早前天氣凍,好想食熱騰騰餃子,太子係餃子激戰區,「豐信」比較有名氣同好評。呢間小店真係幾小,環境擠逼,門外好多人,不過有一半係買外賣,所以唔駛等太耐。餃子可選湯餃或煎餃,口味有15款,數量可㨂7隻或10隻,size頗大,胃口唔大的點7隻都夠。湯底基本係椰子海帶鮮雞豬骨湯,如果轉酸辣湯加$10。嫌淨餃子唔夠飽,亦可加錢配粉麵。等位時爭扎咗一輪,結果敲定湯餃要韭菜豬肉(10隻$42),好大隻,摺得好靚而實淨,皮薄到見到餡料。韭菜同豬肉比例係各一半,韭菜味道本身濃烈,稍為蓋過豬肉味道。湯底清甜冇味精,帶淡淡椰子香。枱上有醋、豆瓣醬、辣油、辣菜脯輔助增味,辣菜脯好爽口,辣勁幾凌厲。煎餃就選冬菇豬肉(7隻$42,煎加$2),煎的當然香口好多,皮帶少少脆,少少油但可接受。冬菇豬肉比韭菜豬肉更有驚喜,味道濃郁,冬菇配豬肉從來都好夾。小吃的涼拌雲耳(小$15)正常發揮,爽脆微酸;雞中翼(3隻$23)似滷水但帶甜味,雞翼大小適中,質感滑溜。呢度的自製飲品都好值得一試,柑桔蜜一大支$10,冰凍,清潤香甜。…Read More

最接近日本的味道

一山還有一山高。之前食過灣仔鳥華亭的雞白湯拉麵,已經覺得好食,今次試埋來自大阪的中環「座銀」(跑馬地另有分店),更見驚艷。排隊時同店員哥哥傾偈,先知之前食過附近的魚湯拉麵◯de▽係屬同一集團,兩者各有千秋。座銀貫徹日本貴精不貴多風格,只提供3款麵食(雞白湯、海鮮雞湯同沾麵),同3款小食(炸雞、牛蒡飯、煙燻蛋),專注只做幾樣,出品更有保證。試左最基本的雞白湯($138),雖然個碗好大,但麵同湯的分量唔會好多,女仔食剛好。先飲一啖湯,個味道完全係喺日本食過的味道(雖然當時唔係食座銀),雞味極之濃郁,好重膠質,但唔鹹,面頭有一層由雞湯打成的薄薄泡沫,增加層次感。麵條冇得㨂曲直同軟硬度,看來店家好有信心佢煮的已經係最配合個湯嘅效果。果然微曲帶點粗的麵條掛滿湯汁,而且爽滑煙韌,帶點蛋香。掛在旁邊有一塊雞肉同一塊豬肉,放回湯裏浸一陣,雞肉同豬肉都保持嫩滑,兼且有肉香。實在要一讚旁邊炸成一捆的牛蒡絲,香脆惹味,一啖麵一啖牛蒡絲,口感相映成趣,但兩者又唔會互相搶去味道,就算佢獨立成為一款小食都可以。上次已講過,雞白湯已成為我頭號最愛湯底,而呢間亦已超越左鳥華亭暫時成為香港雞白湯拉麵第一位(我覺得),佢係最接近日本味道,如果想一解鄉愁,呢度好值得一來,雖然頗貴。…Read More

懷念日本之味
Sukiyaki Mori (Hollywood Road)

