今年母親節正日,因媽媽晚上仍需辦公,所以我們只能到附近的名門讌客喝個早茶好了。媽媽有點咳嗽,所以當日點的點心粥品都以蒸和清淡為主。名門燒賣皇 (大點),四粒嬌小的式,燒賣應有的蝦肉失蹤了,餡料多是豬肉,極像打邊爐吃豬肉丸似的。海皇棉花雞 (大點),我不愛吃棉花,所以未能評論;雞肉嫩而不肥,肉汁豐富。給媽媽點了雙拼生滾粥 $18.8,鮮料選了皮蛋和牛肉,但份量太少且調味不足,令粥品味道過於清淡無味,不過粥底煲得極之綿滑。媽媽要求下點了比較熱氣的雜菌腐皮卷 (大點),成品稍油而且炸得未夠香脆,內裡雜菌果然只有菌,甘筍木耳絲通通欠奉,口感味道當然未見特出。我們快速地喝完一頓早茶過後,便送媽媽上班了。過兩日,再寫回之前預祝母親節的風月堂晚餐吧。…Read More

新年前為了趕工,多留了在公司OT, 因而多晚沒有時間煮飯,其中一晚便提議男朋友一起去樓下雲南衡會酸辣米線。不喜湯麵的男朋友點了熱撈米線 $23,外加了紅腸、貢丸和腩肉,餸料每款 $4~5,味道一般;其實米線本已配上榨菜和醬爆肉,其中醬爆肉份量不少,因熱撈米線沒有湯故此顯得過鹹過油,令男朋友吃剩不少 ... 而無胃口的我點了秘味湯米線 $23,秘味湯實則是香茅濃湯,未吃齋聞已聞到濃郁香茅味,幾開胃惹味不過味道偏鹹且味精落得重手;米線我轉了紅薯粉,晶瑩的薯粉吸湯力強,以致我喝下更多味精湯;餸料方面點了腩肉和冬菇,腩肉不肥、冬菇瘦小,兩者質素皆強差人意。種種加起令素來不浪費食物的我也要舉手投降。再者他的重味精令我堂吃時已灌了一罐可樂,回到家也得需灌下一大樽清水!…Read More

約媽媽於旺角晚飯,事前未有plan 下吃甚麼好,隨機又隨心下走進女人街其中一間泰國菜館冬蔭麵,小店室內間隔屬長又窄格局,環境頗為擠迫。可幸當時人不多,我們還能夠挑一張較埋較寬敞的卡座而坐,不過餐檯、調味架都頗為黐納納,衛生清潔有待改善!食物方面,點了酸辣豬頸肉沙律 $52,豬頸肉燒得香口,肉質爽脆;加上生菜、洋蔥、蕃茄等蔬菜,爽口清新;醬汁酸酸辣辣,非常醒胃。吃泰國菜,我們多數都會點馬拉盞炒通菜 $45,通菜炒得爽嫩,馬拉盞味道香濃,唯鹹味稍過。另外我們倆人點一份海南雞飯套餐 $46,海南雞很黃油,雞肉很滑不肥,沒有多餘脂肪,配上後面的泰國酸辣汁份外惹味;而油飯色澤暗啞乾身,略為不夠油潤雞香。食物味道不錯,不過份量偏少,令人吃得不過癮。而且衛生清潔問題希望多加改善呢!…Read More

午飯不時和同事一起出外覓食,今次介紹位於葵涌工廠區附近的兄弟快餐廳,兄弟主打各式簡單快飯,鑊氣炒粉麵都不錯。當日我點了黑椒豬扒炒烏冬 $35,即叫即炒所以比其他同事點的快飯遲來,邊等邊喝送的西洋菜例湯,味道正常。而我的炒烏冬等上七、八分鐘便上檯,豬扒有四件骨少肉多,加起來足一大塊,黑椒味濃郁且肉質鬆化;烏冬麵彈牙加上蔥段、銀芽增添爽口感覺,而且炒得夠乾身夠鑊氣,吃到最後碟底沒有很多油剩,算唔錯。餐飲點了熱奶茶,茶夠熱奶夠香不過稍欠順滑。兄弟中午時段有不少西裝男士和運輸哥哥幫襯,果然是“兄弟快餐廳”!…Read More

