這次試吃的是意大利黑醋漢堡($27),加了錢要套餐,選了周打湯+炸雞塊,總共是$51。晚上的mos burger沒多少人,找了個靜靜的角落,也坐得蠻舒適。先來的周打海鮮湯最不行。湯水稀而淡,沒有奶油香,不過幸好也沒有麵粉充塞的粉味。「海鮮」可憐的兩三件,真的不如叫可樂好過。然後來的是炸雞塊。我有時懷疑,其實那些「雞有雞味,魚有魚味」的「食評」不一定是智障,而是對於現今快餐文化的回應。在讀一本講美國飲食文化的書,作者提出了一個有趣的說法,指今天的美國少年愛吃M記的nuggets卻不一定愛吃雞,因為其實兩者之間,無論外型、味道以及質感,都似乎沒什麼關係的。雞塊沒有雞味似乎已是common sense,所以「雞有雞味」成為讚美詞不是沒有原因的。mos burger 的炸雞塊是一貫水準,炸得通脆而滴油不漏。好吃是好吃,但的確就是沒有「雞味」,沒有雞的肉質。MOS BURGER的炸雞跟KFC,M記是同一個類別的,儘管MOS的炸得較好,但當中的肉塊,跟我在豪大大、高登炸雞所吃到的那一片雞扒是兩個類別來的。不是不好吃,但你問我,就當然寧可揀街邊小食檔那片較「真實」的炸雞啦。最後才送過來的是黑醋漢堡,居然質素不錯,比我想像中好。黑醋的酸與豐厚的漢堡扒頗夾,而茄醬也夠濃郁。MOS的價錢大概就是剛好在老麥與triple o中間,而以麵包與漢堡扒的質素來說,的確,比老麥的乾爭爭是綽綽有餘,但比O記的包熱肉香汁多則又差一截。果然是一分錢一分貨。快餐還是少吃為妙,但在太古/西灣河一帶,MOS是沒選擇中的選擇。…Read More

深夜一碗西米布甸

夜深了,忽然想吃個西米布甸,唯有想到這兒,買了一個芋頭西米布甸($18)。老板娘笑容十足,不忘賣花讚花香,說已在我手上的西米布甸很好吃。面頭微焦,但不是creme brulee 式的香脆,而是軟韌的。這裡的西米布甸不甜,但芋蓉也十足。雖然我還是比教喜歡之前吃過的原味。很喜歡吃西米布甸,暫時最愛的是北角鳳城,外脆內軟香甜軟滑,當然連香居的也十分高分,而跑馬地蓮姐的出品也很不錯。但是一個人晚上口痕,有這一碗淡香的,已很好。…Read More

假tiramisu假macaroon

我有一個愛吃懂吃的「憤青」朋友,常常都對香港人的飲食愛好/潮流鄙視不已,我記得他其中一個最典型的例子是:「許多香港人都說自己喜歡吃tiramisu,卻根本不知道tiramisu是甚麼,總之吃一口撤了可可粉的cream cheese就當自己是在吃tiramisu。真正的tiramisu是用超濃郁的mascaprone(當然也很貴,很多本地餅店當然不會用),加上強勁的酒味。這樣真正的tiramisu大概沒多少香港人真吃過,吃過也不會喜歡。」我不敢評論香港人有多懂吃,始終在OR也不時看見一些有質素的食評,但是朋友說得對,假的tiramisu真的充斥周圍,不只是街坊餅店,有時某些酒店自助餐的也是令人慘不忍睹。當然,如果食物做得好吃,其實它是否正宗,對我來說反而是其次。例如說,香港茶餐廳的凍鴛鴦、瑞士雞翼,街邊的格仔餅等,都是「不正宗」的西茶,但偏偏卻做出香港特色的美食。講到尾,最重要還是要好食。而且,不要掛羊頭賣狗肉。太子餅店是中產住宅區太古城內的街坊餅店,路過看見櫥窗裡的糕餅都做得比一般街坊餅店較精緻。當然跟銅鑼灣/尖沙咀那些人氣餅店的質素有段距離,但太子的價錢也便宜一截,似乎不妨一試,於是便買了一件tiramisu cup cake 和一件raspberry macaron。心裡已有準備不好太高期望,但還是比我想像中更差。:(:(:(Tiramisu杯蛋糕($14):這個蛋糕,除了跟tiramisu的顏色有點相像,基本上真的與tiramisu沒有關係。芝士當然不是mascaprone,沒有奶香,也沒那種油然軟綿的質感。沒有酒香也沒有咖啡香,只有可可粉帶苦的味道十分突出。而且,可可粉一早已撒在cream/蛋糕上,放了一整天,不潮濕變成一舊舊就假啦。另一方面,輕輕的一層“tiramisu"跟下面的”cupcake”就像兩樣分開的東西,沒有互起作用。這個蛋糕底貌似sponge cake,但沒有海棉的鬆軟,口感硬實。味淡如水,只有十分輕微的一絲咖啡味。老麥跟星巴克的muffin大概都是$15一個,大小差不多大小,也許用muffin跟cupcake 不完全公平,只是,比連鎖餐店難吃的,我都很難給予合格的分數。:(:(:(法式桑莓杏仁餅($20):是的,這裡的“macaroon"很大,一個比平時吃到的macaroon大2﹣3倍,但我真的寧可買那些$10-$20一件小巧但味道香濃一百倍的高質素macaroon!太子這件macaroon比tiramisu略好,但還是不太真實。沒有杏仁餅的香,而且偏乾,中間的cream沒有果香也不幼滑,而且跟它的cupcake一樣,cream跟餅是沒有關係的,廚房沒有把這兩種”材料“當成同一件食物的兩個部份,因此它們沒有”化學作用“,沒有相得益彰的效果。是次挑戰的結果慘不忍睹。法式意式甜品是否做得跟從歐洲入口一樣純正已非重點,重點是用料不好(礙於成本),加上廚房功力不夠,卻越級挑戰,外表縱扮得有幾分似,放入口就難以騙人了。…Read More