香港愈來愈多sukiyaki(壽喜燒)店,城中最出名要數中環「すき焼森」。雖然中環有三間分店,但訂位係超級難。佢每月1號開放預訂下個月booking,1號開店後開始打電話,打咗過百次都打唔通,就算打通都冇人聽。過多兩日再打去,係有人聽,但會同你講下月已full booking,幸運的仲可能有少量平日午市空位,非常誇張。咁仲有咩方法訂到呢?就係1號walk in去鋪頭訂,係傻嘅,但好多人都咁做,條隊仲唔短添,所以想確保訂到,最好喺開店前到。正式用餐當日,其實唔滿座,師傅煮嘢時候同佢傾偈,先知每間店大約得3位師傅,每人最多只serve到兩三枱客(可以專注一點),所以先至唔會安排坐滿,亦解釋到點解咁難book。入正題,呢度晚市只提供sukiyaki、shabu shabu同omakase,以sukiyaki最受歡迎。晚市$680一位,午市$580一位,分別在於晚市會多一款肉,咁當然畀多$100試多款。餐廳供應嘅係著名日本近江牛,不吃牛肉,都可以㨂豬肉。想再飽足啲,可以追加牛舌($100)。先上開胃前菜(按時節更換),師傅有簡單介紹,係我唔記得個名,當中最好食係炸日本芋頭,軟糯得嚟充滿芋頭香。後上蟹肉蒸蛋,蒸蛋係超級滑,蟹肉加海藻同薑蓉口感同味道都豐富,只係鹹左啲。主角上場,包括一籃蔬菜同牛肉,食嘅次序係一塊肉,一碟菜,全程由師傅席前主理,可以睇住師傅點煮,有問題又可以問佢。呢度係用關西風煮法,同關東風相比,汁比較少,牛肉亦以煎為主。首先師傅會喺鑊落一層糖,然後鋪上牛肉快煎幾秒,然後落少少醬汁半煎煮,幾秒後翻轉就可以上枱。牛肉由淡至濃味食,先食肉眼,再來西冷,之後係兩款牛肩肉,最後係牛舌。肉眼最腍最有油脂香,但我比較鍾意西冷同牛肩肉,肉味好香濃,雖然師傅形容肉質比較實,但入口都好軟綿,唔需要點蛋漿都已經好滑。牛舌好薄,但仍然食到爽脆口感。蔬菜當中以洋蔥最好食,日本洋蔥一點辛辣感都冇,而且甜度好高。將牛肉蔬菜伴附上的小碗白飯一齊食真係好開胃,白飯可以任食,但唔建議食太多,之後仲有滑蛋牛肉飯的。食完之後,師傅將碎牛肉落鑊炒,再倒入蛋漿快煮,將之蓋喺飯上,就成滑蛋牛肉飯,蛋係嫩滑,牛肉味唔出,對比之前幾塊,呢碗飯就比較普通。最後上甜品,今次係士多啤梨奶凍同朱古力慕絲,兩者都有質素,食埋已經有十分飽。講咁耐,呢度值得咁千辛萬苦訂位嗎?同日本比,呢間完全唔遜色,如果你係sukiyaki粉,或者好掛住日本,呢度係值得來。日籍師傅係長駐卑利街店,但無論日籍還是香港師傅主理,水準應該一樣(師傅話佢哋要考試的),所以你幸運地聯絡到其中一間就唔好猶豫了。…Read More

尋回日本的感覺

闊別日本剛好兩年,回來後呢兩年間有好多始料不及的變化,唯一不變係對日本的掛念。掛念的程度,已非靠食個拉麵或者壽司就可以彌補。早前睇片,見一位日本人推介尖沙咀的「吉田舍料理」,主打正統日式家庭料理同小菜,係好多在港日本人的秘店(經佢推介之後已經唔秘了)。喺呢度,不但聽到客人的日語對話,店主同部分廚師侍應都係日本人,感覺更似身處日本。係咪好耐冇見日文menu?當然如果見你係香港人,佢會畀返中文menu,但識日文的話不妨問侍應拎份日文,重溫下日文之餘,日文有是日精選餐牌,中文冇的。餐牌有好多選擇,研究都用左好多時間,還好本身已有幾個心水選項,再唔係,第一次嚟可以叫店員推薦,大部分都好有禮的。忌廉蟹肉薯餅($120)係好代表日本的小食,熱騰騰的上枱,炸衣好薄好脆,裡面係超滑忌廉,蟹肉就不太感覺到,不過都好滿足。第二樣想食係和牛腸炒野菜($120),係日本人話好食的一道,辣度可以選擇。唔鍾意肥膏的或者會嫌惡,但喜歡的會欣賞佢的油脂香,比豬腸更香,雖然邪惡,但偶一為之好值得試試,不過外皮比較韌。椰菜更係精華所在,沾滿惹味醬汁,係一流的佐酒佳餚。見隔離枱點了蔥拖羅卷($80),又試着來一碟。呢個相對有點失色,拖羅鮮甜軟滑,但蔥好少,而且飯同紫菜都好腍,口感一般。最重點係,做功課時見午餐餐牌有拿破崙意粉,非常想食。日式的拿破崙意粉係好好食的,我曾經喺登別車站附近一間不知名小cafe食過,一直念念不忘。即管問侍應係咪午市先有,佢話都可以整,不過因為係日本師傅做,所以要等耐啲。問完價錢後($100)就即刻落單。意粉用鐵板上,以煎蛋皮墊底。調味做得唔錯,酸甜得宜,火腿、椒絲等配料都落得多,蛋皮好香,只係意粉比較腍,整體同日本的仍然有少少距離,不過總算解一解思念。想去的話切記預約,walk-in一定冇位。另外lunch有比較相宜的定食,每份一百上下。…Read More

