尋晚臨放工，朋友打電話黎話好想食大閘蟹，就即興去左廣隆行買！我都係第一次幫襯呢間舖頭買蟹，以前就去九龍城永富，但上星期去永富買過一轉，七百幾蚊斤但斷「扛」既蟹，覺得唔抵食～　上黎openrice 見呢間幾多好評，就去試下～收工後七點半去到舖頭，同舖頭阿伯（老闆？）講明要最大既公蟹同埋雌蟹，佢就拿拿臨打開個竹籠，拎左四隻大公蟹出來，仲遂隻放上磅比我睇，隻隻都有7.5 兩！跟住另一個阿嬸就入舖後面，拎左兩隻大雌蟹，大約 6 兩一隻～　總共6隻蟹，$480 一斤，公乸同價，盛惠 $1200因為蟹大，所以返屋企蒸左 25 分鐘，打開蟹後真係不得了！先講隻雌蟹，打開中間一大舊橙紅色既膏，一啖咬落去，好味到唔記得左影相！除左肥美，蟹膏仲好清甜，同之前買既貴價所謂「陽澄湖」蟹味道唔同～　到食隻公蟹，更加不得了！勁多白膏，ｄ膏仲多到漏出黎！下次一定要再幫襯呢間買蟹！…Read More
