黃昏時間吃個早飯首先是環境以香港平均值,可以說很舒適闊落,特別是落地玻璃得來出面不算人多車多望出去大會堂地下有點開揚放鬆感覺。同行的叫了下午茶餐我這類奄尖挑食的人鍾意散叫,牛雜牛腩加特飲五分鐘就上台了牛雜個別有些un,湯汁味道唔上唔落,既不是香濃入味又唔係好清淡健康,整體不是很吸引,牛腩算是合格的淋度口感,辣醬倒是不錯,用的配菜是兩舊薯仔而不是白蘿蔔。特飲就是一般水準不過不失。價錢可能對一些人來講偏高,在我來講只會睇性價比,環境是加分的,食物只能話合格,下次試下其他。…Read More

adaywo 寫個食評都第一次唔批核多多阻攔,比個店主上訴屈話提供了乜春優惠試食為由,免費送我都未必食啦好多食材要戒口,Submit第二次先通過,明顯收錢,特別多好評而中差評比例異常低既要注意了。同行朋友之後自己再去食個焗豬扒飯,佢話個汁難食到唔識講,假炒底飯,仲要加一。

這裡真的很速度,服務也比很多地方好其實,而且超級抵食買咁多都50有找食飽飽,所以唔生酮既日子會黎買。蘿蔔糕馬提糕有一個小秘訣,就是返去隔水蒸10分鐘先食,味道口感即時提升1粒星,之前話偏硬的馬提高居然變成好食過唐記。連容包:並不是傳統酒樓細細個多多連容,是菜肉包那種做法大大個包很厚皮得一半料,不過味道合格的起碼係食得出個樣點心黎。香菇雞飯:香菇是超市那種幼長磨菇類,有半條腊腸,雞雖然一定是最平的雪雞而且細細粒但不鞋。其實分量少少地剛好唔係好飽然後你可以配搭其他野食。餃類應該不差因為佢地好人送過一隻我食,但由於日常基本cut面粉類所以之後沒叫過。…Read More

孤獨美食家第一次黎,突然想食豬耳,再來當然是牛什,店鋪名是牛什想必係有一定自信或招牌菜。等了15分鐘取走外賣,似乎是由家庭成員經營的。牛什:蔥不錯頗香,牛腸很苦,証明唔靚,是全部每條都很苦而偏偏牛腸比例較多,我是吃慣苦瓜都面不改容,而這個居然比苦瓜更難入口,湯汁像是後加並沒有融入牛什,所以吃的是raw原味差不多,而湯汁偏咸,除了咸是沒有任何層次或風味。豬耳:就是滷水的,也是除了咸而且比牛什更咸。所以吃了一半己放棄。原本還留了一半打算改天吃,就只好全部扔了可能牛什不是他們最擅長的,吃的可能是人情味。下次試試其他家常一點的看看如何,我是希望多支持小店但也不是盲目地。…Read More

位置很易找,時間尚早,只見有一兩台客人在進食。酒樓格局的地方從來都不是一個人覓食好選擇,而又希望食好一些。所以趁收工人潮殺到前來一個外賣。1 on 1服務當然好,坐成圍台睇menu等外賣,環境算舒適,台和台之間寬闊,以香港食店空間細的通病來講。付款後等了10分鐘左右就拿得,阿姐問我要不要餐具其實我很歡迎,因為確實很多人不想回去掉垃圾。豉椒炒蜆:正常發揮,份量頗足而且粒粒有肉不是一堆空殼,至於有沙比例係5隻中1隻有沙,獻汁形態是偏杰,辣度適中,味道略為咸特別是食到中後段會開始味覺疲勞,香口有改善空間。不見得會覺得好食。小炒皇:用料是9菜,蟹柳(假蟹肉),油炸鬼,蝦干,腰果。魷魚蘇。食材沒有應有的味道,蟹柳油炸鬼呢類面粉用來充數的食材就自然不用說,雖然說現時食雞冇雞味,但蝦干腰果正常至少仍可吃到香口有蝦味腰果味,這個腰果蝦干質量卻香口都談不上,而且重點是所有食材各有各你會覺得不是吃一個送的整體感覺。蟹柳,油炸鬼我都挑走哂沒吃。總結,呢個廚房靠鑊氣,濃味蓋過食材和典型港式小菜館做法。食材是一般茶餐廳質素、可能最多多半粒星。雖然話1/3價錢是食材。2/3是租金服務。下次會試其他菜,比個理由自己再幫襯。…Read More