欣賞老闆的堅持
海 三碗麵

想寫間小店支持一下,幾欣賞老闆的膽色同堅持。尖沙咀金巴利街係有名的韓國街,韓式食肆同食品店幾乎佔九成。街中間有間細得完全唔起眼小店「海 三碗麵」,窄長鋪位只得三張枱共六個位。店員得一個,就係老闆。店家唔賣韓國菜,而家貌似平常不過的麵。全店只賣三款湯麵加一款漢堡,好有日本小店的感覺。雖然選擇少,但每一項細節都包含老闆的心思。海蝦濃湯roast beef伊麵($75),湯頭橙紅得來都幾清,飲落鮮甜唔腥,加上大量櫻花蝦,味道更鮮。因為完全冇落味精,真材實料熬成,所以多飲都唔會口渴。所有湯麵都用上伊麵冇其他選擇,麵質係爽滑,但唔太掛湯。最出色係隨麵附上的烤牛肉,每碟有5、6片,下單後店主切出牛肉片,再用火槍略燒。牛肉僅僅熟,口感非常軟腍,牛肉味甚濃,略帶黑椒味,將櫻花蝦同蔥捲埋一齊食,更添口感同食味。金華火腿煲雞濃湯roast beef伊麵($80),相對海蝦湯,我更喜歡呢個,雞湯清潤得來帶火腿鹹香,亦咬到好多一絲絲火腿,好似住家湯。呢個質素收呢個價錢絕對值,去尖沙咀如果又未必想食韓國菜的話,不妨試吓(當然好容易滿座),老闆好健談的。…Read More

布甸比較好

自己好少去深水埗至荃灣一帶(葵芳除外),今次去長沙灣都係為咗去一間cafe「contrast」,喺元州邨附近。今時今日,對好多人嚟講,一間cafe開喺邊唔重要,最緊要地方靚,食物飲品靚(好唔好食次要),有小道具協助影相更好,呢間都算符合條件。cafe有提供沙律、飯、意粉,不過還是主打甜品。本身唔太喜歡食窩夫,但呢度的招牌之一就係窩夫,唯有試下。抹茶糯米窩夫配自家製牛奶雪條($96)以大堆頭作招徠,講真,唔係好明白點解窩夫要加支雪條,反正都唔可以夾埋一齊食,應該都係gimmick多於match,不過,雪條的牛奶味係幾濃郁。窩夫有4件,有淡淡綠茶味,冇糯米的香,但有嗰種煙韌口感。綠茶cream同綠茶醬冇苦味,搭配的紅豆亦唔會好甜,整體還算可以。另一名物係雞蛋布甸配espresso($58),當然唔會係超市貨色,質感輕盈軟滑,有蛋香,配焦糖醬已經好滿足。另一種食法係加espresso,會多種甘苦味,唔太習慣的加少少好了。天氣好熱,飲咖啡都想飲得冰涼解渴啲,近期幾喜歡espresso tonic($48),之前喺#coffee第一次飲驚為天人,呢度的都唔差,咁樣飲espresso唔會苦,不過香氣當然不及#coffee。注意呢度6點收,好多人5點幾來已經冇得堂食,所以有心去時間上要安排早少少。…Read More

早已聽聞過尖沙咀的「Urban coffee roaster」,今次去的係銅鑼灣店。呢間cafe提供的餐飲都唔少,有飯、意粉、小食、沙律、湯等等。是次冇食好多人點的法式焦糖班戟,反而試左鹹點,焗金文筆芝士配多士、新鮮黑松露($108),上枱時店員叮囑要趁熱食,因為芝士凍左就冇半溶狀態。多士有5-6件,表面少少硬,裡面都算鬆軟。金文筆芝士係成舊畀你,芝士迷絕對食得滿足,芝士軟綿,唔太濃太鹹,配多士係啱啱好,新鮮黑松露雖然比較細片,但都落得慷慨,非常惹味。配搭簡單,不過已經完全中我喜好。來cafe當然唔少得咖啡,dirty($45)係espresso加凍牛奶的組合,適合唔飲得太濃咖啡的人,又解渴。…Read More

