同朋友食飯,最開心就係打邊爐,一齊烚吓烚吓。今次揀左最方便既銅鑼灣,之前都有去過火鍋本色舊鋪,今次第一次去新鋪,同樣有驚喜。叫左個好抵食既6人餐,一個價錢全包宴,已經包左湯底、飲品、食材、同加一,每人除開$300有找。黎到都係先黎個靚靚調味盤,自己混醬有齊海鮮拼盤、牛、豬、雞等,仲有其他丸、雲吞/水餃、蔬菜籃。最驚喜係海鮮拼盤,大堆頭製作,一大盤有齊蟶子、海蝦、鮑魚、蟹同蜆,全部都好新鮮生猛,上枱仲會郁。蜆肉好正,大大粒又冇沙,勁鮮甜肉類黎講,牛肉有驚喜,肉紋同油脂分布好靚,入口牛味濃,有咬口。而其他雜項,最鍾意係雲吞/水餃同樣大大粒,包滿脹卜卜餡料,好飽肚。炸釀油炸鬼係第2樣最愛,油炸鬼釀入彈牙蝦膠,放湯後索滿湯汁,口感好豐富。6人餐真心堅平+抵食,個個都食飽飽,每人除開$300有找…Read More

上星期六Long Week返工,放工後的節目是陪媽咪買餸準備夜晚的鐵板燒餐。距離媽咪放工還有兩三個小時,我決定自己行街打發時間。行到去銅鑼灣渣甸坊附近,發現一間工業風café 「無邊 NO BOUNDRY」,很有噱頭的店名,容易令人記上心。一位堂食,店內有連儂牆,雖然同內裝有點格格不入,但這是一種標記,雖沒有文字,但意義明顯,但我的Focus卻落在牆身的一隻「豎起五指」的手,相信心意相通的人自然明白。去 café 我最鍾意食 all-day breakfast,幾款 all-day breakfast 中,我揀Knight Breakfast,為了健康小小,我請店員幫我將小牛角改為多士。[題外話:幾位男店員都幾型仔架~!!]用六角形大理石紋盛載的 Knight Breakfast 單看賣相已經夠吸引^^太陽蛋、白蘑菇、茄汁焗豆、煎蕃茄、德國香腸、楓糖煙肉和蒜香多士,十分豐盛我自己是一名咖啡控,食all-day breakfast一定要配杯咖啡至perfect^^新加坡白咖啡,雖然對減重人士來說有點邪惡,所以特別要求店員幫我改無糖版本,至少可以將罪惡感降低吧~!!…Read More

同事話我知灣仔船街有間美國餐館WingMan主打食雞翼,於是我約了靚媽同事放工一齊去試。小店位於船街樓梯口,由合和中心向金鐘方向行就看到的啦^^ 訂枱18:00,到達後由門口望入只見四、五張方枱,還以為只適合2-4人的小聚,入座後發現人客愈來愈多,原來行入去還有幾張大枱,人多座內堂,私隱度即時提升^^WingMan除了最出名的翼煲,還有三款set餐:分別18、24以及48隻雞翼加配菜,我同朋友2個人就order 最basic set 的18隻。雞翼可自選3款口味,乾身Dry Rub、濕身Saucy口味超過20款,味道別具風味,左揀右揀後柯打了咖啡香味、黑芝麻海鮮蜂蜜以及蒙古燒烤由最淡味的黑芝麻海鮮蜂蜜開始,屬偏甜味雞翼醬汁,雞翼表皮掃上蜂蜜、撒上香口芝麻,好味鍾意惹味的朋友,蒙古燒烤味雞翼,焗至脆邊的外皮,咬一啖,香料味道慢慢滲入喉嚨,愈食愈滋味過引Tɪғғᴀɴʏ同朋友一樣愛飲咖啡,叫了一款平日較少見的咖啡口味雞翼,聞確有淡淡咖啡豆香,但入口沒太大驚喜,咖啡味只留於外皮,但不得不讚是每款雞翼都肉質嫩滑,大細適中,把酒閒聊確實爽爆別忘記套餐跟一款配菜,食得多肉要補纖維菠菜甘藍沙律兩款蔬菜都高營養價值,高鐵質高纖維,Balance一下身體邊食邊傾,時間過得好快啊…Read More

新年前約朋友聚會,最好不過同朋友圍爐取下暖。香港人鍾意打邊爐,要眾多火鍋突圍而出,當然要有特別過人的地方。今次朋友發板去到了元朗「大滾友火鍋」,未入店前門口已經有幾個宮廷款式火鍋爐在門外,裝修風格加上火鍋、碗碟,都統一用上了古色古香中國宮廷裝修,連菜單都好特別,如同頒佈聖旨一樣。打邊爐最緊要選湯底,大滾友火鍋湯底款式多,亦都很有特色。我們都是很喜歡海鮮, 柯打了櫻唇半開 - 特色卜卜蜆。卜卜蜆鍋底有大量芹菜,卜卜蜆分量多,粒粒蜆肉都飽滿新鮮。火鍋是用上宮廷特色鍋,配上高煙囪,未食我得已經先打卡。火鍋料選擇多,有半份或全份可供選擇,更有不少配料拼盤,鍾意試多款式的朋友可以考慮選擇叫拼盤。大滾友牛肉拼盤(大)-  愛牛人士不容錯過,一個拼盤可以試齊足九款牛。牛肉質素佳,肥瘦適中,紋理平均,肉質柔嫩。大滾友餃子拼盤(八粒)-  一碟有4款的自家製的餃子,其中一款有原隻鮮蝦,入口彈牙,蝦味十足。大滾友響鈴拼盤(各三條) - 響鈴打邊爐都是必食,除了平日經常食的原味響鈴,仲有鹹蛋黃響鈴,每款各3條。這裡的即炸響鈴,鹹蛋黃響鈴鹹香味十足,看來鹹蛋黃熱潮仍未有減弱遠看以為是沙冰塔,原來是新鮮肥美鵝腸圍繞著冰塔。只要落鍋一灼就可以食用,入口爽脆甘香。…Read More

