近這一年出品質量下降。明白生意難做，在疫情下這間生意還不錯。好多街坊幫襯，我也是其中一個。但近年份量缩水，如三文魚，鲭鱼等。最過份是側側膊走便當中的半只蛋。已多次欠蛋了！好有被騙感覺！不老實！今晚亦是。當我見到走左只蛋，然後問返佢，厨房個人见我發現左佢的缩水嘢，好不情願地叫我等等。但佢發悔氣把蛋掉落我個便當到。蛋都返轉左，蛋黃散埋。唉！這種服務態度，不實的心態及質量，真令人失望，将會減少再去幫襯！…Read More

和朋友找個地方吃晚餐. 在Open Rice找到這間新開餐廳, 胆燥燥去試試.Wow...食物質素大有驚喜 侍應服務態度極度好 朋友經常去泰國, 說這間口味十分地道. 原來是正宗泰北師傅. 口味偏辣.醬汁好味, 蝦很新鮮, 但好辣. 侍應服務態度非常好. 她本來suggest去換另一碟/ 其他沙律.我們不想浪費, 而且醬汁好味. 她給了我們一些生菜. 跟生菜一起吃, 辣味中和,味道剛好. One night we had chosen Friench food for gathering. It was recommended by one of my friends. The foods were very ex-oridinary and very delicious.This is the French style vegetable egg pie. It was my first time to eat that. It tasted very special. The cheese ball was crispy outside and creamy inside. Very good I am a cheese person. Not everyone like to eat "Goat Cheese", but that one is very good.It is the duck and isn't very fat. Wow..this one was very unexpected. All friends thought that was a grade A Beef or Sirloin something, but it was Iberico. It was very jucy and tender. This dish was the excellent food of the night.Finally, dessert time. Very very good. I like the Crème Caramel the most. Not very sweet!I liked the Dark Chocolate Ice cream of the Chocolate Molten Lava Cake. The ice cream was not too sweet, not bitter.It was a wonderful night. I had the very bad experience with this resturant. The taste of food overall saying is not very good. 鳝球冇鮮味 (Long frozen food)，扙絲好看，不好食。拔絲粟子，粟子只是一件粉，無粟子味。Noodle very ordinary, no surprise! The food protion is really small, 什麼蝦球只有3-4隻中型蝦，已70多元!It costs very expensive. 唔抵食!! The rice is cold & hard ($10 each). 要乜冇乜。晚上八時多已沒有馬蘭頭...How can they well prepare food for the customer?! The waiter / waitress is not in professional standard. I and my friend (2pp) spent HKD250sth, but he gave us the other table bill which cost HKD400sth. The waiter didn't realize. When he found and gave our bill, they charged us one more tea cost..charged three people cost intead of two...唔睇单都被佢屈到！只有他的茶最好味，好香茶味。However, I need to serve ourselves to add more tea.
