未試過吃那麼差的團購shabu shabu

買了團購吃美國牛肉shabu shabu,加完假日附加費和服務費也要約HK$175,其實跟原價(HK$178+10%)差不多,如果計埋19:30前埋單有75折,其實團購仲貴!!!:(即使係團購,但我都未試過吃那麼差的shabu shabu,好明顯牛的質素是給次貨。每塊牛的闊度和長度只有一根手指左右,超幼和超薄,而且一半都是肥膏,真正是牛肉的只有超級小塊,放入火鍋灼熟完再變細塊D,根本不知道自己吃什麼。用料不是上乘可以了解,但那種切法簡直不能接受,像是人家吃剩的才給團購客吃,超失望。另外,用餐時間90分鐘,未夠鐘已經不停催促我們交枱。總括而言,價錢不是特別平,去其他日式火鍋放題店會有更好的服務和牛肉。…Read More

一定唔會有下次,因為食物基本要求都達不到!

難得堅尼地城有間新開且裝修不錯的越南餐廳,當然要去試試。地方很大,侍應眼看都有不少,但偏偏D侍應一係周圍走叫極都無人,一係就發緊夢。剛坐下不久,友人不小心掉下筷子發出聲音,明明侍應企在我們這枱旁邊看著我們,但都不會主動更換筷子。算了,可能人家真的沒有留意。剛下單不久,發現侍應不斷上錯菜,跟他們說只係回應不好意思,完全無人去查單,最後上錯了3次菜忍不住走去問老闆,才知之前該張枱的客人轉了另一位置,但很好奇為什麼沒有侍應發現,為什麼他們不能主動去查查單呢?1. 大蝦紙米卷(HK$78)本身紙米卷不錯,菜同蝦都很爽,但旁邊那個醬好像是麻醬,完全跟紙米卷不配,還是配越南魚露醋比較好味。但成張枱4個人卻只有一個豉油碟,於是又要舉好耐手叫人來俾多D豉油碟,但職員好似覺得好奇怪,話枱上已經有一隻豉油碟,好像不太想幫忙。我真係忍唔住問番佢,你唔會諗住4個人都蘸同一碟醋呀嘛?! 2. 牛油雞翼 (HK$58)一放入口凍既,都算了,心想可能出餐慢才會這樣。可是一食便出事了,成隻雞翼裡面都係血紅色。我都明雞翼近頭尾骨位好多時會紅紅地色,但我咁大個人都真係未試過炸雞翼外表似炸熟但裡面會係8成唔熟。我初時以為淨係我那隻唔熟,點知4隻都一樣咁生。說實話,牛油雞翼並不是什麼高難度菜式,但連食物基本要求(確保應熟的食物要煮熟才給客人)都達不到,已經覺得很失望。我地即時向經理反映,之後終於有番一碟真正熱到出煙既牛油雞翼。3. 火車頭湯河 (HK$108)見倒之前有食家話冇九層塔,要叫侍應先俾得幾片,又見另一個食家話附有一籃香草有九層塔,份量不少。而我的碗入面就有幾塊九層塔,另有一碟青檸同辣椒,始乎餐廳沒什麼標準,廚師都求求其其。好了,先來試試個湯,又係唔夠熱,以這個價錢,外間有比這湯底更濃更香,說實話我feel唔倒那陣牛骨味。之後再來牛肉,表面軟達達但實際上係好有咬口(即係咬唔開塊肉那種),知道自己食緊一塊肉,但無牛肉味。而生牛肉理應用筷子輕輕將佢浸喺熱湯中,會即時由紅變啡,浸至7/8成熟,放入口有牛香咁先係上品。湯底一定要達攝氏100度先可以將生牛肉灼熟,由食客去控制其生熟度。但好可惜d碗火車頭湯河一樣都做唔倒,d生牛肉浸左15分鐘,都仲可以係紅色,證明個湯只係暖湯,根本唔達標。其餘菜式只係中規中矩,食完今次真係怕怕,廚師求求其其,連基本煮熟食物的要求都做不到,而侍應亦都唔夠細心helpful,所以唔會有下次。…Read More