高質牛肉麵

元朗有間高質台灣牛肉麵店,位置幾偏僻,由又新街行到尾,然後要行入一條掘頭路橫街。短短一條街上有三四間食店,「二悅」正是是次目標。二悅內部好細,大約得十個位,冇得訂位,冇得攞飛,只可以排隊等,所以要有心理準備,假日去的話要等差不多一個鐘。Menu驟看好似好多選擇,其實大致只係分為兩類:麵類同小食,麵就分牛肉麵同乾撈麵。二悅紅燒牛肉麵($68)有兩個食法,一上枱的時候係冇湯的,店方建議先食蔥油撈麵,少少腍的麵好有醬油味,但唔係鹹,蔥味唔明顯。旁邊有壺紅燒湯底,可以先當湯飲,味醇,但又冇平時食紅燒牛肉麵咁重口味,辣度好輕微,好飲。食到一半可以將湯倒入拌麵同食,不過始終覺得分開食更滋味。麵碼有牛肚同牛腱,兩樣都好入味,又腍,牛腱雖然厚身,但一夾就可輕易分開。另一款係手工肉燥乾拌麵定食($62),有麵、牛清湯、前菜同兩款自選小食,非常豐富。麵的底味同紅燒牛肉麵一樣,加左肉燥完全蓋過左蔥油香,肉燥係好食的,煙韌豬皮下係半肥瘦豬肉,口感多層次,分量亦多。前菜係通菜,雖然得少少,但都有調味,不錯。小食㨂左糖心蛋同炸花枝丸,蛋黃有流心效果,唔死鹹,花枝丸雖然唔彈牙,但都咬到粒粒魷魚,感覺似真材實料。店面雖然得一個女仔一腳踢,但非常有禮,對食法亦講得好清楚,欣賞。…Read More

值得等吓的高質鹽水雞

成日覺得香港好少台式鹽水雞店,想食通常會買ET,有幾間分店,質素亦唔錯(覺得仲好食過台灣夜市嗰啲)。元朗的「肥仔黎」都好出名,去開當然要排隊買來試。佢每日只有兩輪賣雞時間,分別係1:00同6:00,供應數量有限,想食雞髀部位更係少,所以有心就一定要預早去。我5:15去到,前面有4個人排,排到5:30左右開始派剔剔紙,6:00就會準時開賣,畀咗錢大約等10分鐘左右先有得攞。我㨂左獨享餐($45),要雞髀,可以配3款配菜,我㨂青瓜、甜不辣、豆乾,辣度係BB辣。如果鍾意濃味,可以加多蔥同蒜,想再勁啲可以點重口味,但會偏鹹。店方做好會用有密封膠條的膠袋裝好,獨享餐分量都唔少,雞肉極之嫩滑,皮好薄好爽脆,醬料非常入味,撈得均勻,BB辣剛剛好。食濃味嘢最好搭青瓜,可以平衡下,又夠爽;甜不辣純粹係個人喜好,正常發揮;豆乾有少少滷水味,亦吸收左醬汁,係最佳配搭。相對於ET,呢間確係更勝一籌,只係地點比較遠(對我而言)。除咗鹽水雞,佢仲有滷肉飯、麻辣鴨血、燒賣、腸粉等等,如果只係買呢啲,就唔需要排隊。…Read More

有日喺北角,一心諗住去食酸菜魚,行到半路,見「夏娃」門口豎了午餐餐牌,上面寫住烤春雞配黑松露意大利飯只係$68,除咗組合吸引,價錢更是超值,於是臨時轉軚。午餐有好多選擇,以飯同意粉為主,跟餐配湯或沙律,仲有飲品。呢個價錢會以為佢分量少或者hea做,但原來有完整一隻春雞,意大利飯分量正常,賣相吸引。雖然春雞唔算好嫩滑多汁,但已經合格有餘,調味適中,只係雞胸部分有點柴。意大利飯落咗唔少黑松露醬,仲有野菌,飯粒唔會煮到太硬太腍,醬汁亦唔會好水,拍得住意大利餐廳。另外一款係醬燒豬肋骨配飯($65),呢個就好一般,豬肋骨雖然入味,容易切開,但肉唔多,醬汁太少,大部分時間在食白飯,而且飯粒好乾,食得有點吃力。唔知其他食物質素如何,但只食春雞+意大利飯係抵食又好食。想再抵啲,星期一至五午餐係免加一的。…Read More