自從元気在手機apps中增設網上取票服務,未去到分店已經可以排緊隊,當去到食店而又叫到你所持的票號,只需向職員展示手機螢幕票號,便可順利入座開餐。此舉大大節省食客時間,又可以節省派籌紙張,一舉兩得!上月星期六和男朋友行經青衣城,肚有點餓、腳有點累,適逄元気舉行會員用手機apps取票及成功入座,可獲 20分元気賞分,我這個小C9當然不蝕抵,向男朋友提議到元気吃個下午茶。我們點了一個午後の自選三食 $45,三食由壽司盛、小食和熱食各一所組成。壽司盛A - 灸燒黑椒三文魚、灸燒黑椒海蝦、三文魚、辣味三文魚軍艦和蟹子沙律軍艦),兩款灸燒壽司肉味全無,連灸燒的感覺也不太 Feel得到;三文魚不夠肥美,不過勉強算合格;另外兩款軍艦壽司質素普通,不過紫菜稍腍。小食 - 蟹子沙律,材料是青瓜片、蟹柳絲和蟹子撈成,材料新鮮爽脆,味道不錯。熱食 - 冷蕎麥麵,麵條煙韌彈牙,入口冰涼。跟自選三食套餐可加 $9享用任何一款手卷,因為我們都喜愛脆卜卜的食物,所以點了三文魚皮手卷,魚皮炸得脆口乾身,伴上青瓜絲和沙律醬,減低油膩感覺。另外再點上一堆散叫的壽司:首先介紹後面一排的芥末八爪魚軍艦 $13 和海鮮沙律軍艦 (新品) $16,兩者的紫菜較為乾身脆口,芥末味濃令我有少訐必眼水,不過幾刺激,而海鮮沙律的味道過於普通,未能留下深印象;甜蝦壽司 $16,賣相有欠整齊,不過甜蝦新鮮清甜;輪到介紹前排的厚燒玉子 (新品) $9 (1件),說厚非厚、說燒非燒,質素與和花亭的相差甚遠;三文魚三味 $25,肉質都不夠肥美,有欠油香;最後點了兩件新品辛辣長鰭吞拿魚 (新品) $9 (1件),魚肉被師傅切到一忽忽,真唔開胃,最糟糕的是吞拿魚肉質很乾鞋,十足一舊擦膠片,如此新品很令我失望。這間元気店食物質素如此,難怪店內食客只有小貓三、四檯...…Read More

吃過泰妃雞,我們急急腳離開,因為真的很逼!三人在旺角遊蕩,希望能找到一個坐得稍耐和比較舒適的地方。來到朗豪坊附近,本來屬意到訐留山吃芒果糯米糍,但最後去了大家都未吃過的五代同糖。五代同糖出名雞蛋布丁,一直都想找機會試試。看過餐牌,我還是轉軚點火焰雪山,印象中我應該從未吃過,所以很有興趣一試。因為火焰雪山製作需時,等候間,媽媽點的蛋白杏仁茶,和男朋友點的芒果西米露都一一上檯,所以我向他們二人所點的糖水出手又出口了。蛋白杏仁茶 $28:媽媽的評價是中規中矩,不驚喜也不失望。我喝了一口,杏仁味很嗆,不大喜愛。芒果西米露 $28:芒果少而且細粒,味道不甜帶酸;西米亦都很少;糖水底更只是花奶味,很淡。對食物很隨便的男朋友都受不了,吃剩一半。此時我的火焰雪山 $38終於出場,真的很火焰很雪山。厚厚一層雪山蛋白,很Creamy不過無味;裡面包著的海綿蛋糕和雪糕,蛋糕被雪得很結實,且蛋香久奉;而雪糕可以自選口味,分別有雲尼拿、朱古力和綠茶口味,而我就選了雲尼拿,味道普通。吃過三款不同的甜點,都覺得水準麻麻,真的提不起勁下次幫襯。…Read More

男朋友早收工,遂與我到旺角和媽媽來個三人約會,媽媽建議到波鞋街泰妃雞晚飯,餐廳食物頗受媽媽推介,不過店內座位擺得有點密麻,且椅子都是無靠背,食客都貼背而坐,所以大家吃飽都盡快離開,雖然坐得不舒適,但人流極之暢旺,可見食物有一定質素。來到泰妃雞,當然要點泰式海南雞飯 $46,我們另加了 $5 轉雞脾肉,雞件全部已去骨,肉質本身已很嫩滑,且皮和肉之間還能做到膠質狀的果凍;而油飯粒粒分明光亮,充滿雞油香,也很美味。跟海南雞飯送來的木瓜雞腳湯,不過不失的例湯味道,不喝也罷。媽媽介紹下點了泰式炒金邊粉 $46,金邊粉伴以蛋絲、蝦仁、芽菜和花生碎,加上泰式甜酸醬炒,酸甜醒胃。每次吃泰國菜幾乎必點的馬拉盞炒通菜 $41,通菜炒得爽嫩,馬拉盞味道雖香,不過咸味略為太強,以致後來點的春卷,不大吃出味道來。剛才等候媽媽的時候,門外串燒檔的燒烤味很吸引,所以我們都整返碟泰式拼盤 (大) $64拼盤由春卷、香葉包雞、炸蝦餅和串燒所組成,春卷新鮮熱辣炸起,春卷皮很脆卜卜,不過味道超淡,提不起勁去吃第二件;香葉包雞肉質略為乾硬;而炸蝦餅是拼盤中的唯一亮點,外香脆內彈牙,且熱辣得盪口。因為店方燒唔切關係,所以拼盤中的串燒分開以上,豬、雞各一串,兩者都燒得香口,而且還能保持到應有肉汁,不點沙爹汁都夠味。食物方面,我很推介海南雞飯和炒金邊粉,而其他則相對失色,期待下次一試不加錢轉脾的海南雞飯和豬脾飯吧。…Read More

