條你夾入碗中嘅菜都會沾上好多蛋花。比起廣東式更好食。排骨豬骨湯拉麵拉麵煮得唔夠,好硬! 湯底又過油,好淡。排骨是兩小塊,乾猙猙的!泰式海鮮炒米酸酸辣辣炒米粉配上海鮮,米粉炒得好乾身,加上濃濃蛋味,真係想一吃再吃! 推介!咖啡雞呢個係我幾抱有期望嘅餸,但係有點失望! 先食雞皮,炸得好脆,第一下口感覺得自己係食緊咖啡味爆谷。 再食肉,食一舊已經好膩! 雞本身已經有啲咸,再加上過濃嘅咖啡味,膩上加膩! 而且雞件炸得太耐好乾好硬!後話-佢地個dessert menu都幾吸引,不過今日要等太耐,無時間食-呢度嘅餸大部份portion幾細,除左個炒米粉。-晚上10點就last order,如果8點先入到座,要甜品可以早點叫-好多人等位,建議先訂位或早啲去排…Read More