抵食外賣海南雞飯

最近見太安樓有新店裝修,原來是海南雞專門店。這天晚上八點幾來到,見食店已開張,門面更排了七、八個人。店員一個斬雞,一個包裝外賣碗子,一個到處張羅。看看價錢牌,不得了,一個海南雞飯,連餐湯,不過$20。平時在茶餐廳吃個海南雞飯最少都要四十蚊啦,於是我又排排隊試試先店內除了海南雞,還有牛腩飯等選擇,而雞髀飯則$28,本來想試雞髀飯卻已沽清,於是叫了海南雞飯+雞全翼一隻($8)。份量:飯看上去不算大碗,但最後卻飽得幾乎吃不完。雞肉也不算少,加了雞翼後更覺豐富。海南雞:好鮮嫩!皮有油香,肉滑彈牙,尤其是雞翼部份!以廿幾蚊的飯盒來說絕對是物超所值的質素!油飯:較差,飯本身已煮得略乾硬,顏色上也不大看得出黃油,吃下去也不太覺得香。除了偏油外,跟普通白飯沒甚麼分別。:(:(醬料:黑醬油、薑茸、辣醬都齊全,但因外賣關係,全都倒到雞肉上混在一起,所以在落order時要決定是否全都要。有些外賣店會以另外的小膠盒裝好醬料,但我寧願像這店一樣,少做一點塑膠浪費。反正我不是fine dining,好像時外賣都是趕時間貪方便,這樣倒在一起反而更省時更好~太安樓又一平正開飯選擇,不錯:)…Read More

How about a bilingual review this time? 當然中英文不完全是直譯的,只是貪得意玩玩 Strolling alone late at night in Central, I was craving for something sweet and warm. A chocolate molten cake looks like a perfect choice, and Starbucks was the only place that was still opening.獨自一人深夜在中環遊蕩,忽然想吃點熱甜品。最理想就是吃一客心太軟吧?可是這個時間這個地方,除了starbucks似乎別無選擇…姑且給它一個機會吧。The cake doesn't look particularly attractive, but acceptable in a chained store like Starbucks. They meant to make the cake looks less dull by dusting almonds on top, but the taste simply doesn't match the chocolate cake. :(蛋糕賣相就不討好,當然在連鎖咖啡店吃“美心”蛋糕,實在不能要求更多。外面的杏仁碎大概是為了讓蛋糕看上去比較吸引吧,但那味道跟這個朱古力蛋糕就是完全不夾。:(The waiter has heated the cake before giving it to me. Yes this time the cake is warm, but it is solid, not molten. 叫人感動的燒魚,叫人刮目相看的印尼菜