鹽水加積鴨,不是熱的,可能是做好放了一兩天。晚市目測生意不夠。可能午市較多人。未吃過的可能不知道,味道似正宗滷水野的弱化淡口一半以上的version。份量很足,其實也算是可以因為不是重口野,太重口吃不多的,但是也不是會吸引你再吃,鴨本身沒什麼食材香味,食幾舊可能你會覺得夠皮,我在家中第2次翻熱時自行加了一些中東香草蒸熱比較有風味。還是海南雞可能比較穩陣如果下次再幫襯。店員的面口和禮貌有改善空間,在接過外賣袋時一般都會說句多謝或其他,特別是在沒有其他客的時段。當然我是一貫基本禮貌講唔該。…Read More

算是經常幫襯的一間食店,他們的廚房味道是一個主要因素,食材質素其實跟一般餐廳質素一樣,但同樣是雪蝦,這裡味道就較好。不過須注意是較為甜酸辣,雖然泰國菜都是這樣,幸好他的選擇也算ok,比如說想食得較生酮的話,有一些冇跟飯但又好味吃得飽的選擇,我自己比較多點各種肉生菜包,炒河粉,羊架,咖厘冬蔭公類。炒河粉類倒是特別做得不錯,雖然不同的菜式,有些味道可能倒帽式相似,因為來來去去也就幾樣調味。我會好心的講下,叫你諗清楚先叫的菜式:軟殼蟹、魚(有些整條有魚鱗),還有些菜式會跟泰式甜酸醬、就是你去餐記都一樣食過那些罐頭式同一個tone。衛生方面我有一次炒菜吃到底部,發現整張傳菜紙,幸好沒有甩油墨。這個出街食飯都會存在的問題,即使5星酒店也差不多其實眼不見為干淨,自己多注意。…Read More

午市飲茶,開茶的選擇不多,一般港式酒樓應有的這兒沒有提供,叉燒很不錯,很淋夠香口夠味道,其他點心中規中距沒有留下印象,也可能當日大家沒有多大心思去落單和品味。服務方面,真的比一般酒樓還要差,人手不足人影都沒有當你需要refill或取多個杯的時候,可能因為定位是一般小菜館。而個別餐桌服務員的面口服務態度是不合格的就我客觀的所見。接待員的態度面口尚算比較好。限時一小時半也是略為減分的地方,我覺得兩小時是最低限,用香港人飲茶的速度節奏來計。價錢是屬於中上的範圍,不是太貴也不是親民的價錢。這兒可能不是很適合很多人一起飲茶,下次有機會也許會試試一些較講究的點心或菜式。…Read More

一別數年,星期日在沙田市中心,點解可以咁多人。孤獨美食家時間,快靚正的選擇並不多,事前碌過一些店,有些店想試但略遠不願行去,就不知不覺來到這裡想話試一下陳皮鴨,先取了一盒泡淑豬手,然後店員說陳皮鴨是沒有賣了,泡椒豬手等預包裝食物沒有紙盒套的,這不是重點,只是會聯想到是否因為生意不好所以簡包裝了,店員幫忙包了一層保鮮紙,然後才放膠袋綁好,動作認真不除不疾,想到日語形容詞"丁寧"。我看在眼內暗自加分了。這工作模樣就是帥和專業。回家隔水翻蒸,汁很少但其實豬手己泡到入哂味,紅綠椒適中辣但不是死辣那種,汁很咸撈飯很到位。控鹽的請自制,6舊豬手骨肉比例一半半,風味滿載,30幾蚊其實很抵食。記住外食1/3是食材價錢,2/3是租金人工成本。10元你自己整不到,買到也不會願去整。話唔抵食的不是真窮就是節儉成性。建議可精簡下賣的種類,因為都是較重口川味一個調子,對吃的人來講雞同豬可能都差不遠,這樣會較易控制食物品質。…Read More