牛扒高質,茄汁更不能錯過

睇youtuber介紹西營盤「bones & blades」的炸五花腩,好似幾好食,就被吸引而來。去到目的地會見到兩間同名店,餐廳喺右邊,左邊係肉店,餐廳供應的所有肉類菜式會直接去肉店攞,質素有保證。肉類有牛、豬、羊選擇,仲有好多唔同部位,啱晒食肉獸。炸五花腩($68)係此行主打項目,但反而最普通,唔係唔好食,調味簡單但有肉香,但瘦肉部分有點鞋,肥膏頗多,垂直切的話肥膏會從兩邊唧出來,就算平時食嘢幾唔健康,見到都要切走一啲。旁邊係少少辣的醬,都可以中和下肥膩感。不過以價錢來說,一碟有7大件算幾抵,人多分享會冇咁飽滯。招牌牛柳($119/100g),牛扒類最少要點200g,大約等於7oz,足夠一個女仔食。上枱用鐵板上,賣相毫不花巧,就一件扒加一撮鹽。採用里脊肉,要求medium rare,表面煎得微微焦脆,切開肉係粉紅色,但唔會有血水,火候拿捏得好好。雖然外表平平無奇,但一咬就知質素好高,肉味甚濃,而且嫩滑,冇筋,雖然旁邊有鹽,侍應亦提供左芥末醬,但咩都唔點已經超級美味,呢個質素放喺扒房最少要double價錢。少肥薯條($55),又係外表普通但有驚喜之作,薯條條條飽滿,炸得熟度剛好唔會燶,質感粉嫩,鹹度適中。不過亮點其實係茄汁,因為係自家用鮮茄肉製作,誠意十足,而且唔會好酸,且帶甜味,好食到用左三分一支茄汁嚟食薯條。所以為咗佢的茄汁,薯條係必點的。呢度整體菜式質素都高,而且唔貴,好值得再來。星期一至五有提供set lunch,有扒、漢堡包等等配薯條,平均百幾蚊,更加抵食。除咗西營盤,仲有元朗、西貢、愉景灣分店,多點選擇。…Read More

銅鑼灣告士打道一帶係車行車房集中地,冇咩事好少會行經嗰頭。「Al Forno Cafe and Bar」就開喺呢條人流疏落的街上,如果冇特色,應該都難捱。呢日去到,座席已滿,等位都大約半個鐘先有,看來大家都係睇中佢的特色餐飲慕名而來。餐廳裡面唔算好特別,牆身有好大個展示櫃擺放店主的玩具收藏品,男仔應該會幾鍾意。不過最吸引應該係近門口的半露天座位,冇玻璃窗阻隔,感覺開揚,氣氛悠閒。9成顧客嚟呢度必點兩樣嘢,其一就係呢杯latte tiramisu($58),最初睇相以為係凍飲,原來係熱的。基本上佢係一杯普通latte,但面頭多左條lady finger,唧上忌廉同灑上可可粉,就變得特別咗。你可以先邊飲咖啡邊食脆脆的餅乾,食到中途將餅乾浸落咖啡度,就變成tiramisu的味道。呢度亦供應近來韓國人氣小食牛窩夫(croffle),其實係結合牛角包同窩夫的做法,將牛角包麵糰放入窩夫機壓成窩夫。其中一款口味係好港式的鹹牛肉炒蛋流心花生醬($88),兩塊窩夫中間夾住好澎湃的餡料,食用時再淋上花生醬。牛窩夫烤得微脆,有牛油香,不過墊底嗰塊就畀餡料整濕咗冇咁脆。炒蛋半熟,鹹牛肉唔會太鹹,本身唔喜歡花生醬都覺得幾幼滑同幾香。呢度仲有意粉、pizza、幾款小食同甜品,選擇都算多。…Read More