接上文,有雞有鴨怎少得了魚呢?咕嚕桂花魚球 $68,味道酸酸甜甜與咕嚕肉無異,只是換上了桂花魚球。魚塊相當大件頭,不過一夾即斷開兩半,可幸魚肉質感尚算嫩滑。天氣涼涼當然要點返幾款煲仔菜,其中一款是九層塔西施骨 $52,上檯時熱辣辣咋咋聲,顧名思意有九層塔、有西施骨,而且還有茄子、粉葛等配料。講味道不甚香濃特出,而西施骨和其他配料都吸收不到九層塔味道精華,所以不推介點此煲仔!季季紅晚飯時段石頭鍋飯一律 $38,而宵夜時間更是 $35,相當抵食!所以我們都整返兩煲,一是臘腸滑雞石鍋飯 $38,一是鱆魚雞粒石鍋飯 $38,臘腸滑雞的臘腸有點像黑橋牌香腸;而滑雞和鱆魚雞粒則不過不失吧了。特別一題的是兩煲飯都煲出飯焦來,我忍不住也來返一口,熱辣辣加上脆卜卜,吃下實在感動萬分!吃到尾,酒樓奉送糖水 (只有芝麻糊和杏仁露選擇)。我不愛杏仁露的煙燻味道,所以選了芝麻糊,芝麻味香而味道不太甜,不錯。吃過糖水埋單時發現只差二十元左右,可以再多用一張現金劵,所以再點奶皇千層糕 (半打) $28,一籠六件剛剛好!奶黃味很香,千層糕雖只有三層,不過都很軟滑可口。以酒樓來說,水準普通不過價位實在經濟。六人出盡力地吃,到最後埋單每人平均都不用 $100,實在抵食非常!下次如果多人一點,一定會點他的禾米乳香豬!…Read More

前同事結婚,邀約我們一眾相熟同事晚飯派帖。本打算打邊爐,但因為同事尚有不少季季紅現金劵,且即將到期,所以大家決定轉戰荃灣季季紅。主角有事需要晚點才來,我們唯有先點菜,接著無人性地邊吃邊等。首先吃涼伴小食麻辣豬耳 $10,豬耳咬落爽脆咯咯聲,加上微辣幾惹味開胃。兩碟涼伴豬耳真不夠喉,所以再點青瓜伴海蜇 $28,青瓜撈上甜麵醬,爽脆但味道稍咸;而海蜇爽口彈牙,不過麻油味可以再濃多一點。吃過季季紅的同事向我們推介豬肺頂蝴蝶腩燉菜膽 $58,湯色濃白而味道鮮甜,且豬肺亦爽滑非常,不沾醬油都十分美味。一盅份量能分到8-9碗,很抵飲,同事果然無介紹錯!一邊喝著熱辣辣豬肺湯的同時,主角終於來到,大家互相慰問一下彼此近況,再看看她的婚照和喜帖,交流一下結婚心情。接著醉雞 (半隻) $60來了,雞肉腍滑肥美不過酒味超淡,吃得不夠過癮。還有滷水圍塘水鴨 (半隻) $55,和醉雞一樣,味道超淡,且肉質很實,所以吃剩不少。大愛煎炸野的我點了黃金鳳尾蝦 $68,咸蛋黃薄薄地掛在每隻蝦身上,入口香脆不油,我吃了三隻之多,熱氣死...我們點的大部份都是肉,遂來個菜平衡一下,點了翡翠花枝珊瑚蚌 $88,翡翠荷蘭豆條條都飽滿爽甜;花姿片新鮮嫩滑;珊瑚蚌味道有點腥且份量少,只有寥寥數片,不大夠分。另外還有幾味小菜尚未介紹,以一行六人來說,我們點多實在豐富。好!下文再續...…Read More

