男友的生日晚飯

為左慶祝男友的生日,月前已預訂左鉄人旨花的鐵板燒,「鉄人」係 Openrice 的評價似乎好高,希望男友喜歡~我地班 961 出發後因為西隧封左,巴士轉行紅隧,令我地直接到達銅鑼灣。 早到左 5 分鐘,店員先帶我地就坐,叫我地飲住茶,慢慢唸食咩,又細心咁送上籃子,等我地可以將隨身物品放好。貼心我地唸左一段時間,最後點左鮑魚套餐 ($2688):(一) 芥末醋黎麥沙津酸味醒胃,配上點點芥末刺激一下味蕾,話你知師傅要開始表演啦!(二) 紐西䔵鮑魚Joe 師傅話呢隻飽魚連殻有一斤重,都成十幾歲,我地今日比較 Lucky,今日呢隻鮑魚殻比較輕肉就多,上枱時仲要好生猛,成隻蝸牛咁郁下郁下。牛油炒飽魚我比較少見,配上生紫菜忌廉汁,完全沒有違和感,加上三文魚子又能提鮮,真係有想法的師傅!(三) 鵝肝多士呢個基本上係每次鐵板燒的必食菜式,師傅對自己煎的鵝肝非常有信心,佢話佢對鵝肝的厚度有要求,店內的鵝肝都係佢負責切好。我見佢煎完一面,一反已經係金黃色,火侯控制得好準,就知道有口福啦。食落脆口唔膩,我用手攞住食都無油流出黎,輕輕用紙巾一抹手已經乾淨灑。我仲跳皮咁用掂過鵝肝的手,掂一掂男友的手䏿,話佢知真係無油剩低。(四)法國白蘆筍棷菜仔配忌廉汁第一次食白蘆筍,味度係清甜的,食落纖維較粗,網上查過係呢種食物嘅特質, 長知識了。記得有一次食泰國菜嘅椰菜仔, 太有咬口食到咀都攰,今次師傅將棷菜仔煮得比較淋身,啱啱好適合我同男友嘅要求。(五) 熊本和牛師傅花左我地食一道菜嘅時間, 非常用心咁煮好茄子,大啡菇,南瓜。然後再煎主角和牛,配上栗子蒜,山葵,紫蘇葉,喜馬拉雅鹽,教我地和牛的數個食法。其中一個一定要講,師傅教我地將和牛浸落日本醋,搣少少紫蘇葉包住和牛食用,和牛即刻變身成吞拿魚。我非常之鍾意呢個食法,因為我本身就係一個吞拿魚迷!(六)和牛炒飯師傅炒飯嘅時候加左水,佢刻意用水蒸氣包住飯粒,令炒飯除左粒粒分明嘅感覺,依然濕潤唔乾。其實係食呢碗飯嘅時候,我已經有七成飽,但呢個口感太有趣,最後都食到乾淨晒!(七)清酒帶子雞湯呢個湯用料簡單,但非常清甜, 又有酒香,令我好滿足,好幸福哈哈。(八)水果盤水果盤每日限量供應,係師傅花成個鐘頭, 慢慢幫啲新奇士橙去衣去皮,整出嚟嘅。其實我本身唔鍾意食橙,但今次嘅橙肉非常甜,一啲酸味都冇,我一口接一口,非常喜歡!睇得出呢位師父真正喜歡自己做嘅事,對食物嘅處理都好有要求,非常細緻,喜歡同時尊重自己嘅工作,先會做到呢個水準,真係難能可貴!…Read More

聽說 Spao 遷出香港,結業前做四折清貨,所以到愉景新城走走,看看有沒有什麼值得入手。戰利品沒有,發現了新的餐廳,看上去感覺很舒適,就入去嘗嘗。地方算大,枱子多,我一個人,店員說可以坐梳化,這梳化看上去四個人也有多餘位,開心70% 朱古力的 Mocha $42味道很濃,口感厚實,70%當然有一點苦味,但這就是它的特色,比起 Stxxxxxxx Pacixxx 等等水溝奶的 Mocha 好太多了,大喜蟹肉沙律溫泉蛋法式脆包 $98(忘了名字)沙律鮮甜,配上脆口麥包,非常入口,溫泉蛋上及上面的咸沙甸魚為這小碟外外一份層次,看得見心思。令人驚喜是配菜沙律用的自製醬汁,加了咸蛋黃的原素,令人想追吃下去。最後我差不多坐了兩個小時,結賬時店員還說可以繼續坐坐,食物及態度都對得起這個消費!。推薦哦!…Read More

