一行四人走在旺角街頭,肚子餓,想找吃的。但旺角太多選擇,又碰巧我們四人都是選擇困難症,所以特別糾結。走到兆萬,看見放題火鍋任食!我們二話不說就走上去了。當然我們也害怕會否中伏,結果,這躺火鍋之旅沒有失望,反而幾有驚喜。火鍋店人流很多,生意好好,若不book位,真的要等上15-20分鐘!剌身放題再加上火鍋放題,都只是$189位,當然是選這項啦!湯底方面,店員向我們推介了新推出的海鮮鍋,仲向我們保証一定足料!於是我們便試試這海鮮鍋到底有多猛料!當然,也有其他不錯的選擇!個人就好想好想試試烤魚湯底,聽說店員還會即場拎條生猛大魚在客人面前,俾客人過目過目後才拎去索湯底。下次一定會試試這道!食火鍋的指定動作當然是先去拎醫料!各式各樣都準備齊全!我真係好鍾意佢地呢個火鍋醫料兜的設計!一次過滿足我3個慾望!一開波第一道菜當然是刺身啦!擺設靚靚,每件肥美厚身!我以為火鍋店主打火鍋,但原來刺身放題也同樣十分出色!呢一件拖羅真係不得了!壹火鍋在刺身放題方面做得什至比其他日本放題店更為出色!有驚喜!主角登場!北海道海鮮鍋!!真係一如店員所講,十分足料!我覺得不能用足料去形容,要用猛料!分別有最少8隻青口、4大隻帆立貝、松葉蟹、4隻大鮮蝦、4隻大肥蠔,仲有其他新鮮靚配菜!真係抵到喊!仲要係好好食tim!滾呀滾呀!正呀!已經急不及待了想食了!快d熟啦!鮮味大蝦!不需任何醫料,直接享用,保留蝦原有的鮮味!呢隻帆立貝真係夠曬肥美!今次配上少少醫料,更能把帆立貝的鮮味帶出!生食帆立貝就食得多,但原來熟食也好好食!食左好耐,終於俾我地食完個松葉蟹鍋!打邊爐又怎能夠沒有以下菜式呢?雪花肥牛、嚮鈴、檉子、豬、墨魚滑、花膠以及3色丸!雪花肥牛冇得頂了!入口即溶不用說,牛身雪花香很濃!讚!總結這躺火鍋之旅,沒有中伏,反而深深地愛上這樣的火鍋!下次一定再上黎!…Read More

黎到MK,香港文化的集中地,原來想去食富有香港本地文化的太興燒味。但原來,近年的太興集團也變得夕元化,不只有本地香港文化的餐廳。於是,我地幾個人便選擇了太興集團旗下的宮崎日式燒肉。進到店鋪,充滿街頭風味。在吃燒肉前,客人已飽嘗了型格日本街頭風味。一坐低,就點菜?一坐低,店員便為我們開了爐,熱氣立時撲面。好多款式的燒肉選擇,真係難倒一班選擇困難症的人。第一道上桌的食物,就是宮崎招牌菜,八色燒肉!八種不同口味的燒肉!幸好爐已燒熱,肉一來,便可立即9秒9地燒!一路望,口水一路留......太肚餓了!另外,宮崎除了生肉之外,仲有熱食可供選擇!可以頂下肚先!而且,與其他日式料理店比較,質素不會比下去!終於可以食到第一款燒肉!好開心!其實我好想一個人食曬八款!但相信以後會冇FD做~~~腸是台灣的最出色?在宮崎食到的肉腸不比台灣的遜!令我encore, encore 再encore 的就是呢個芥末一口牛!芥末不會太多以致攻鼻,反而份量剛剛好,把調牛肉調和到另一種風味!好正!總結,太興集團成功的地方,就是可以把每項手上的業務做得極致!太興燒味如是,茶木如是,宮崎日式燒肉也如是。…Read More

黎到老銅,食d乜野好?一行二人走了一段路,看見京都廣場,餐廳林立,不知如何抉擇。由於我們都非常肚餓的關係,所以便選擇了食放題!與其他日式放題一樣,呢到咩都有得食咁滯。但至於好唔好,就真係要試一試啦!話口未完,剌身上黎啦!因為本人真的十分喜愛食刺身,而且嚇見組長ge刺身十分肥厚!與出面的放題店比較的話,組長的刺身厚度先勝一籌!至味道,三文魚不會太凍身,而且魚鮮味香!出面食過某間放題店,三文魚刺身係冇味的!組長的三文魚刺身不但厚,而且十分新鮮!油甘魚誰不愛吃?!不但肥厚,而且還有吃得出的鮮!我是三文魚的死忠!而且聽說組長的火炙三文魚壽司十分馳名!