星期日和幾位朋友來到位於尖沙咀文化中心的Café Muse吃Semi Lunch Buffet,餐廳位置隔涉,於尖沙咀廣鐵站出,也得途步走上十多分鐘。當日所見餐廳幾近Full House,大部分是一家大小的Family客,只餘小部分是內地客,所以環境尚算清靜,拿食物未有打尖情況出現。Main Course我Order了薄牛扒蘑菇蒜香汁 $73,薄牛扒肉質嫩滑,可惜份量不多,不消幾啖便吃完;而旁邊的炸薯格只屬微溫,所以未致太熱氣。其他自助食物方面,湯品有中西湯兩款,中湯沒多大興趣,反而西湯的忌廉蘑菇湯比較吸引,忌廉味香濃,湯又很順滑無麵粉顆粒,我Encore了兩碗!沙律菜種類不多,只得兩、三款普通生菜,不過都屬新鮮,加上車厘茄、粟米,再配上清淡的凱撒沙律汁,很清新開胃!最後餐茶大部分需要自己動手在水吧站自行調配,我很愛D.I.Y~所以自己搞了杯熱奶茶來!味道還可,只是茶味太濃呢,哈哈。…Read More

上星期約媽媽到荃灣晚飯,最初大家都沒有頭緒吃什麼好,二人在路德圍兜了好幾圈,最終決定去未食過的麗園打冷。麗園店子不大,室內只夠放幾張小檯,所以店方在室外廣闊的路德圍行人通道上,也放上好幾張大圓檯。露天用餐,真夠打冷風味!兩人點了三小菜一粥,真豪氣!現在逐一介紹一下:芽菜豆卜 $25,普通不過的潮州冷盤,用來送飯送粥一流,芽菜爽口而豆卜吸汁,簡單好味!煎蠔餅 $55,兩塊厚厚份量十足!蠔餅,師傅炸得香脆,不過粉漿較多,還好蠔肉也不少。蠔肉每粒都有吋半大,且味道不腥。不過我們人少,幹掉兩塊實在熱氣非常!金牌蠔仔肉碎粥 $35 (碗),另有 $60 (窩),不過一碗份量,經已足夠我們兩人分到三、四碗,蠔仔粥的蠔較蠔餅的更為大粒,且味更鮮!加了肉碎令粥味更甜,當然味精是會有,但不重手,最少吃罷不口喝呢。啫啫雞煲 $55,明顯是點多了!不過雞煲上檯時,雞件加上蔥、蒜等配料爆得香氣飄然,使得我和媽媽即使飽得肚撐,也夾了幾件來吃。豬潤、雞和配料味道惹味,不過肉類都給煮過火,肉質吃落有點鞋,且雞件骨多肉小,感覺唔抵食。看食評大多是差評,但我吃過後覺得都不是想像中差,下次可以再去!…Read More

Jusco由荃灣廣場搬到灣景廣場,星期六我也抽空到新店走一轉。但最後苦無收穫,唯有回到荃灣廣場樓下的滿記吃個甜品休息一下。天氣稍涼所以點焗荔茸西米布甸 (熱) $24,等了十分鐘才上檯,初以為會翻熱,誰知只是和暖狀態。味道方面,荔茸味香濃且甜度適中,沒有甜到令人涸喉的感覺,而西米布甸亦入口軟滑。甜品雖不是熱烘烘,但味道不錯。加上滿記室內環境舒適,作為逛街休息的中轉站,是個不錯選擇!…Read More

和家人走了去葵芳新都會的和民晚餐,當日時間尚早人不多,所以很快被安排入座。我們兩人以點飽肚食物為主,首先來一客豪華壽司盛合 $66,壽司賣相求其,面層刺身與壽司飯之間東歪西倒像打風一樣,以和民出品來說,他的Presentation實在失望。而三款壽司味道屬正常水平,沒驚喜可言。家人非常喜愛和民的刺身盛岡冷麵 $58,無論去到那間分店都必點,今次都無例外。大大碗冷麵底層用冰塊墊底,形造冰鎮效果,使得冷麵入口依然保持煙韌彈牙。面層刺身有甜蝦、北寄貝、魷魚、三文魚等,質素頗為新鮮;配上蘿蔔絲、青瓜絲和泡菜,口感爽脆清新開胃。當日天氣涼涼,所以點了石鍋泡菜牛肉飯 $53來暖暖胃。單看已覺材料頗豐富,而且排放整齊。而石頭鍋雖未燒至火紅辣辣,不過勉強也能製造出輕微飯焦。主角牛肉和泡菜份量不少,撈起來吃酸酸辣辣,醒胃又惹味。我們另外再點了新品小吃脆炸鱆魚粒 $36。每件鱆魚粒都相當大件頭,而外層脆漿很薄但很吸油,感覺超膩,而且談不上是脆炸!我們吃罷整頓飯也只需大半小時,可想而知他們上菜速度超快,絕對稱得上是一頓快餐!…Read More