剩下一個人想食下中式點心選擇不多,分別買了蘿蔔糕,馬提糕,芋頭糕。鳳爪排骨飯。想起年初時在一個大型網購平台買了一底蘿蔔糕及馬提糕就嬲,唔知咩大師主理,結果係蘿蔔糕唔似蘿蔔糕,馬提糕唔似馬提糕,乜香味食材都冇,個名叫做添好運,然之後沒有一件好事情發生。講返奧莎中華包點,蘿蔔糕可以,食材味道好過同區唐記包點的。馬提糕做得有點偏實,這個倒是唐記做的較好吃。芋頭糕可以接受OK,鳳爪排骨飯料比較少,就是一般的水平和味道,由於沒有要到是油,飯有點像酒香還是臘肉的氣味。總結:食物質素跟價錢相符,以現時物價可以說很抵食,而且在包裝成偽日式的實質港式快餐質量的餐廳氾濫下,是比較實際you get what you paid的食店。…Read More

第一次幫襯,呢區粥品選擇是有的,但是水準如何呢各人味覺判斷有差別。於是就外賣回家慢慢嘆,叫齊我想試的,一個魚腩粥,這是最穩陣兼試到功夫的,一個蝦腸,一個白灼豬潤。魚腩粥放了二小時仍微暖,當然二話不說隔水翻熱,如果用微波爐翻熱就只能說句少年你太年輕了。。入口綿滑,雖然不是潮洲系的粒粒白粥,現時己很難要求。總之是粥就OK接受,魚是脘魚。有骨當然,味道也實在。蝦腸的米腸滑,米香尚欠一點,蝦就是預期的那種一般雪蝦養蝦你懂的,如果比新鮮海蝦你就要驚,大大隻算足料,合符價錢。白灼豬潤,份量很足,豬潤口感味道可以OK,薑蔥青瓜配倒是不錯嘗到有一些食材味道。調味方面沒有多餘或過量的,很本真味,吃得舒服。食材質素也跟價錢相符而且算抵食,相比樓上的靠得住很一般般的水準味道價錢偏高,我當然會選擇這家小店。…Read More

對上幫襯己經係彷如隔世,最近因為生活發生巨變因此經常會外食和外賣,當然一黎就是會叫招牌菜,因為招牌都唔得的話就可以唔需要試其他野,二話不說梅菜扣肉飯,一個霸王雞飯,之後某日再叫了一個豪仔煎蛋飯,我的彷如隔世記憶裡他們的霸王雞飯是成個面鋪滿薑蔥絲,現時2023年飯盒己從記憶中發寶膠盒進化為可叮微波爐的塑料盒,當然因為注意健康從不會用微波爐。霸王雞飯的成個面鋪滿薑蔥絲,有所減少份量,其實也是好事當年覺得over左。味道覺得尚可以,雞不覺得特別土走地,也可能是我味覺有退化。梅菜扣肉飯keep到水準,係果回事。梅菜略為濃厚多甜多咸所以只吃了一部份,肥肉就全部品嘗完。豪仔煎蛋飯,第一印象係蛋香味有,豪仔就普通質素不過不失,送菜份量略為少想吃多點建議叫例牌。外賣的話由於冇單出只認人,記得望清楚外賣袋上張單至拎。整體來講食物味道符合價錢,梅菜扣肉飯可以repeat,有機會試埋其他菜式。…Read More