上一次吃印尼菜都不知是甚麼時候了。事實上,除泰國菜以外,我對東南亞菜都沒太大興趣,總覺得多是油膩、簡陋的「填肚食物」。人氣店吉利尼縱水準不俗也未改我的偏見,這間星級1968卻令人我對東南亞料理徹底改觀。這間米芝蓮食店原位於禮頓道,因鋪租翻3倍而搬至現址。舊店我未去過,而以我對其他印尼餐廳的印象,總覺得都是殘破老套。今天才發現其實大鄉里的是我。1968這間中環樓上鋪,裝修寬敞舒適,跟同區許多意、法餐廳氣氛無異,在場也的確有很多外籍顧客,摸摸杯底吃些小食,感覺挺不錯。星期四晚,這兒也十分旺場,要不是來的時間尚早,沒有booking的我們也未必有位。drink menu 平均約$50-60一杯酒精或非酒精,食物則約在$80-$120前後,食物份量也算慷慨的。以這地段這環境這質素的食物來說,一點都不貴。等朋友的時候先叫了飲品。我想我真的太久沒吃過印尼菜,看到「珍多冰」這名字竟就即時喚起我的童年回憶!小時候其實並不真的很喜歡,總覺得這飲品甜得太過份。今天來到1968,便決定借此特飲試試它的水準。珍多冰:測試結果非常驚喜!賣相已挺不錯了,層次分明,兩片薄荷葉在沙冰上,簡單精繳。椰奶香滑,而且甜度剛好,飲到最後也沒有因為被冰沖淡味道,只是綠豆粉條味道較淡,但跟椰奶是很配的。蝦餅 一份小吃蝦餅三大件,六個人分吃剛剛好。蝦膠彈牙,香脆鮮美,佐酒一流。伴碟的沙拉菜也很新鮮。事實上它們每碟菜式都伴有很多新鮮的沙拉菜/西蘭花,清新健康,毫不吝嗇,這是我十分欣賞的地方。串燒點了幾款,相比其他菜色,這個比較普通,但仍是超高水準之作。個人最喜歡還是雞肉串,肉質彈牙,醬汁惹味,正!栗米肉粒餅另一份小吃,看名字像很普通,樣子也沒很特別,放入口中卻很有驚喜。就像煎炸過而凝結了的栗米忌廉湯一樣,外面香脆,裡面卻是creamy的軟,還有粒粒栗米,是吃過最有趣的栗米餅。巴東牛肉據說印尼菜首重醬汁,而1968另一令我喜愛的地方就是,儘管餐牌上盡是濃烈醬汁類南亞菜式,在我們這些門外漢看來都是啡色濃稠的醬,但吃入口,每款菜色醬料的調味的確都不一樣,而一樣滋味。巴東牛肉是他們的signature dish,牛肉炆了四五個小時,軟腍入味,啡色的醬汁味道刺激,但不油膩,是會吃到笑的一個dish。炆牛脷跟巴東牛肉看上很像,但醬料味道不同,一定要二選一的話我會覺得這個醬汁味道更好。唯牛脷炆得有點太腍,咬下去少了一份韌勁,喜歡軟綿綿肉質的朋友可能會很喜歡。黃羌飯賣相很可愛,黃羌飯像戴了一頂很高的葉子圓錐帽。飯有淡淡香味,軟硬恰當。不過吃過一輪濃味菜式後便很難試出其真味。燒倉魚從未吃過如此好吃的倉魚!!!!從未吃過如此好吃的倉魚!!!!從未吃過如此好吃的倉魚!!!!也許大家以為我傻了,同一句話說三次。但這道菜是十分少數吃得令我感動,而且讓我持續心情愉快一整天的食物。平時吃倉魚都覺得是便宜貨,沒很特別。但這條燒倉魚真的好食到傻。抱歉沒有照片,因為還沒來得及拍張較清晰的照片(餐廳燈光太昏暗),魚已被大家五馬分屍燒魚很滑,肉質是新鮮的實正。魚身本身已有很惹味的調味,但是伴隨的一碟醬油和一碟綠色辣醬都好吃得不得了。尤其那辣醬,真的令人「嘩」一聲叫出來。上海冰/香蕉椰汁糕相對其主菜,這兒的甜品較為遜色。最不濟是上海冰,刨冰配粉紅色糖漿加罐頭水果,沒甚看頭。香蕉椰汁糕較好,滑嘟嘟的椰汁糕包著甜絲絲香蕉蓉,但就欠一點化學作用。炸香蕉配雪糕這個是中規中矩的甜品,賣相佳,香蕉也炸得很好,炸物配雪糕是沒有不好吃的理由,不過雪糕是一般貨色,也許是我期望太高,因此有點失望。這晚晚飯吃得很高興。真的從沒想過印尼菜原來可以如此豐盛精緻。食物以外,如許多人所講,三位太子爺的確幾靚仔 因為太喜歡這餐廳,剛才上網搜尋了一下,知道他們3人如何同心協力把垂死的老字號挽救過來,事事親力親為,也嘗試創新,upgrade了老套的印尼菜。不知道報道有多少是真情多少是煽情,但撇開背景,單純作為一個食客,我的確從這個雅緻的環境,花巧同時踏實的有heart菜式裡,感受到年輕老板對這店投入的熱情和愛。:)…Read More

