To be honest, this is definitely not worth any Michelin at all. I've tasted better ramen and soup elsewhere.I will keep an open mind, MAYBE the bowl of ramen that the guy tasted was worth the Michelin..but for my bowl...First of all, I arrived there at about 8.45 in the evening. Me and my friends decided to try it because the queue was short, and it's usually very long. So we were like, 'Why not?!'Anyway, the service was ok though everytime they refill our tea, they would leave our cups on the table, shove the hot kettle between my friends' shoulders at a tight place (we were sitting at the bar table) and have hot tea splashing on usseriously, pick our cups up, fill them up carefully and put them back on our tables like the other restaurants, okay?!When our ramen arrived, it looked so good. We can definitely tasted it was fresh made, but the soup was luke warm. And for the shoyu noodles' soup was cold...Anyway, maybe if the soup was hot, and if we didn't go there and expect the food is Michelin...the whole dining experience would be different. Conclusion, not coming back again, there're plenty of restaurants in that mall.And for those who wants to try it, don't get your hopes up, go earlier, not around their closing time (10pm) where all the staff are tired, then your experience there would be better than mine at least.p.s. the environment is nice and cozy (quite crowded) and depends which area you are sitting...the high table is not comfortable. 次次睇親演唱會，我同班friend都會去尖沙咀食完晚餐再過紅磡，因為嗰邊一定周圍full哂。今次我哋去咗亞士厘道上樓上嘅一間日本居酒屋，環境唔算大，但係就好舒服。 我哋被安排到坐卡位。 首先我哋諗住好快咁食完就走啦，所以就嗌咗個加州卷， 極上雜錦壽司拼盤， 由師傅發辦嘅刺身丼， 同好多件吞拿魚小卷 重食咗個安格斯牛肉茄湯烏冬， 天婦羅蝦烏冬。 加州卷不過不失，極上雜錦壽司拼盤啲刺身非常新鮮，三文魚可以肥少少，但都好香好好食。 吞拿魚亦夠哂肥，油脂極多， 都會滲透到飯嘅裏面，令到每粒飯粒之間都夾雜著拖羅的油脂味，非常香口。 牡丹蝦肥美鮮甜，而最得意嘅係佢嘅牡丹蝦頭，師傅會將佢嘅蝦膏再整成另外一件嘅蝦膏軍艦壽司，第一次咁樣食蝦膏 十分之有心思！！而由廚師發辦嘅刺身丼，三文魚腩就夠哂肥啦，好香。 帶子鮮甜爽口， 海膽真係有好多，啖啖鮮甜，真係好滿意！天婦羅亦炸得非常之出色，炸得很香酥，咬落去感覺到層層薄透分明嘅炸醬，內裏亦保持到水分。 值得一試 ! 安格斯牛肉夠哂juicy 最後，好欣賞啲staff，十分之有禮貌，好好笑容。下次會試試佢哋嘅lunch menu。…Read More