但我心想,就算多馳名,也只不過是放題級別吧?!但一上桌,我就知道組長的火炙三文魚壽司是真的高過放題級別。燒過的三文魚,魚鮨濃,鮮味重!配埋壽司飯,一流!愛吃花之戀壽司的朋友,都一定會喜歡它那酸酸甜甜中帶著魚鮮味的味道!我也不例外!組長放題的壽司都真係好足料!完全好似一間日本料理般!花之戀壽司上邊的蟹籽多到跌落黎!十分抵食又好食!黎到食放題,當然要試一試燒物!而我今次選擇了牛舌。大家可以清楚見到,食放題都可以食到厚切牛舌,真係好爽皮!而且牛舌上面淋上了幾陣的燒汁,令牛舌帶甜,十分惹味!總結來說,真係好滿足!組長放題,真的可以說是香港放題組別的組長!味道出色,食物新鮮夾大件!不錯!…Read More

來到尖咀,什麼都有得買,什麼都有得吃。因此,要選擇吃什麼真的是人生永遠都解決不到的事情。來到H8,選擇這麼多,最後我們選擇了H8的 Captain,不是張保仔,是真正 Captain House。Captain House 的選擇很多,為了讓客人有新鮮感,菜式又會不時轉換。單是飲品就已經有兩個半版!喜歡酒精的朋友會十分開心!就如我一樣。 一坐低,店員便問我們需要什麼飲品先。我二話不說,當然你地ge招牌飲品啦!佢同我講,招牌飲品有好多,於是便建議我們嘗嘗將會推出的新飲品。我又二話不說:好!(其實我都說了很多~~~~~~~~~~)於是,過了十五分鍾左右,我個杯黎了!一上黎紅紅地,店員跟我說裡面加了果汁,而且混合了gin酒、Lum酒和啤酒,味道帶甜,不會苦澀。可能我飲得,所以我覺得酒精濃不多也不會少。但店員說這是比較濃的了。輪到頭盤上場!當然是張保仔沙律啦!(正確名稱是船長沙律)蔬菜十分翠綠新鮮,再配合些少的黑醋汁,特別醒胃!頭盤食完,好快就到左今晚的最潮!海鮮拚盤!入邊有龍蝦、鮮蝦、松葉蟹腳、原隻帆立貝、薯仔、栗米等等。我地揀左辣汁,雖然話就話係辣汁,但其實一點也不辣。連我不吃辣的朋友也說不辣。而且辣汁的味道很不錯,與海鮮很搭!真的要讚一讚呢隻帆立貝!不但厚身,而且鮮味濃,廚師煮得剛剛好,不太生也不會太熟!好正!再配搭埋辣汁,鮮味更出色!薯仔和栗米也是出其地好味!薯仔本身冇味,但與多種海鮮及辣汁一齊煮過,已盡吸各路精華!十分美味!栗米帶甜且富鮮味!味道特別!食完海鮮拼盤,好滿足!但當然係唔夠喉啦~~~接著下來都是海鮮,而且是重口味但十分美味的墨魚汁飯!食落與出面一般的墨魚汁飯很不一樣,這裡的墨魚汁飯不會太水,而且十分痴身,所以店家落的墨魚汁分量,想必很充足!並且裡頭加了巴馬臣芝士,所會帶有點奶香味!呢碟飯,不能錯過!緊接落黎就係炸香脆鴨脾!其實隻鴨脾都真係好大隻!不但大隻,廚師仲用左不同的香料炮製!鴨皮十分香脆不油膩,十分惹味!最後,當然是甜品出場!(甜品會不定時地轉換,可能你下次黎食的時侯,我選擇了最愛的 New York Cheese Cake!真的有驚喜!想不到甜品也這麼出色!芝士應該不是我們平時食開的那種,因為這 cake的芝士不會好膩,而且奶香味好濃,再搭上香脆的餅底,甜品有驚喜!**總結今次體驗:食物不錯!特別甜品,有驚喜!如果有埋手套俾客人可以拎住海鮮食就最好!…Read More

    都市人邊個唔忙?更何況係身在香港的都市人,更加忙!突然想起歌神張學友的一首歌 ‘’但求夜深,奔波以後,能望見妳,己經足夠’’。今晚,沒有妳,但有你們,以及石亭。  一坐下的第一個感覺就是:地方不太大。可能對其他人來說會覺得不喜歡,但我個人來說覺得很好,居酒屋就是要規模小才有感覺。  忙完一輪工作的人,是特別肚餓!於是我們極速點完菜,便迎接了我伉在石亭的第一道菜,也是前菜。蟹籽魷魚軟骨沙律 ($20)原本覺得前菜都要收費,有點不太好。但食左這道魷魚軟骨後就覺得:廿蚊,抵俾!