天氣轉涼又到打邊爐的好日子,好多餐廳都推出生猛海鮮火鍋,但大多都要HK$300以上,物色到旺角寶哥火鍋,不但有生猛海鮮拼盤,8款升級配料加任食丸類蔬菜,最重要是價位只不過$200出頭。湯底方面,我們一行4人可選鴛鴦鍋。除了基本湯底,亦有特式湯底提供,不另收費。點了「蟲草花水鴨湯」+ 「蕃茄薯仔湯」,水鴨湯清甜,蕃茄湯芹味重,蕃茄味濃,好有羅宋湯Feel。先黎生猛海鮮,原本應該有7款,不過店家表示部份海鮮已沽清,所以暫時只有6款提供,但依然足料,不會將貨就價。深海龍蠆肉新鮮,放水鴨湯那邊灼,肉嫩鮮味。來一個close up......扇貝 - 肉厚大大粒,終非一般雪藏海鮮貨,蠔王的我表示筒蠔很肥美Juicy另外八款升級配料,只限點單一次平日極為罕見的牛骨髓,入口超滑嫩,牛味十足;打邊爐少不了鵝腸,落鍋一灼,收縮馬上撈起即食,爽夾脆另外點單了兩部位的牛肉,肉質色澤新鮮,油花分佈平均,切記不要過熟唷,愛牛人士必定喜歡最後用「蕃茄薯仔湯」煮菇,加埋之前既海鮮精華,特別鮮味。  埋單連加一只是$200多少少一位,同一般酒家飲食火鍋相若,但海鮮品質質素高,其他配料同樣OK,性價比高!大推!…Read More

基隆街橫跨太子和深水埗,沒想到這條街開設了那麼多食肆,前晚同媽咪去完太子睇牙醫,順便食完晚飯才回家!!進去了一間西餐廳,大門差不多2米高,入面情調不錯的,眼見好幾檯客都是熟客仔^^因為近日我開始低醣飲食,所以我柯打一份肉眼扒,而媽媽就叫一份肉醬牛肝菌闊麵闊麵好像是綠色的菠菜麵,麵質的軟硬度適中,因為我跟媽媽都不喜歡吃太軟的質感唷!!!蕃茄醬的肉醬很好吃,沒有過酸或過甜重頭戲落在肉眼扒,嘗試三成熟medium rare很有質感的肉經過微烤,內裡半熟,落刀一切鬆軟Juicy,很有驚喜🥰…Read More

現時食飯打卡屬閒事,你影我又影,作為小小KOL的我已經習慣機不離手啦^^今次又找到灣仔網紅Cafe,連平日灣仔返工的我都是第一次來,一天的閨蜜週六聚會就從Uluru開始~!!進入大門要上一條長樓梯,牆身有著不同壁畫黑與白的色調配襯如同美麗的畫冊,好適合大家打卡影相我們一早為今次的閏蜜下午茶聚做好功課,柯打了2 Set網紅必食的彩花之里‧溫室雨午茶,包有2款鹹點、7款甜品以及2杯飲品。松露芝士忌廉汁酥皮盒 (鹹點) : 鬆脆酥皮盒盛載著芝士雜菌和濃香黑松露,加上熔化的拉絲芝士,入口層次豐富;芝心火腿雞肉丸 (鹹點) : 外脆內軟的芝心丸,表層炸得甘香酥脆,內餡是熔漿軟芝士甜品部份更豐富,有7款精緻甜品,全部細細件夠的骰,愛甜品的你一定不會抗拒^^焦糖朱古力撻 : 濃郁的朱古力味,入口即溶熱情果奶凍 : 這是我最喜歡的甜品,帶酸味的熱情果醬遇上奶滑奶凍,兩者互相融合,有別於一般甜品的膩感,十分開胃藍莓千層蛋糕 : 顏色配搭很美,蛋糕襯慕士馬卡龍 : 小妹最鍾意食的馬卡龍,蛋白脆餅夾心餡,英式貴族Afternoon Tea享受朱古力 : 是Uluru自家製的松露朱古力,入口順滑香濃,兩小塊有點不夠!?迷你朱古力糖果溫室 : 玻璃瓶中裝有朱古力餅碎,面頭放小色彩小花,尤如一個小小擺設品Tea Set跟有2杯指定飲品:Rose Tea / Lavender Dream我要的是美美的瑰紅色玫瑰茶,茶香中帶淡淡花香這下午茶的供應是間從下午2時30開始至5時Hk$188/1位 或 HK$338/2位 (另加10%手續費)Uluru除了美味的下午茶外,還有無數打卡位,足以令你影夠半日,盡擺甫士,當日還有小妹充當小小攝影師為我們服務唷~太棒啦~!!…Read More