上次同好姊妹食過下午的 Omakase,已經非常滿意。今次男友生日決定再試晚上的 Omakase, 因為對呢間店已經好有信心~我同男友分別點左1200及1500的套餐。前菜係淹茄子,茄子走過油再淹製,是酸道適中的開胃菜。(忘了拍照~)左上)1500set only北海道真蠔,裙邊有一點澀味(男友食左呢邊,比左大部分蠔身我食),蠔身肥厚 creamy 及非常鮮甜,完美咁蓋過澀味。(好快已經食得出 1500set 的分別)右上)左口魚魚生包住經炙過的裙邊,中間有生磨的 wasabi,魚油不多,走多層次白肉清甜路線~左下)北海道凡立貝,用青柚子提味,清甜之選~右下)日本赤立魚,菜色開始變厚身,魚味濃一味~喜歡左上)1200set only深魚池魚,油分又比赤立高一層次,我同男友都食到嘩嘩聲~右上)師父用刀一拍,活北寄貝反射一動,嘩~ 入口的鮮甜與真蠔不同,又另一番風味,好回味哦~左下)間八,如果你似我喜歡食章魚粘粘的口感,你一定非常喜歡呢一味,魚身厚味,男友話粘住喉嚨佢嘛嘛,我就覺得好正~右下)酒蒸甘鯛,味道一般,但口感有層次,羹湯帶酒香,暖身之選。左上)1500set only深海池魚,軟淋但有咬口,魚味濃油分高,又厚身,比上一款池魚又高一層次。右上)北海道牡丹蝦,上次中午的 Omakase 已經食過呢個炙蝦膏的食法,但好明顯比上次更鮮甜,蝦子的顏色都唔同,甜到你以為佢有加左味,但師傅話無。surprise ~左下)師父用先前留下的左口魚肉,調味後用紫菜包好,送比我食~ 但我話d紫菜太香蓋過左魚味點算?右下)汁煮鮑魚,配鮑肝醬,真係唔講唔知鮑魚有肝,非常非常濃味的小菜,師父再比左粒飯我,等我清左d肝醬佢。左上)秋刀魚刺身,燒秋刀就食得多,第一次食秋刀刺身,口感煙韌,配上有葱的醬油,提味很好。右上)獅魚,好肥美,魚油慢慢溶係口入面,男友非常喜歡。左下)鰹魚,即平時係章魚丸上面果d,血味濃,輕炙後令魚油更出。特別哦~右下)赤鯥,日本南方魚皇,口感非常軟,魚味濃,炙過後魚油更出,呢味真係一流左上)中Tuna 與大 Tuna 間的級數,又係遠勝中午 Omakase 中同一味壽司,同樣的做法,食材級別真係好重要。入口即溶魚油直入喉嚨,比我上次去築地食的大 Tuna 更好食。右上)燒鰻魚,脆的外皮加勁淋的肉質,少少蕉香,我個人覺得有點太燶,但已經好好食啦~左下)白海膽,厚身,入口一d都唔稀,濃味 creamy,又甜,係有口感的海膽。右下)Tuna葱花手卷,食左呢味,覺得師父頭先比我食紫菜包左口魚係伏筆。壽司源用的紫菜本身味濃,但今次入口完全食到葱花,魚油,紫菜三者的味道,無任何一個搶左鏡。真係嘩一聲。上)長崎玉子燒,軟身到似海棉蛋糕的玉子燒,有蛋香又有少少蝦味,師父話打蛋都要半個鐘,非常有心的菜色。下)蜜瓜,從右邊食去左邊,分別係蜜瓜的頂及底部,越食越甜,又學到野。有誠意又有水準的小店,食到我同男友飽到頂住個肚仔走,好想好想再食哦!晚上的 Omakase 真係同中午的有好大分別,直回票價哦!推薦!…Read More

今年生日男友送的神秘驚喜~私下心情就大好,但平心而論也是相當滿足的一餐,不管視覺上的還是味蕾上的。烏魚子鵝肝蒸蛋及蘆薈雜菜沙津:蒸蛋幾甜,後來師傅提醒才發現𥚃面是鵝肝不是肉。沙津用了柚子味的醬汁,蘆薈肉甜甜的,日本玉米十分鮮甜,是很開胃的前菜。燒帶子:燒帶子配上烘過的紫菜。帶子非常鮮甜多汁,令你對嚟緊嘅菜式更有期待。伊勢龍蝦:活煮龍蝦,視覺上蠻刺激。。。鮮甜又好食,後來蝦頭還拿去了做湯!煎鵝肝配多士:濃郁的鵝肝一點苦澀味也沒有,配上香脆的多士,令人回味!鹿兒島嘅牛扒:自選鹿兒島牛扒,脂肪比例相當高且多汁。雖然備用的蒜片帶有苦味,少量地伴着牛肉吃不易察覺。但如果似我喜歡一口吃很多蒜片,可能會有少少失望。卡通炒飯:整餐飯的戲玉,師傅會問我地每個人喜愛的卡通人物,嘗試用炒飯的材料砌出卡通圖案。這是本人要求的臘筆小新,連眼睛的反光位都有想到,好細心的師傅哦!最後師傅將所有材料連同剛才從牛排上切下的脂肪炒好,野味的炒飯完成。味道算不錯,重點是油渣好香口!銅鑼燒:一定不要錯過這個豆沙包,少少粘又煙韌嘅質地令人喜出望外,蛋香十足,你會想再來一口!最後還送上蛋糕給每組生日的客人,質素絕不遜色,真係有誠意的餐廳。寫完食評想再食多次。開心生日飯。…Read More

