同老公兩個人去慶祝情人節,餐廳有情人節套餐,不過我哋主打想食燒鳥,所以直接單點唔同嘅雞串燒。好少見到有女師傅負責,今日全程都係兩位女師傅,串燒非常出色。餐廳全部用日本刺身雞,大部份燒到八成熟,雞肉入口非常有鮮味而且嫩滑,簡單配上鹽或醬油已經足夠。雞內臟,完全沒有雞嘅腥味,各個部位配上適合嘅調味,燒得香脆,而且有濃郁雞味。雞白湯拉麵亦非常出色,雞湯濃郁。另外叫咗燒白鱔,白鱔香脆爽口,值得推介。香港餐廳越嚟越難做,遇到用心做嘅餐廳值得介紹。…Read More

話晒係出名嘅扒房,牛扒係做得出色嘅,我叫五成熟,中間切開真係粉紅色。我叫咗份sirloin, 牛肉味濃郁,非常之腍同埋嫩滑。表面有少少火燒過嘅香脆,但係唔柴皮,咬落去有肉汁,非常唔錯。除咗牛扒之外,其他嘢就真係一般。主要服務配唔上頂級扒房。 我哋點咗兩杯餐酒,但係佢冇俾支酒我哋睇,只係喺醒酒器直接斟俾我,我哋都唔知邊酒打邊支酒,而且冇俾我哋tasting 。前菜有份牛肝多士,我哋問服務員攞把餐刀,佢哋話只係得切牛扒嘅刀,而且唔太願意幫我哋攞。上湯嘅時候,餐巾浸咗落我碗湯度,冇幫我換,繼續上俾我。我聖誕節去食可能比較繁忙,希望餐廳注意服務質素。…Read More
