任食流水蝦呢度唔係第一間,但係有埋其他海鮮可以自己揀自己拎呢啲度算係第一間,當日一上到餐廳見到一個舖滿碎冰嘅雪櫃,上面放滿幾款魚類及貝殼類嘅海鮮認真胃口大增,祗係枱與枱中間位置有啲迫,燒烤爐有啲細但仍然有足夠火力燒海鮮,當日係星期日下午時段仲有八折,我個人最喜歡有魚類可供選擇,當日我就食咗大眼雞,馬友及黃腳𩶘,可以放响燒烤爐下層慢慢燒,當食晒上層嘅蝦同貝類再响下層拎啲魚上嚟燒多三分鐘剝皮嚟食入面嘅魚肉鮮味十足,同行嘅朋友就算不太喜歡食魚怕有魚腥味都食唔停口,如果時間可以增加到三小時更好…Read More

今日下午茶時間,剛剛經過兼善里附近,記得有間餐廳好出名生炸雞髀,所以就去試吓。店內雖然細但光猛整潔,可能店舖响小巷內時間差不多四點鐘,所以得我哋一枱客,睇到下午茶餐牌都有幾多選擇,睇到有藥膳豬潤麵立即想試試,但係店員話豬潤每日新鮮賣完就冇,所以唯有試雞髀,一款生炸雞髀,一款鹵水雞髀兩款試晒。兩款雞髀都超大隻,鹵水雞髀跟的薯條還分開上完全感受到店家嘅細心,唯獨跟餐嘅凍檸茶及凍奶茶唔夠凍,不過亦好體貼咁俾個冰底我哋加落杯凍飲度,所以我比較喜歡幫襯小店因為夠晒人情味,呢間店舖營業時間祗係上午七點半至下午五點,大家如果想試藥膳豬潤麵最好上午十一點至十二點,或者下午兩點後,因為店家話午市十二點至兩點藥膳豬潤麵係唔供應…Read More

下午想早啲去食晚餐,祗有午餐餐牌沒有薯條任食,想等五點叫晚餐菜牌,職員話晚餐菜牌按人頭計叫餐,又唔早啲講清楚等我叫咗一份午餐後再問佢先講,今時今日嘅服務態度真係完全唔掂,呢啲咁嘅食店應該要一早執笠,絕對影響香港服務業嘅形象。食物嚟度嗰陣溫度唔係保持得特別好,牛扒亦唔係特別,個人覺得比起outback差好多,除非係想薯條任食,否則俾多三幾十蚊,唔駛限時限刻交抬,而且呢間餐廳嘅薯條亦算係中水平,試一次冇所謂再多一次就唔好搞…Read More

見到有兩小時任食三款凍盤(生蠔、凍蝦,翡翠螺)仲有一款主菜及餐湯祗係$398所以去試試,當日訂咗位六點早咗十分鐘到達餐廳,餐廳方面亦安排我們先進入坐下等待,當六點到時,侍應就介紹當日餐廳生蠔為南非生蠔,拼盤會先上一打生蠔及凍蝦、翡翠螺各半打,隨後三款海鮮可以因應自己喜好再添加,到最後半小時餐廳會將餐湯及主菜奉上。當侍應放底第一盆海鮮拼盤感覺幾震撼,可能因為有一打生蠔放响啲碎冰上面中間還有凍蝦及螺仲襯托感覺好大盆,生蠔入口有淡淡的海水味夠爽口,凍蝦質素個人覺得比起五星級酒店還好,反而翡翠螺就麻麻地。起初還在想祗有個半鐘會唔會唔夠時間食,但係經過今次一試其實係足夠。目測當晚餐廳有三四枱都係吃此套餐,當吃完一打生蠔後再下單等侯時間祗係大約五分鐘亦算合理,亦有一個類似啤酒桶用作放食用後嘅殼,每次冷盤食完收起就清理該桶,到餐廳要奉上餐湯及主菜前亦有問海鮮類別有冇漏單,餐湯夠熱但主菜嘅牛柳扒就麻麻,生熟程度控制有偏差香料味過濃,但係對於海鮮控嘅我,可以任食此質素嘅生蠔及凍蝦已經心滿意足,試想想去食自助餐又要排隊攞生蠔出出入入,此處可以舒舒服服坐响度有侍應奉上值得大家去試試。…Read More

