又去到佈滿拉麵店既銅鑼灣燈籠街,今次簡左日本過江龍三田製麵所(仲有兩間未試,唔計豚王).....簡左佢既原因係已經唔洗再排隊~需知道一開業好有人氣.呢間既沾麵好似好出名~~那就試試$88 既豚骨魚介吧,88蚊係因為佢有420g既麵,如果細食既可以簡番$78既份量.麵條係好煙韌既,但掛湯力不見強.呢個唔係重點,那個湯汁真係唔好食,佢地應該係以豚湯和魚介粉溝埋,加上適量既醋而做成.但個問題係,佢溝出來個味道好不討好,既沒有豚湯味道,魚介亦唔香.都唔講佢地無靈魂死實實既叉燒和蛋蛋,另外湯汁溫度是暖暖的.如果大家未試過既,我建議可以剔走呢間..…Read More
