我訂咗2隻片皮鴨晚上18:00外賣自取，我趕唔切去攞就打電話去講低話遲少少先去攞，打咗好耐先打得通，打通咗之後響咗好耐先有員工接聽，咁我就話要遲啲先至去攞，員工仲話已經準備好，遲啲攞冇問題，仲話驚攤凍咗冇咁好食，咁我自己趕唔切去攞凍咗係我自己嘅問題冇所謂啦！我最終大約19:50分先上到去，咁梗係以為可以即刻攞走啦，點知上到去見到好多客人同埋外賣速遞員都喺度等緊，我就畀個取餐號碼員工睇，話自己遲咗依家先嚟攞，員工見到個號碼話未整好，咁我就話個 order 係 18:00嘅，已經打過電話嚟話可以隨時有得攞，跟住有個冇著製服，著白色t-shirt藍色暗花戴眼鏡嘅疑似經理/老闆嘅男士就話坐低等吓，未整好就係未整好，又話今晚冧晒檔，態度及語氣異常惡劣，最後我大约20:00就攞到2隻鴨走。作為服務性行業，希望呢位男士可以留意吓佢自己嘅語氣同態度，唔好喺度趕客。2隻片皮鴨嘅味道係唔錯嘅，只係員工態度希望可以有改善空間。…Read More

OUYANG 我剛打電話去訂位也受到一個自己說是姓萬的女接待員的惡劣對待，第一次說很忙，叫我晚點再打去就收線，第二次估計認得我的聲音，竟然隔著電話都聽到她嘆大氣，極不耐煩的感覺，真的是第一次未食過就想寫一次淨係Book位的差評🙈