係網上睇左好多 video 同推介後決定 book 來試下。首先叫左 1-4生蠔每人每樣各一,個人偏好珍珠蠔一類偏鮮甜味淡而爽口的生蠔,但其他鐵銹味重的生蠔都好爽甜,都唔算難入口。第二味值得一試嘅係蟹餅,入面全部係一絲嘅蟹肉,入口有濃濃的蟹味,雖然兩個人食到尾可能會覺得有點膩,但都算係誠意之作。最後上唧係主菜,海鮮袋,我地叫左經典卡彊蒜蓉汁,五款海鮮包括青口,長腳蟹,螺,八爪魚同扇貝。店員係我地面前搖下個袋,開口時特意將袋口朝我地方向搖,先刺激我地嘅嗅覺,再打開袋。嘩,全部海鮮堆係一齊,望到都覺得開心。以下係各海鮮的評價~青口:一般不會失手的菜色,唔算大隻,幾鮮味。:)長腳蟹:可以烚得太耐,比較老身,有點可惜。螺:又大又肥美,爽口滿足。八爪魚:一入口頭漿爆出黎嘅感覺唔係人人接受得倒,爽口但無咩鮮味,可以不選哦~扇貝:肉已經跌灑出黎係袋底,你唔會係個款上面見倒粒扇貝但大粒有咬口,不錯。袋入面仲有薯仔,粟米同腸仔,兩個人食五款真係太太太飽,三款已經夠灑!平心而論海鮮袋有進步空間,但整體係好開心好滿足的一餐。成個體驗都好好,值得一試!…Read More

同朋友仔訂左下午一點,兩個人都叫左 300元的 Omakase,發辦的係李師傅。:)第一味係蒸蛋,上面有南瓜蓉,好清甜,見到小碟上的青瓜都切得好靚,前菜令人滿意。魚味一般,但調味及賣相都不錯。小柱軍艦,紫菜好香好脆,完全遮左小柱的味道,第二件令人失望。師傅輕輕係魚肉上拖左幾刀,同魚身上的紋成左菱形,好靚,蔥油較濃,令魚的鮮味有左對比螺肉又鮮又爽口,正蔥油同青魚的組合。鰤魚壽司,少少彈牙,口感有少少似墨魚,好鮮甜呢個好有心思,火灸過的鯖魚,飯入面加左木魚,紫蘇葉等調味,外面用紫菜包住,好味蝦肉鮮甜,燒過的蝦膏令成件事又升左一個層次。滿足又開心。中拖羅三片,有口感,算係幾肥味。不錯呢個馬冀海膽好鮮甜,份量好好哦~魚苗壽司,係今日嘅最後一件。之後仲有湯同雪糕。全程李師傅都好 nice 咁同我地傾計,我地食得好開心又滿足。呢個價錢食到呢個質素的 Omakase ,真係好抵,非常推薦!…Read More

牛角真的不錯

食過幾間同價位的燒肉放題,暫時覺得牛角的牛肉味比較濃郁,肉比較薄身但易咬口。因為主要想食牛肉,我地撰左 B 餐,可以撰牛肩肉/肋脊肉食。試過灑後覺得牛肩肉比較淋同濃郁,所以後來專攻牛肩肉食。雞肉不錯,豬腩都好香,枱上有三種醬料比大家撰,鹽醬最好食,少少已經好掉味~海鮮得青口,鯇魚(其實係鱈魚)撰,鯇魚真係好唔新鮮,青口都只係好一般,可以唔洗試。其他前菜都不錯,菜很新鮮,沙津有質素。座位環境好舒服,上菜好快,除非你叫 d 無咩人叫嘅野,例如梳打水,會比較慢。。。基本上滿意~ 算係食燒肉的好地方。…Read More

壽司整體是ok的。除左蝦子沙律的蝦子份量太少,軟殼蟹卷唔係即炸唔推介,其他都係ok的。但有一件事令我以後唔會再幫襯,我地叫左一個豬排飯,等左成半個鐘,二樓所有客人嘅野食都到齊,好明顯係漏單,但問樓上個小姐staff又唔理亦無跟。到我男友親自落樓下同個男仔staff 講先幫我地跟單。所以以後都唔會再幫襯。個豬排飯嘅質素係,如果知要等,我餓都唔好等。仲差過去超市買日本咖哩磚自己煮。結論係,元朗有太多有好service 又好味嘅壽司店,這間真的不值一試。…Read More
