之前試過呢間餐廳既點心,最近終於有機會試到佢既晚巿小菜,估唔到小菜比點心更驚艷,如果話點心係行穩陣路線, 咁小菜會係低調得黎味道有驚喜既果種。1)馬來喇沙煮卜卜蜆:呢個組合好夾,比足料,蜆肉鮮甜,但湯底偏濃味, 建議食左較清淡既小菜先食佢,最後忍唔住包起剩餘既湯返屋企煮面食2) 黃金脆啤梨:可愛既賣相,外層似脆口既墨魚餅,咬落感受到佢既彈牙,內心係d 脆口既蔬菜,配埋個wasabi 沙律醬,都幾刺激味蕾。3) 惹味厚切茄子: 本身極唔like 茄子, 黎到個樣亦無咩特别,食落就覺得佢成為左今餐飯既亮點,令我重新認識茄子,茄子既挺身質感同秘制既醬汁配搭起黎就有剛好既感覺。4)籠仔糯米蒸蟹飯:都幾大份,有三至四人份量,上菜時會擔心好淡味咁,因為好似飯既比例好多,不過揭開個蟹蓋後發現勁多調配好既蒜蓉,撈落d 飯一齊食, 係每啖都食到蟹既鮮甜,又有蒜香滲出黎,糯米飯又唔太乾唔太濕既口感,每個細節都平衡得宜, 絕對係encore 之選。(後尾先知仲有個海蝦version,有機會再試)5)蓮蓉西米焗布甸,銀耳椰皇燉桃膠: 以一款唔多地方order到既焗布甸,同埋一款好潤既糖水作結,超滿足。總結:餐牌入面仲有好多野食想試,會encore…Read More

因為之前食過新蒲崗分店, 食物及服務都唔錯的, 但今次食完觀塘分店, 真有點失望, 加上鋪位太細既關係, 二人枱同另一張二人枱要拍實, 連移開條隙既空間分開, 仲要隔離既食客將d 袋放哂係我地呢邊, 個人又挨過黎, 擺坐個身位..搞到忍唔住要求調去隔離再隔離坐:(刺身類都還可以, 但熟食就真係好一般, 叫了一口牛, 只有"鞋",沒有味, 炒菜亦好求其, 燒牛脷亦是沒有味道, 自問我跟朋友都不是濃味人, 但都覺得無味呢!仲要成日漏單, 一晚有共三張單都漏左, 真係無哂癮!我諗唯一可取的是, 生日月份幫襯會有炸雪糕食, 仲聽到d食客話幾好味, 不過我諗我生日唔會想食呢到呢!…Read More

老公生日前夕, 試左呢間openrice 熱店之一既dinner buffet.當然唔可以話可以去到都會海逸既多款程度, 但係以7折後的價格真的算唔錯, 以原價差唔多價錢的自助餐比較的話, 我們都覺得好味並選擇多過R66的dinner buffet呢.因為最近吃過日本放題, 所以今次沒有主攻刺身, 主要吃了以下食物生蠔共有兩款:美國及紐新蘭, 紐新蘭細細隻, 海水味重d, 個人較喜歡火焰壽司, 好有誠意, 幾好味長腳蟹的算新鮮, 不過re-fill的速度沒有生蠔快熟食一般, 吃到難食既清炒菜心, 個獻汁杰到成口都係, 仲有個炭燒咖啡豬仔骨, 苦到食唔落串燒, 款式唔算吸引, 係d 煙肉包腸仔, 燒菇,燒雞翼咁, 老公話個燒雞翼麻麻地, 所以都無咩點試扇貝薯蓉: 都幾咸, 不過試一只都無防, 因為一出就要圍住個排隊攞, 好熱鬧沙律都唔錯, 有鮮芒果同士多啤梨最後估唔到用左雪糕結左尾..因為movenpick 太好味, 軟滑香濃,仲有四款味:tiramisu, strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, 食左兩個大球, yummy!連豆腐花同甜品都飽到食唔落,但都好滿足呢!…Read More

今天原想回味一下同事介紹好味湯飯, 結果在觀塘廣場地下氹氹轉走了一圈都找唔到, 但卻在其中一個角落找到一間清潔乾淨的食店, 因為太隱閉的關係, 有個阿姐好努力係門口叫"有飯, 有米線, 有辣有唔辣”。坐低左先留意到佢個名叫”辣到鎮”。周圍望下佢牆上手寫既套餐, 一見到有大頭蝦冬陰功就決定要叫, 雖然一個lunch加埋野飲要成39元, 有點貴, 不過很少機會可以放lunch時都可以吃到海鮮呢! 飲品很快就有, 不過食物就要等比較耐, 這個可能要改善下, 因為對於只有一個鐘lunch的打工仔, 確實有點趕呢!終於等到, 見到好大隻大頭蝦, 都幾賞心悅目。再喝一口冬陰功湯, 味道很好, 不會太辣, 酸味亦剛剛好, 沒有味精很重的感覺, 配料的份量也少, 可惜大頭蝦就有點 “鞋”, 同埋一路食, d好長既蝦鬍一路 “了”到我塊面, 有d 呢hea, 不過整體感覺也不錯呀, 下次可以試下佢其他食物呢!…Read More

原先想去食珊瑚堡之際, 行經這一間餐廳, 就被吸引過去。不過並不是它的裝橫, 因為裝修真的很普通, 吸引的地方純粹因為當日想吃海南雞而己。先來了一客海南雞飯(價值40元), 吃了一口雞油飯, 真的不想停, 因為飯是一粒粒, 軟硬適中, 很美味, 雞都很滑。不過因為太肚餓, 加上另外叫的蝦醬香蔥蛋白炒飯還沒到, 所以決定再點半打串燒(價值48元)。很可惜, 這餐廳沒有串燒牛肉, (只有豬肉及雞肉, 只好點三串豬及雞, 不過原來半打要一樣款, 不明白為什麼不能讓客人點一半豬一半, 沒辦法, 焗住點半打豬肉試試看。此時, 香噴噴蝦醬香蔥蛋白炒飯上桌了, 炒飯內還可以找到很細的bb蝦乾, 都幾好味, 不過因為無肉的關係, 有點寡, 唯有留些飯等串燒來再送飯, 不過串燒要即叫即燒, 加上是加單, 需時製作, 不過試過後, 真的感覺等得值得的。 即使不點沙嗲醬, 用蜜糖同烤的豬肉己很香口, 兩人吃半打才剛剛好, 三人分一定不夠呢…Read More

最近, 試左呢間牛肉火鍋店, 都算有驚喜, 因為發現佢地既豬係好味過牛。我地食左個澳洲牛肉餐, 選左個豆乳湯底, 每位價值160元。牛肉, 豬腩及豬肩可以任食的, 牛肉看起來頗吸引, 顏色很鮮紅, 並且切到很薄。可惜, 灼完後真的很"鞋" 同埋無咩牛味, 有些失望, 我們都沒有再re-fill, 反而豬腩肉則很香, 結果忍唔住re-fill了一次。除了食物, 環境都算闊落, 不過個人覺得限時1小時30分鍾真的令客人吃得很趕, 如果可以有2小時會更合理, 反而係給能於1小時30分鍾內埋單的客人有折扣, 既亦可鼓勵客人早些埋單, 也讓客人覺得餐廳是大方一點。…Read More