魷魚軟骨好爽口,再加上沙律的甜酸甜酸、和蟹籽的鮮味,好搭!  緊接下來的是日本粟米($120)和日本蕃茄($58)。點這兩菜之前就覺得:其實只是粟米和蕃茄罷了。但身邊很多朋友都說日本出產的農作物是世界上品質及味道數一數二的!於是我就點了來試試,想知是否真的如此利害日本粟米一上場,我就驚訝了!店員告訴我們是生食!我真的很不才!我從不知道可以生食。帶著好奇心咬下一口……真的太正了!這日本粟米好有驚喜!表面看起來很乾,但原來每一顆粟米內裡都藏著又甜又滿的汁!不錯!  食完這日本粟米後,我們都覺得很不錯,於是就自自然然地就聊起了日本來。聊了日本的文化、聊了日本的匠人精神、聊了日本和中國的農業;聊著聊著,菜又來了。燒雞泡魚干($68)雞泡魚干燒得好香,而且不會乾身!櫻花蝦餅($68)原本擔心櫻花蝦餅會否太過多粉,但發覺師傅拿捏得好好!不但粉不多,而且是不油膩,很香脆;每啖都充滿櫻花蝦!好正!這是抹茶鹽,用來配櫻花蝦餅。我本來食炸野都不喜歡點什麼,但基於好奇心就試一試。抹茶味很濃,與櫻花蝦餅很配!如果你是抹茶好,不妨點一點。但不要點太多,因為始終是鹽,太多不好。全晚最令我們尖叫的就是這道刺身拼盤!未食,都己經十分養目!珍寶牡丹蝦 $88@1極尚吞拿魚腩 $100 @1北海道海膽 $480帥傅把牡丹蝦處理得十分乾淨!以為是出自日本師傅的手工,但眼一看,原來全都是香港本地師傅。有如此高班手藝真係佩服!牡丹蝦極鮮甜,而且好厚身,一啖咬曬成條,好好好滿足!我就喜歡沾點醫油讓蝦的鮮味再出d,但朋友們都說不用加潻什麼,原汁原味最好味。大家可以不妨試曬兩種方法。我覺得重頭戲一定是拖羅!不但厚身,一咬落,吞拿魚腩的鮮味夾帶啖啖魚鮨香!比起出面食開的拖羅更極尚!日本真蠔 $78@1隻蠔真的很肥美!而且的確很新鮮,食之前都己經聞到一陣陣的大海味道!一口食落去之際,大家都會發出’’嗯!~~’’的一聲!肥厚又滿足!而且蠔的鮮味混合著新鮮的檸檬香!絕配!日本黑毛和牛刺身 $380一路以來,我對牛刺身都有點抗拒。因為自己覺得除了魚之外,其他肉類刺身都好難克服心理關口把它吞下。難得石亭有靚牛肉,於是我決定要試一試!誰知一試…...就己經吃了好幾塊!一塊黑和牛,配上幾條生洋蔥,再浸一浸秘製醫汁(店員告訴我們,浸耐d會好食d),一入口,牛肉己經要溶化在各個味蕾上!十分like!成功令我突破心理關口!天扶良到了!沙追魚 $38@1  花竹蝦 $68@1  南瓜 $15@1蕃薯 $15@1   苦瓜 $20@1   栗子 $20@1朋友經常都說,炸過的食物,難食都有個譜。但我就不認同,因為其實炸野,都十分講究技術及經驗!如果唔係,只會係食炸油面粉罷了。雖然石亭的廚師不是日本師傳,但食落去你就會發覺同日本師傳的技術可以話係沒兩樣!個人最喜歡最喜歡的就是花竹蝦天扶良!粉不多也不少,而且花竹蝦食落去很有驚喜!蝦肉非常彈牙!我想原因是因為師傳炸蝦的時間掌握得好好!勁like!  黎居酒屋怎可以沒有燒物呢?我們一共點了三款燒物北海道壺鯛 $150 @ 條牛舌 $58 @ 2串白鱔 $58 @ 1 串  上菜的時侯我有少少抗拒,因為見佢好像沒有放太多去腥的食材去燒,怕食起上黎很腥。不過食完第一口之後,一點腥也沒有,而且魚鮮味好濃,再配上些少新鮮檸檬汁的調和,把這條魚的鮮更帶出來!很好吃!不過條魚骨比較多,要小心。  牛舌是我去過每間居酒屋都是必點的菜式!牛舌燒得好香,而且好厚身,用黎佐酒是一流!白鱔真係冇得頂!魚皮被燒得又香又脆!魚肉之間夾帶著濃味的魚鮨香!好食!最後,點了一杯Sapporo,一邊談談工作、談談人生;談談這個,再談談那個。我想,這種滿足與鬆弛,就是人生裡最好的安寧。…Read More