This is my first English review on OR, I will try my best but please excuse me for any flaw you may see There are already quite a number of reviews for Golden Fried Chicken but I guess writing a review (with photos and a little more detailed report) for expatriates and tourists may perhaps be a good idea. The snack shop is named after the popular local internet forum Hong Kong Golden Forum (香港高登討論區), which is famous for its discussions in computer and technology-related topics, as well as for the creative derivative works its members share. The original owner of this shop was a member of the forum, and some of the names of the snacks come from the popular jargons inside the forum e.g. "Primary School Chicken" (小學雞), which originally refers to naive and ignorant people who behaved like kids, but here they are tasty bite-sized fried chicken pieces.After signing the petition against the legislation of the stupid and vicious copyright bill which forbids the creation and sharing of derivative works, my unconscious mind led me here for a little evil fried food treat.I ordered a spicy fried chicken fillet. The girl who took my order asked if I would like to cut the fillet into pieces, and I said yes. As usual, they only submerged the chicken into the oil after the order is made. I stood and waited for about 10 minutes, but the freshness and hotness of the fried chicken was ensured.Fried Chicken Fillet (東大雞排)The portion is actually quite generous (though it is actually the average size of fried chicken fillet in local street shops). It smells irresistible and looks attractive: with a crispy skin overlaying the soft and juicy meat. The fillet is thick enough to create in the mouth a fulfilling sense in every bite. Some people may find it a little bit too salty but the hot-flavour seasoning is just perfect for me. However, the heavy seasoning still fails to cover the hint of rancid taste created by the "aging" cooking oil. I started to have that uncomfortable oily feeling in mouth before finishing off my last quarter of the fillet. I have no idea how often do they renew/refill their frying oil, perhaps it's "old" only because it was late at night and the oil has already deteriorated during the day . After all it's not a bad fried chicken fillet, especially for its price, the quality is up to standard, and I will probably come back for another deep frying treat. …Read More

有人說太安樓的風光不及從前,這我不知道,我搬來這區不過一年(要多謝幾何級數上升的租金不斷把我從往東區移),對這個又平又正,又多選擇又開得夜的的小食店集中地,「開飯之選」的密度無論如何都比其他地方的高很多啊!如果跟太安樓其他小食店比較,山王是略貴的,但它的食物質素的確不cheap;如果跟其他地方的日式便當店比較,它的質素也難以脫穎而出,但最少若要跟吉X家那些快餐連鎖店,或吉X島那些supermarket food court比較,山王還是綽綽有餘的。這店開門的時間不長,只做lunch 和dinner,下午或晚上10點前後來都要碰門釘。我和妹妹常說那廚子貌似平井堅,落order後透過玻璃看他下廚總是很認真的樣子的。咖喱豬扒飯($37)這個飯是「笑臉」和「OK」之間,「笑臉」是因為咖喱很稠,味道也濃,內有薯仔、紅蘿蔔粒和洋蔥,雖然沒有特別過人之處,但也是水準之作。今時今日在外吃「飯」,要吃到有質素的「飯」也不容易,但是山王的白飯總是很好吃的,用的是珍珠米(日本丼,本應如此嘛),煮得不硬不軟,粒粒分明,啖啖米香,是真的「靚仔」的「靚仔」。可惜,丼的主角﹣﹣豬扒卻出事。:(吉列豬扒顏色金黃,外表不俗;脆漿的確很脆,即使外賣回家,吃到最後都放涼了,吉列豬扒還是脆身的,而且沒有一絲多餘的油膩(很厲害)。問題是那豬扒,實在太薄,加上味道不鮮明,在厚厚的脆漿裡幾乎吃不出來,有些時候我還以為自己只是在吃脆皮(幸好它不算油膩,所以也能放入口而不難受)。說起來,這幾天一直很想吃炸豬扒,都已經吃到第四家了,還未有一家真能做出有水準的豬扒(我只差沒一個人放工後去那些人氣店排一個鐘隊吃接近$200的豚肉飯啊),真沮喪。玉子燒($15)這個蛋卷真的很讚!看著「平井堅」用心地,一層一層煎蛋卷蛋,已十分期待,果然,厚厚的玉子又軟又滑,蛋香十足,甜度也正好,實在令人愛不釋手。妹妹說她最愛是滑蛋豬扒飯,愛那蛋漿包裹著顆顆米飯,而且細碗的價錢也相對很平。這個我可以下次試試!在領匯與大型商場壟斷的年代,在裝修與marketing重要過食物價錢和質素的年代,我們還有像太安樓這種生機勃勃的街坊食街,其實好應該好好珍惜。…Read More