性價比超低的五星酒店Afternoon Tea Set

一直都聽說文華東方的下午茶很出色,但一試便發現這絕對是我試過性價比最低的Afternoon Tea Set。首先,三層架除了最低一層是甜品,其餘都是三文治、三文治和三文治。唯一一樣熱食就是普通到不能再普通的烘底火腿芝士三明治。全都是便宜貨色,以五星酒店來說,這個三文治組合非常沒誠意。1. 煙三文魚忌廉芝士三明治 (味道普通)2. 蛋奄列黃瓜沙律三明治 (簡單來說就是用黃瓜包著蛋沙律三明治)3. 火腿芥末三文治 (普通到已經不記得味道)4. 西洋菜烤牛肉辣根三文治 (在外面餐廳很少見,但味道只是中規中矩)5. 扒火腿芝士三明治 (唯一一樣熱食,烘底+芝士溶,與#3一樣都只是火腿)接著是甜品。大部人都說文華東方的蛋糕很出名,但試完很失望,而且賣相一點都不精緻。1. 文華芝士餅 (隨街買到的芝士餅)2. 鮮甜水果盒 (這個是最正常,裡面有雲呢嗱籽的cream)3. 朱古力慕斯蛋糕 (沒特別且朱古力不算濃)4. 海綿蛋糕 (非常甜又完全沒有口感的牛油蛋糕,吃了一口已經想放棄)5. 黑醋栗慕斯蛋糕 (味道很奇怪,苦苦的)最後當然是每一個人都說必試的Scone,微微帶熱的Scone 配上butter cream 和 玫瑰醬這配搭即使不是文華東方也一定好吃。但如果不配butter cream 和 玫瑰醬,你便會發現那Scone味道其實很普通而且又乾,完全沒有牛油香。1. 傳統及提子鬆餅 (提子鬆餅OK但傳統鬆餅超乾)2. 玫瑰花果醬 (好香但男孩子會覺得偏甜)3. 牛油忌廉 (好滑)唯一可取的地方就是茶的選擇滿多,伴茶的曲奇是整個Tea Set最好味,鬆化又有牛油香。整體而言,三層Afternoon Tea Set沒有一件說得上是美味或有特色的,2人價錢$558+10%,性價比可說是超低,非常令人失望。…Read More

只是將未經醃製的牛排燒熟的普通燒烤

剛巧見倒它在openrice做pormotion,原價$718「烤熟成生西冷牛排套餐」現在半價,所以即時就訂枱試下。環境方面,裝修都ok,樣樣好新淨同座位都好寬闊。首先睇下餐牌先,差不多全部都係set,散叫比較少選擇。講番個餐,我見倒其他人寫可以選擇粥或湯,不過店員無問我地就直接俾左粥:(先來有沙律、粥、酸蘿蔔、蔥、泡菜,略嫌粥太淡。:(次後再來主菜,有西冷牛排、牛五花腩、洋蔥、南瓜、茄子,成個大鐵盆放在熱爐上我才知道係就咁燒。侍應好細心會幫你燒埋,不過佢地燒得太快,根本食唔切,反面令食物變涼。而西冷牛排完全沒有驚喜,只是將普通一塊未經醃製的牛排燒熟,所以只能說很有牛味,反倒是加埋酸蘿蔔一起吃會幾醒胃,而且可以減去油膩。另外還有蔬菜包飯,平時日本飯糰都好好味,心想蔬菜包飯這個配搭幾特別,應該會幾好味又健康,點知完全無味道,同個粥無分別,完全不值一提。Overall,「烤熟成生西冷牛排套餐」只可說很普通,好似就咁將生肉燒熟,味道沒特別,如果是原價$718絕對不值得。另外,建議日後放些心思在粥同蔬菜包飯上,味道淡而無味,唯一可以一讚只有酸蘿蔔。…Read More

chuwaiin 你可以去福榮街218號美居中心41號A地舖-阿賢麵線。台灣菜館,師傅系台灣人,招牌大腸麵線28元/碗,也有肉燥飯一樣28元/碗,大大碗,價錢實惠,很正宗,很好味,這店内的奶茶一樣精彩,茶味香濃奶味重,甜度啱啱好和店內的冬瓜檸檬茶一樣精湛的*之作,肯定不會令你失望的

隱世但不驚奇的fine dining

雖然餐廳門口不太顯眼,但其實也不是太難找,只要一直乘中環自動扶手電梯不停向上,直到伊利近街再向右一直行就會找到,而且地點很近PMQ,所以用餐前去了逛逛。8:45pm入座,被安排坐在露天area,燈光有點暗,而且剛巧附近有兩枱group,所以比較嘈。先來餐前麵包,外脆內軟,如果是暖的會更好。原本想order Marinated Octopus,但已經賣完,所以試了Cripsy Squid。粉太厚,不夠脆,沒有什麼味道,想不到這麼簡單的餐前小吃已叫人失望。:(之後再來Baked Clams,算是整餐最好味了。加了類似麵包糠在花甲上面,再拿去焗,當想吃花甲肉時,那些麵包糠會掉下來,有點論盡,但本身花甲就好好味同juicy。當吃完所有麵包和前菜,明明所有食物是同一時間order,但估計等了差不多30分鐘才來主菜。先來Veal Piccala,即是薄薄一塊小牛肉,配上檸檬sauce。但是牛肉沒有牛味、太冧、我和友人都覺得個sauce酸得有點過火,味道麻麻。之後是侍應推介的Penne,所以我也不知道名字,但其實只是芝士蕃茄肉腸長通粉。味道只屬普通,不值得再試。總括來說,身處於Soho區,這間餐廳只屬很一般,侍應態度ok,但不夠細心,每一次都要叫完再叫,才來加水,所以試過一次便夠了。…Read More
