難得在午餐時間在中環鬧市中找到一間不用面貼面貼而食物質素又高的小店,太好了。梅菜扣肉拌飯套餐$88選用了珍珠米,不像一般做法是一大塊一大塊的扣肉而是與米飯融合,沒有油膩感,好特別也好吃。素菜餃$68沒有誇張,素菜餃是非常有驚喜的味道。素菜餡料用了梅菜冬菇之類的餡料,吃下去感覺比肉餃更香。非常推薦!薑汁芥蘭湯餃子$68芥蘭薑味很突出,湯底則用了雞湯底,沒有味精。腐皮卷$38外皮煎得很香脆,好味荔枝紅茶午餐之後可以舒舒服服喝啖茶,真是滿足了…Read More

之前食過幾次都覺得正正常常,特別係個蟹肉茄汁天使面唔錯, Tea set $68+10% 性價比還可以。晚上吃過一次,份量較少價錢不便宜,食物質素普普通通。今日諗住去食個Tea set,見到轉了餐牌,沒有之前的蟹肉天使麵及雞肉Burger之類的食物,而改為一些火腿長通粉及韓式炒粉絲之類的食物,已經心知不妙。咁一場去到,唯有叫一個最穩陣的忌廉蘑菇菠菜雞肉扁意粉,點知都出事。意粉份量不少,但完全唔好食。洋蔥冇炒過,白汁無味,雞肉係類似急凍炸雞的物體,但係沒有炸過的,外面有一層不脆的炸漿,連埋個意粉撈在一起,口感超級奇怪,雞肉又嚡。當時其實好肚餓,但真的吃不下去🙃。向店員反映問他們是不是轉了廚師,他表示沒有,但消費者都是精明的…….以下午茶加埋一要人均$80嘅消費,難怪當時一枱客人也沒有。總結,不推薦,也不會再去。…Read More

一行三人Happy Friday 滿心歡喜去食川菜,仲早2星期已訂定位,點知...晚餐叫了:酸菜魚薯粉底 $298口水雞(例牌)$98干鍋套餐-5樣餸(牛栢葉,腐竹,木耳,黃沙蜆,鴨血) $258白飯 $13加一後共$734環境服務餐具好油,連茶面都有油。舖面不大,枱與枱距離都窄。店員服務正常。酸菜魚酸菜魚湯面有一層油係正常的,但基本要求係湯一定要夠熱,可以想像一下係唔夠熱但又有一層油既情況下點樣可以食落肚。後來店員替我們翻熱才好d,估計係因為用膠兜致保溫不足問題。我們叫少辣少酸,但問題係成個味跟本不是正宗酸辣魚既味,無鮮死咸,加上食材唔靚,d魚好重泥味,薯粉無彈性但又粗好似食緊塑膠咁,連配菜d菇都有噏味,真係連招牌菜都做唔好,百思不得其解點解會有人排隊。口水雞頭一啖食落去好似幾好,因為淨係食到d香料,再咬落舊雞度,就知道雞同香料係佢還佢、你還你,大䌫都扯唔埋。2個字,無味。係連雞味都無。干鍋套餐最少要叫5款餸,未計唔知點解要收$68窩底,所以起碼2百幾蚊都幾貴。上菜算有誠意,有個火熱住,約5分鐘。不過又係出現同樣問題,d材料係完全吸收唔到個d香辣味。而有一半蜆係唔開的。都係2個字,把鬼。本來諗住限一個半鐘唔夠時間食,最後係食到唔想再逗留而走。明白香港舖租燈油火蠟人工乜都貴,但希望係能個心做好d食物而唔係純粹諗住用最方便既方法搵顧客錢。…Read More

為左避免更多人中伏浪費金錢影響心情,我決定係OpenRice 寫第一篇食評。呢間所謂「泰國菜」,除左好肯定廚師唔係泰國人之外,更加肯定係廚師係唔識煮野的。當晚叫左冬蔭公$78,炸蝦餅$68,炒通菜$58,兩隻燒雞翼$40,大蝦粉絲煲$78。除左兩隻燒雞翼係正常d之外(微暖唔熱),其他野如果10分我只俾1分。冬蔭公唔辣唔香完全唔似冬蔭公,所有蝦都係好難食既雪藏河蝦仁,炒通菜d通菜好似攞d廚餘去炒咁又老又黃,仲要完全唔完唔係泰式味道,個蝦餅仲經典,係無蝦架,好薄類似平時食吉列帶子d假魚蛋味。同埋真係無食過一間餐廳d芹菜連頭連根都唔切(仲有少少泥痴著)就成隻手指咁長咁炒。佢個粉絲蝦煲個煲上菜時唔熱既,咦,原來係碗型既兜呀!好有創意好難搵!好耐未食過一餐樣樣野攞出黎都有「驚」喜。…Read More