從未試過,還未行到位,未坐底,已被人問要吃甚麼。雖然我的確在門外看了一陣子。那個原味芝士蛋樣子似乎OK,便點一件吧。碟子寫著3.6牛乳,我不知道是否有關係,但那碟子上莫名的一灘水卻是無法原諒!這是多停胃口,令人懷疑你的衛生程度!也許是雪了已有好一會兒吧,有一絲雪櫃味飄過,也略為硬。不過本身蛋糕算是做得不錯,濃郁結實,但未致膩的程度。甜度也是剛好。$28一件,算是交足貨。…Read More

在柴灣做OL有時也蠻氣餒,lunch除了canteen的大碟多肉「佬飯」,就只有領匯商場式的連鎖食店。在這裡找到這樣一間住家feel素食店,實在一大喜訊。這裡的lunch一般有三餸,三揀二,另每日一湯。兩餸一飯一湯,才$23,抵到爛。除素菜碟頭飯外,也有炒飯麵、水餃可選,也有小食如腐皮卷($4一條)。兩餸份量有一大碟,面頭還搭了烚菜。今天吃了節瓜粉絲和羅漢齋。兩個菜都幾乎沒用油煮,因此非常清新,但材料頗新鮮,因此味道也甜。好喜歡那素午餐肉粒,有咬勁,比現在一些平價「真」午餐肉更真實更好吃。吃過同事叫的腐皮卷,算是全餐最多油的食物,但也相對外面做得輕盈,卻不失香口,裡面的蔬菜絲則甜得很,好吃。要勉強說不足的就是羅漢齋不夠香口,因為沒有用大鑊油煎過。但這樣反而跟得我心,吃完這樣少油多菜的一餐,下午工作時也消化得更暢順。 青紅蘿蔔湯,每碗都有好幾件蘿蔔和素午餐肉,也是清甜零味精之作。這裡是真真正正的開飯之選啊!…Read More

失去tea set得到scones

今日搵食運氣不佳,本來想到Joël Robuchon,去到他們又說什麼都賣光了只剩些蛋糕,可是我想試的是三文治啊!只好轉戰文華,可是輾轉仍是得不到tea set:(。幸好酒店的侍應服務真的非常不錯,令最後下午茶經驗也不算太壞。是咁的,5:45pm我一人來到cafe causette,侍應提醒6pm前一定要order茶點,因為6點後廚房便會把東西丟掉。問題是我的朋友還在工作,6點前大概未能到達,也未能回覆我是否要吃tea set,我自己也就不好拿主意是否要叫tea set for two。正是苦惱,侍應卻提議,先為我倆保留下tea set,朋友來到再決定要或不要都不遲。如果我們最後都不要也不要緊,反正本來東西都是要丟的。我的第一個念頭是:「真浪費啊!」想起之前讀陳曉蕾的《剩食》,知道酒店餐廳的廚餘特別多,現在親身經歷,特別覺得折墮。當然,我也明白這是侍應貼心好意的提議,最後我都沒說甚麼,只是先要了earl grey,一面看書一面等……待到6:20pm左右,朋友還在路上,因為我自己晚上有事也不能久留,於是決定不等了,本來打算叫兩個scones和一件madeleine,侍應卻善意指出這樣一來,加上杯earl grey,價錢跟一人份的tea set 只相差幾十蚊,但食物款式和份量都要少得多……心大心細的我最後還是叫了一份tea set for one,朋友來到想share 便share,不喜的我便自己吃,算是「進可攻退可守」吧。朋友不久後終於來到,一起高高興興等待遲來的下午茶,可是倒楣的事情發生了。侍應捧著一籃兩個scones來到,卻一臉歉意的說:同事誤以為tea set 是留給另一桌的客人,現在廚房甚麼都沒有了,就只剩兩個raisin scones (cheese scone 都不剩!!)。為表歉意,那兩個scones 就是他送給我們吃的。 tea set 點了冇得食,連cheese scone 都冇,其實真的幾失望。不過見侍應全程的誠意都十足,有兩個raisin scones 都好啦……跟朋友一人一個微暖的scone,一貫水準,最好吃是伴隨的clotted cream 和rose jam,香、滑、甜、鮮都是滿分。朋友另點了杯熱朱古力,不算別具特色,但絕對也是優質出品。回家後想,雖然有點運氣不夠最少那天cafe causette沒把一份tea set 丟進垃圾桶,最少那天下午我沒有間接做了浪費大量食物的幫兇。雖然我還是不太肯定,高級食肆是否一定要大量浪費才行。…Read More