西環開咗間簡約工業風餅店,就喺阿元來了隔離,名叫「soft thunder」,以簡單閃電作標誌。店鋪供應產品唔算多,招牌的有牛角puff、肉桂卷、撻、鬆餅等。Unicorn puff有原味、綠茶、朱古力、榛子,原味($38)即係吉士味,唧成花狀的吉士唔只得面頭嗰層,食到底都仲有的,非常足料,吉士醬軟滑,有蛋香。外層個筒係用486層酥皮製成,鬆化唔硬,但又唔會邊食邊粉碎。朱古力($42)唔係唔好食,但味道太濃,牛角包都係同吉士醬比較夾。價錢係幾貴的,不過勝在足料而且大個,食一件都幾飽。本來想試佢另一據聞超好食的名物蛋撻,但去到已經賣晒,只得綠茶撻($17),講真賣相唔多討好,撻餡亦唔飽滿,綠茶顏色偏泥綠。撻皮係近似puff,綠茶味好弱,蛋味較強,合埋眼食當係蛋撻都得。如非必要,呢個可以略過。本來買埋肉桂卷($24),但太大個同有點飽,所以冇食,聽聞都不錯的,肉桂卷愛好者可以買來試試。…Read More

已經好一段日子冇喺香港食拉麵,是日唔太肚餓,就去尖沙咀「麵処一家」試吓。厚福街幾乎所有食店都人龍不絕,呢度都唔例外,晚飯時間要等一等先可以入座。店家有點日式風格,講嘅唔係裝潢,而係好專門只有3款拉麵選擇,唔會好似港化咗嘅拉麵店咁多花款,甚至連餃子都唔會有。首先係弟の選択($88),拉麵上有火炙豬腩肉、筍、紫菜碎、蔥、洋蔥,另加$10要溏心蛋。湯頭混合豬骨、魚介同醬油熬成,入口冇我唔喜歡豬骨湯的濃郁質感,醬油味唔重,反而好有魚介香氣,有幾分似金色不如歸,頗接近日本的味道,幾有驚喜。麵條係幼身版本,爽身,掛湯力幾好。豬腩肉燒過後帶焦香,肥瘦比例適中。平時拉麵上的紫菜都係一片片,呢度係整碎咗,我覺得咁樣仲好,撈勻的話幾乎每啖都可以食到紫菜,洋蔥粒亦增添咗口感。溏心蛋熟度剛好,蛋白滑,蛋黃有流心效果。妹の選択($88)除咗叉燒外其他嘢相同,叉燒換成慢煮豬肩肉,雖然嫩滑,但冇火炙咁香。頭先講過有3個選擇,第3個係料理長の選択($98),有齊豬腩肉同豬肩肉,想試勻兩款可以一試。…Read More

初嚐咁清新解渴的咖啡

近期幾鍾意留連咖啡店。當然講到飲咖啡我係門外漢,飲來飲去都係flat white、latte、dirty等等(還要近來先知大概的分別),不過飲完呢間,又有另一個新喜好。講嘅係西營盤的「#coffee」,老實講唔算好好坐,大部分係高椅或冇椅背的櫈,座位亦唔多,不過單為咖啡就好值得嚟。呢度老闆兼咖啡師係世界拉花大賽的亞軍得主,所創的拉花款式非常多,或者你有特別喜好可以請佢試整(額外收費),所以每次嚟都可能會唔同。所以當日雖然熱,都點左杯flat white(大$40)。今次拉花係一隻飛馬,畫得好精細,不過唔知係咪因為flat white比latte少咗層奶泡,所以飲一啖就已經散開(有錯請指正)。咖啡唔苦唔酸,咖啡比奶味香濃,飲落亦順喉。至於剛才提到的新喜好,就係佢的招牌hashtag($60),其實即係可能其他cafe都有的espresso tonic。最基本做法就係espresso加tonic,而呢度會加檸檬。咖啡師先將espresso加入tonic,然後榨少少檸檬汁,將檸檬皮搽一搽杯邊,再用火槍燒燒檸檬皮等香味釋出,最後噴兩下檸檬汁,整個工序好流暢。咁當然唔會冇實際,第一啖係好清新的檸檬香氣,然後咖啡味先慢慢湧上來,兩者平衡得好好,唔會互相搶去味道,唔酸亦唔苦,只有香味,加上tonic water同冰塊,夏天飲好有解渴提神效果,我都係第一次飲咁refresh的咖啡,好切合貼在咖啡機前面「一杯入魂」四字。雖然貴,但絕對會為咗呢杯製法好似cocktail的咖啡再來。店鋪有提供蛋糕、bagel、牛角包,仲有一樣叫車仔包,即係由包到配料可以自由配搭,有興趣者可以一試。…Read More