久違了的晚餐

因疫情關係晚上堂食已暫停了三個月,一直擔心紀念日是否要將晚餐改為午餐。疫情回落政府放寬晚市到晚上十點,立即訂位食燭光晚餐慶祝紀念日飯,呢間餐廳已經好耐冇嚟食過,到咗食飯嘅日子未夠六點鐘就到達餐廳,因為可能網上訂位後餐廳致電確實booking時有問是否慶祝特別日子亦可能提前一星期訂位,被安排入座於窗邊卡位。入座後侍應親切笑容令人好舒服,先問客人是否需要餐前酒,跟著有獨特性為客人設計嘅餐牌就奉上,後來侍應捧著一盤當晚餐廳所供應的牛扒介紹,雖然不是第一次到此餐廳但好像一直都沒有試過此餐廳的海鮮拼盤,今次一於要試一試當晚牛扒選擇為Porterhouse貪佢可以試到兩款不同嘅肉質,當點菜完畢後侍應隨即奉上餐廳自家制麵包,對於麵包控嘅我絕對唔會放過,當海鮮拼盤上枱嘅時候擺盤令人垂涎欲滴,生蠔還隱約有海水味浸出,珍寶蝦好彈牙、龍蝦及肉蟹已剝好殼,阿拉斯加皇帝蟹腳已由中間𠝹開用一隻义已經可以將蟹肉放入口中非常方便。到牛扒上菜嘅時候餐廳侍應亦非常貼心另外奉上兩隻預熱好嘅碟供我們share牛扒,當晚牛扒嘅要求係medium rare廚師拿捏火侯非常準繩,當晚餐廳贈送一客梳乎厘作為我們慶祝紀念日嘅甜品,餐廳食物質素高之外服務貼心。…Read More

想食燒肉已經有一陣子,成日擔心搵到啲價錢唔合理嘅餐廳,咁啱睇到有間新開型格嘅燒肉放題餐廳立即訂位試試,可能已經習慣早食晚餐所以訂咗五點半,到達餐廳雖然未夠鐘,侍應已經好熱情招呼,探熱之後就帶位入座,入座後首先提供熱毛巾清潔雙手及奉上熱茶隨即幫手開爐預熱,服務態度值得一讚。不消兩分鐘就送上贈送的牛鬼拼盤及小食(三文魚子魚蓉米通)。送贈的牛鬼拼盤絕無欺場,牛味濃郁入口即溶,侍應介紹每位加98元可任食,我一心想試吓其他不同味道及部位嘅牛肉,所以我就冇加錢升級,除咗燒肉仲有刺身及壽司選擇,刺身我試咗帶子、甜蝦及鰹魚,帶子黏口有甜味鰹魚亦好新鮮,唯獨甜蝦一點味道都冇,燒肉方面水準好高,牛肉部位有幾款及兩款調味包括有醬油及味噌,豬五花及牛舌雞翼亦水準之上,柚子醬油和牛壽司入口清新,廣島蠔及元貝飽滿多汁又新鮮,食到大約剩半個鐘問對啲食物滿唔滿意,再問你想要咩雪糕,整餐晚飯氣氛好舒服,就算係差不多兩小時亦祗係好有禮貌提醒拎張單埋嚟解釋時間已夠,唔同一 般限時放題餐廳未夠鐘就拎張單埋嚟叫你埋單,所以感覺非常良好全晚唯一敗筆就係甜蝦刺身,侍應回應考慮再換供應商,下次會再嚟試試有冇改進…Read More

時常見到有人寫食評評論食肆但評論好兩極化,今次自己試吓寫。由社會運動事件至新冠肺炎令全港各行各業進入冰河時期,作為土生土長香港人,能做就係留港消費振興經濟。上網見到呢間環境好價錢合理的點心放題訂位試一試。由於疫情一進門探熱及消毒雙手是基本,帶位員笑容好,一坐下侍應就放下食店自行調較的烏龍茶及蝦片,因一心來飲茶食點心所以跟侍應講收起蝦片,回應係收起還是要收錢,我不想浪費所以仍叫收起。看點菜紙上除咗點心還有小炒及麵飯甜品,對於中午算是非常豐富。蝦餃燒賣菜苗餃係屬於水準之上,鳳爪夠入味、小籠包內略欠湯汁、前菜陳醋雲耳味道不太合心意反而話梅石榴我覺得不錯,石榴爽口加入一些話梅粉令人胃口大開。冬茸羹端到枱上時夠熱而其他小炒亦如是,炒粉麵四款亦好有水準炒得夠乾身唔會食到一口油,份量每位夠精緻可以試多幾款,整體來講非常不錯,不過不能吃辣的人要留意,呢度有辣的菜式有些偏辣所以不吃辣的要注意。…Read More