還是得加一個免責聲明,這個笑臉,是相對它作為街坊食店的水準,不要為此「山長水遠」來到這裡來吃,你準會失望。雖然,我覺得在香港要吃得高水準的泰菜一點不易,尤其許多在旺區(商場裡)經營的,味道比一般更一般,價錢卻是這些街坊鋪兩三倍。印象中只有九龍城某一兩家店子還真是OK不錯的。不過這裡的冬蔭功真的頗不錯。是夜來吃set dinner的「泰式脫骨豬手飯」,加$8要碗冬蔭功,共$48。泰式脫骨豬手飯:豬手不說不知是「泰式」,反正跟普通茶餐廳滷水做的差不多味道,而附上的酸辣醬也跟老麥的泰式辣醬幾乎一樣。不過整體都算OK,豬手入味,淋得來還能吃出肉的韌勁。肥膩的豬皮加上泰式辣醬也可以中和一下,比較能放進口。最有誠意是豬手下的菜心,不像一般茶餐廳求其給你兩條當交差,這裡的菜的份量跟豬手有得比(豬手都不少的),而且吸收了上面豬手滷汁的味道,很好吃。冬蔭功:最驚喜卻是那碗冬蔭功。說不上清新,但也不油膩,香料十足。湯裡有一隻蝦,是新鮮蝦(!)。我不知道新鮮蝦究竟貴不貴,但當常常在街上吃到肉質散到不能的雪藏貨,even那些裝修懶精繳的西式小店的海鮮意粉也總是會吃出這種雪藏貨。所以當我咬開蝦頭噴出汁來,咬著有勁的蝦身肉時,多感動!最無奈是店員真的臉無表情,說話多謝都冇句,完全唔恨做你生意的樣子……唉,好啦。…Read More

晚上十點幾來買格仔餅,未致於排長龍,但前面也有3個人也買了格仔餅,所以等得久了點。幫襯鴻記應該都有幾十次,好喜歡吃鴻記的雞蛋仔,外脆內軟,而且不會像咬空氣似的,證明蛋漿下得夠足。而且一定是即買即整,保證新鮮夠熱。雖然,吃十次,都有一次失準的危機,會吃到整夥都是軟淋淋的雞蛋仔。不過那實在是少見的事情。格仔餅我只會說是OK:厚則厚矣,牛油甜奶砂糖花生醬都落足,就是不知欠了甚麼magic 似的,不是味淡,是boring。但是有時吃格仔餅的癮起,於是決定加多蚊試試這個朱古力格仔餅,結果卻是非常驚喜!跟普通格餅一樣,鴻叔落料都非常十足。看著他大力擠那朱古力醬膠樽,朱古力醬在格餅上填得滿滿的,吃到口中,朱古力味道當然特別香濃,正!配上又厚又軟又熱的格餅,粒粒脆口的花生碎,那味道已脫離街邊小食水準,比好些新興的甜品/蛋糕小店的出品更「高級」。唯一問題醬很容易流落紙袋去,不想浪費的話,又會吃得很狼狽,手指都沾滿朱古力醬 幸好馬上就回家,如果在街上邊吃邊走真係唔知點算~…Read More
