終於在香港食到真正北海道拉麵

小弟每年必到一次北海道，除了被那綿綿粉雪吸引之外，就是當地的拉麵，有別於日本其他地方的拉麵，個人十分喜北海道帶彈性的粗拉麵，吸上濃濃味噌湯汁後，絕對是世間美食。所以每次到北海道幾乎每日都至少會食上一碗，怕回到香港後，難找到這種美食。直至上星期，偶然之下，路經上環信德中心，發現此麵店，當然進去一試。叫了一個濃蝦味噌拉麵及一個濃蝦醬油拉麵。果然北海道拉麵就是要配味噌，加上濃濃的蝦湯，絕對可以說是在香港暫時食過最好的日本拉麵之一。我幾乎把湯都全部喝了！至於醬油湯底，不是不好吃，而是跟味噌湯比較之下，個人覺得稍為遜色。不過提一提大家，湯底是正宗北海道味噌湯口味，會比一般日本拉麵較為重口味及油膩，如果你是喜歡清淡式的拉麵，可能會不太習慣。今年冬天，一定要到北海道的原店試一試。…Read More

新進駐香港站的餐廳，主打台式食物。對於我呢個去台灣多過去荃灣的人，梗係要入去試一試。叫左台灣牛肉麵，新竹米粉，韭菜豬肉餃子先講牛肉麵，個賣相係唔錯，有4，5片牛展，及紅蘿蔔等配菜。先飲淡湯，有牛湯味，唔錯。麵條亦是正宗的台灣寬麵條，可惜個主菜 - 牛肉，完全未入味，亦無牛肉味，優點是份量好大，一個大男人都足以飽滿。新竹米粉就是肉碎米粉，這個沒有特別驚喜，但也不會令人失望，不過不失的一碗米粉。韭菜水餃是最好的一道菜，新鮮，絕對唔係工場粗制濫造的貨色，值得一試。整體來說，餐廳食物唔錯，特別是餃子，絕對比果D幾多方雲集的好好多，只可能係我食過太多好食的牛肉麵，呢間的牛肉麵令我太失望。…Read More
